Show Userform - Invalid Property Value Error
I created a form that my employees could use to log their work. When I toggle between the combobox and the qtytextbox I get an "invalid property value" error that debugs to the line of code that opens the userform. I have no idea how to fix this. The spreadsheet has a button that shows the userform. This code is:

ComboBox Error "Could Not Get The List Property - Invalid Property Array Index" When Typing Out Of Range
I have a form with several combo boxes, and they function just the way I like as far as being able to pick from the list, or typing in them and having it show you the next available item in the list as you add letters. Whats happening that I would like to know how to deal with is... as soon as you type a letter that is not in my lookup range it generates an error. "Could not get the list property - Invalid property array index". I don't want people to be able to add to the list, but I would like a msgbox to pop up. Then allow them to go back to the box and try again.
ComboBox Error :: Invalid Property Value
I am trying to get a combo box to work, but keep encountering the error "Invalid Property Value."
When the combobox entry is deleted and the user moves to the next text box in the userform, this error pops up which is very annoying. It also pops up when the word entered doesn't match, like it is supposed to.
I have MatchRequired set to True, because I want an error message to come up, but with my own error message like " That name doesn't exist, please try again ".
I can't figure out a way to ignore the "Invalid Property Value." error message, and show my own customized message.
Invalid Property Value - Lock-up
I used to get this error when I accidentally tried to name two controls with the same name.
This time I had just highlighted a set of labels to increase the width from 96 to 108. It locked up with that Invalid property value error.
I just finished a revamp of my sheet (added 6 Columns and a UserForm) and was going to save it after this re-size was finished. OPPS!
Is there any way to salvage this update?
Invalid Use Of Property When Calling Subroutine
I've ran into a problem with one of my workbooks which appears to only affect Excel 2007. It works fine in Excel 2003.
Basically I am calling a sub routine contained in a module from worksheet code. The sub is Public in the module and I use the following code to call the sub.. The code Errors immediately here -

UserForm As Add-In (Getting Error 9 On .show)
I have a userform that is working perfectly, but when I try to make it an add-in I can't even get it to load. When loading the userform as an add-in I get the error "Run error nr. '9'.: The Index is out of the interval" (freely translated from Swedish to English). The code I'm using to load the userform is
UserForm Show Causes Error On 1 PC
I've created a userform on one computer which launchs when I open the excel workbook. The userform contains comboboxs and a picture. But when i saved it on another computer and tried to open it and it errors. (Run-Time error 9). (Still works fine on the computer that created it). All references are to this workbook only. Userform is contained within the Forms folder of this workbook(not personal.xls) and the userform name is PDM_SPLASH1. Also, if i go into VBA I can see the form, but it wont launch when i try to play in manually. (Run-Time error 9)

Userform Show Path/file Error 75
I have an excel 2003 template containing a userform that is displayed using the workbook_open event.
The userform causes excel to crash with file/path error 75. i have tried many suggestions given on ozgrid and several other forums with no joy.
When the userform crashes, the debugger stops on DataFormNew.show.
I have added stop commands in the initialise procedure to see what is going on and it appears that my userform has disappeared!
to upload the excel template and any other information required to get this sorted.

Combo Box Additem - Run-time Error - Invalid Argument
I've written an Excel (using 2007, compatibility mode to 2003) app for our stock control. Basically it's a protected stock sheet which the user adds/removes stock via a form.
When the user runs the form the following code loops through the stock list header adding item names to a combo box. Problem is I get a run-time error if there's more than 60+ items but while the error always occurs, it happens at different places in additems.

In the code I've allowed a loop to 1000 items but in reality they'll be no more than 150.
Run-time Error '5' Invalid Procedure Call (CommandBars)
I create and load a commandbar, prior to loading it I attempt to check if it exists, then delete it, and recreate.
I dont understand why this seemed to work for months and now creates an error.
It appears that every now and then the created commandbar is not created when I open a file. Thats when the error pops up. I can manually run the Create_Bar sub and it will be fine, for a while.

Invalid Qualifer Error -setting Variable Using Getpivotdata
We have a very long macro that at the end sends an email to each training coordinator. Within the body of the email, we want to autopopulate the completion status from a pivot table using getpivotdata.
We first try to set the variable but get an error: [compile error:invalid qualifier].

Evaluate UserForm Control Where Name Is In 1 Cell & Property In Another
In A1, other code inserts the name of a Form control (textBox, comboBox etc), and in B1 it inserts the name of a Property that is always valid for the A1 control. I want to concatenate these two items to produce a formula in C1 that evaluates the current value of the Property on the running form and continues to update with each recalc. It's ok if I have to force a recalc to get the latest values.
The code feeding the items to A1 and B1 and which will be harvesting the Property values from C1 is running in the same Form that holds the controls being referenced.
So if A1= "Label1" and B1 = "BackColor", then in C1 I'd like the same result as if in VBA I said X = Label1.backcolor. I think that what I need is the Evaluate function, but I've read Arron's article on it I just can't seem to make it work here.
Run Time Error 438: Object Does Not Support This Property Or Method

The line that hangs up is the wksPayment.Listbox2.List = .keys line. Any ideas or ways to test or further figure out what is causing the problem?
Error 1004 Dget Property From Worksheet Function Class
I've noticed error 1004 is very broad and switches its name depending on what you're working with. But I have no idea what it means.
This is the line w/ probs:

I looked at protection and Macro security and checked my definitions (that work in other contexts).
Does DGET need to have criteria and database in the same worksheet? My project is working between two workbooks.
Copy/Paste Error Object Doesn't Support This Property Or Method
The macro below is stored within worksheet "Data Lookup". When the value in B1 changes, the code is executed but fails when it comes to the paste function. I get a "Object doesn't support this property or method".
Also, it appears the copying is not occuring correctly. It is supposed to copy from the Data3 worksheet but, in fact, its copying from the Data Lookup worksheet. Does storing this macro within a worksheet prevent the macro from moving between sheets?

