Apr 21, 2014I have a macro which sends an excel file to certain recipients via outlook. I have embedded the voting buttons in the same macro. However, when I respond to the voting buttons, I am unable to add the sender and another group. The current macro .readrecipients, enables me to send it to the sender. I would like to add another group id to the same.

Apr 28, 2009I am currently trying to automate a receipt system. I have successfully managed to create an email based on calculated Excel data. The email is created using the following routine.

My problem is that there will be several people using this system so I would like to include a reply address which is different from the sender. Alternatively, I would like to send the email from a different account (but I have to assume that the users will have their own email accounts open).

Sep 23, 2007I’m currently writing a code, which will enable me to run a code, which will reply to a selected email with standard text in the cc, subject, body, and so on.
The code that I managed to write creates a new email message, instead I want the code to select "reply to all" to the email that I’ve selected, and then fill in the cc, subject, body, and so on.

Automated Reply To Inactive Window
Jun 30, 2007I am using PrimoPDF, as suggested elsewhere in the forum, to attach a PDF to an E:Mail and send it automatically, it works a treat ... however, I do have to manually intervene to click on the OK button & then again to click on YES when the filename is duplicate. I would like to automate these actions and am looking for a way to do it. It looked like the SendKeys command was perfect, but I'm not 100% sure how to do it. The PrimoPDF window is open, named as "PrimoPDF", but is not my active window, so I have put PrimoPDF.SendKeys "{Enter}"
... into the program but I am getting the error message "Run Time Error '424': Object required". Is this something to do with my code ? I am guessing that the program isn't recognising that PrimoPDF is an open & inactive window, so am I missing a prefix here or is it something more serious, like having to add a new Component or Additional Controls ?
Option Of "SOLVED" On The Post Reply When You Are The Orginal Poster
Aug 20, 2009Is there any way someone can put the option of "SOLVED" on the post reply when you are the orginal poster.
Now you have to reply to the post then go back into your orginal post to mark it solved. they would be more willing to mark the thread solved. I have noticed many people get an answer and never respond or mark solved.

Feb 6, 2014So i would like a message box to appear upon opening that asks the user "Are you sure this is the most recent copy of this workbook?"
Click Yes would simply close the message box and allow user to continue
Click No would close the workbook immediately without saving and also without prompting to save ( i have =TODAY() function within the workbook so the workbook will instantly be different from the current saved file and will for sure prompt the 'Exit without saving' warning box
Office 365 is my setup if that makes a difference.

What I need is two sets of VBA Code and 2 message boxes for the above scenario:
If Range C3:Last row contains a blank cell then Message Box ("WARNING: All items are not classified" refer too C6 and C8)
If Range C3:Last row contains "8528" or "9013" then Message Box ("WARNING: There is an FDA/FCC requirements for this file refer to C4 and C5 - create an Attachment from the scan folder and save as Attachment3-FDAFCC documents).

Message Box For VBA
Dec 3, 2008I need a VBA script that will allow an input either Text or Numerical and then search an entire workbook (5 sheets) and find it. It would be nice if it posted the information on the 1st sheet from where the macro will be run, Then I could use VLOOKUP and retrive the rest of the information.
I have a workbook with a ton of Purchase order Numbers, Vendors Name, Work Orders etc... and I have to search through them regulary. I have used the FIND button and it works, but when I try to record a macro with it I get stumped. Im Sure this is easy for you GURU's that program for a living, but for me, well.....Lets just say I am at a loss. I have tried this:

My worksheet is a schedule of training, and we have the same columns duplicated over monthly tabs, i want a message to appear if a certain column named " Trainers" has reached 30. Would this be possible? I would like it to pop up with what cell it is that has reached this number.

"there might be viruses... are you sure you want to open this file?"