Two Cells Which Have Formulas Stopping Error Messages Show An Error When Added
See the attached sheet. I am trying to add together two figs which are linked to calculations which have formula built in to stop error messages when there is a 0 / 0 = #value type error. However when these two cells are added, if the cells are blank I get an error message. And if only one cell has a value, I get "" with my existing formula. what I need to do to get a result of 7 if for example cell A4 = "" + B4 =7. At the moment my formula shows "" in the sum total of these cells
Unload Active Userform And Show New Userform

Trying to use above code to unload active userform and show new userform when red X (close) selected by operator. With the code as is, the Unload Me leaves the form on the screen and displays the RestrictedOptions form. If i remove the Restrictedoptions.Show, the Unload Me does remove the original form.
Fill UserForm ListBox & Show Userform
having trouble with the details of actually making these features work for me. I figured out how to create a UserForm with a ListBox and 2 buttons, but I don't know how to proceed from here.
1. Populate the ListBox in the UserForm with a list of names from the sheet "Totals_Dropdowns", cells K2:K11
2. Make the UserForm pop up and enter the user's selection into cell C40 of the "Regenerate Request"
I know these are very basic operations, and I'm pretty sure I can figure out the rest of my problems once I can get past the above.
Dynamic Range For Pivot Table :: Error : Range Is Invalid
I am trying to get to grips with the dynamic ranges for pivot tables. I have named a range data and in the refers to section put:

The trouble is that if I click yes, nothing happens.
UserForm: File/Path Access Error & I/O Error
the spreadsheet needs to be copied to a directory called "C:downloads" as it contains a ODBC query to itself (In reality, this is a query to an External Oracle Database)
On loading, it should pop up a simple userform, with a combo and two command buttons, which when pressed takes you to a (hidden) tab that displays a pivottable.
All works well until I try to close /save when 60% of the time, Excel encounters problems and closes and will not load up the file the next time until either quit excel or disable macros. Messages include "file/path access error", "I/O Error" or get restarts excel.
On a casual run through, I expect you might report back that "All worked ok for me". Please can you give it a bit of a thrashing, comment out the userform show, save the file (frequently) becuase i assure you it will break ultimately!
This is a brand-new file and I've tried it on about 5 different PC running different versions of Excel and generally get the same result.
Pivot Chart Error: Unable To Set The _Default Property Of The Pivot Item Class
I have created quite a nice little macro that;
drills through a lot of key figures, updates a pivot chart and copies the chart to powerpoint.
However it crashes on one particular data set every time with this error:

I can manually change the pivot chart to the keyfigure it crashes on and thereby workaround the problem in the macro. Also it works for more than 50 other keyfigures without problems.

In a worksheet if, in any cell a number is entered to show a UserForm.
Example: If anything greater than 11 is entered show UserForm5
If anything less than 11 is entered show UserForm6

Userform Show (default Tab)
I have a userform with multiple tabs. I have buttons on the excel sheet that correspond with the tabs. How do I get the buttons to open up their respective tabs in the userform?
For example: Button 1 opens Userform-Tab1; Button 2 opens Userform-Tab2; Button 3 opens Userform-Tab3; etc.
Right now they all open the userform, but open the first tab.

Temporarily Show Userform
I want to temporarily display a userform (maybe for 4seconds) when my spreadsheet loads.
I cannot grasp the ontime function, and from what I can tell most messages posted on here relate to using it for intervals, or to be used at a set time in the day. (I have looked at the Helpsheet for the Ontime function, but struggle to apply what is being said to my situation)
Hide UserForm Via Top X & Show Another
I bet you're getting sick of the "X" questions, and I have done an exhaustive search but the search filter kills searching for (X) or 'X' or "X" .. but nothing I did find is what I am looking to do. I have any # of userforms that when you click the "X" in the top right side, it will hide the userform... once.. Is there a fix to the code below to make it do it every time its clicked?

Like I said, I don't want to disable it, I tried that off of one of the posts I found and thats just plain annoying, I just want it to hide the one userform and show the other. This will do it once and then you can click it all you want and it wont do anything.. see the annoying trait above.. this lasts until you exit the program.. so the X button can be hit repeatedly though out the day. The userform 15 is visible, userform 11 isn't shown, IE not behind userform 15.
Show Particular Userform When Others Get Closed
I've got a sheet with 5 UserForms (1..5). Whenever I hide one with a command button there is always a piece of code securing that the basic UserForm1 will be shown in the end. But this is only so when the UserForms get hidden with the use of the command buttons. When the user simply closes the UserForms by usign the x sign he ends up with the active sheet and no UserForms present. How can I secure that closing the last active UserForm with the x sign will cause the basic UserForm1 to show up.
