Consecutive Sequence Find Formula Adjustment

Have this formula which works fine for finding the largest sequence in a list. (c/o Domenic from [url]
=MAX(FREQUENCY(IF('Overs-Unders'!B3:B1827"",IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH('Overs-Unders'!B3:B1827,{0,"n/a"},0)),ROW('Overs-Unders'!B3:B1827))),IF(('Overs-Unders'!B3:B1827="")+ISNA(MATCH('Overs-Unders'!B3:B1827,{0,"n/a"},0)),ROW('Overs-Unders'!B3:B1827))))
Now i need to:
(a) from the cells B5:CC5 that this formula runs through find the highest figure and return the name in Row 1 of that column.
(b) adjust above formula to get something now that ignores any run that contains 7 or more consecutive "n/a"s
(c) get a formula that counts the latest run. eg. from the bottom up (at the moment data only goes down to row 200)

I am looking for a better way to determine if a column of values contains a sequence of consecutive matches. For example, column A contains single words. To determine if three consecutive cells contain the word "neuron", I enter in cell B3 the formula:
=IF(AND(A3="neuron",A3=A2,A3=A1),1,"")
And copy down. I then test column B to see if there are any non-blank cells.
If we want to change the word or the number of consecutive occurrences, I have to re-edit all the formulas in column B. I want to eliminate the helper column. I would like to put the word in B1, the number of consecutive occurrences in B2 and have a formula in B3 that will return either True or False.
I can do this with a UDF, but the user has rejected this option.

I have a file that contains addresses in column C. I need to find any gaps in addresses.
Ex:
211 Corbin Dr
213 Corbin Drive
214 Corbin Drive
123 Apple Drive
124 Apple Dr
124 Apple Dr
127 Apple Drive
I want to identify that there is a gap between 211 Corbin and 213 Corbin and 124 and 127 Apple Drive.
Currently the address including house number are in column c. However, I split the house number into a separate column and the street address in yet another column. There are also duplicates which I have identified by using conditional formatting to highlight the duplicates.

Basically I'm trying to look up a series of numbers against a separate row of numbers and look for a match regardless or number order.
For example
If you look at the above picture I'm trying to do a query of some sort that will look up the numbers in A8:G8 in then search each row in the above table ie look for the numbers in B1:J1, B2:J2,B3:J3 etc I need to be able to search each row and look for the sequence of numbers regardless of order, if there is or inst a match for all numbers it should look at the next row and so on (maybe multiple matches). If there is a match then it should display the Name located in column "A" into cell G8. In this example to Jarrad row contains the numbers located in A8:G8. If there is no match it should display "None".
I'm trying to find any easy way to do this as I have over 500 rows I'm trying to query. The number's in A8:G8 in this example could also be more or less, ie here I have included 6 numbers but this could be 3 or 9 etc.

How to find five consecutive working days for the staffs who worked only in night shift basis and if this comes true then to find other night shift for particular staff based on Bank ID and putting those data's in new excel sheet believe this can done through a macro.
Its new assignment to me to find the staffs to make the inconvenience allowance for the staffs who worked in night shift for five consecutive days and if they worked for five consecutive days then they eligible for other night shift days they have worked.
Given the data how it looks in our attendance. In the below data night shift criteria true stands for staffs who worked in night shift and false stands for staffs who worked in day shift.

I'm experimenting with a For Loop, and I don't know how to "tell it when to stop at the end of the column", because the columns have an empty row and then more data.. then an empty row and more data etc So the end of the column would be where there are two empty rows.

I need find consecutive Numbers in a singles Cell but each numbers have a leading zero and "-" (Dash)
My problem is that the UDF that i found on this forum, is for numbers with out leading zero with comma ",",
So even if change the "," by "-", still getting a error Because the Code is designed to Read numbers Formats different than mine..
My Numbers are located in Cell G12 (down), and the message that i need to show in the cell result is :
If Found :
0 Consecutives --> 0
2 Consecutives --> 2
3 consecutives --> 3
4 consecutives --> 4
5 consecutives --> 5
2 Set of consecutives --> 2S
Example of 0 consecutives --> 01-04-07-12-25-30

formula that will produce the number sequence as shown in the third column of the table. The sequence starts at 1 and if the colour changes then the number is 2 and if the colour changes again then the number is 3 and so on. The part I'm having difficulty with is that if the name in the first column changes then the sequence must reset to the number 1 and become 2,3 etc. as above when the colour changes.

I have two sheets in excel, one contains a list of names and the second is a basic lookup sheet for mail merge purposes.
Basically I want to write a formula in column A (of sheet 2) [current formula is =LabelNames!A2] and in column B the formula is =LabelNames!A3.
I want to drag these formulas down so each one jumps by 2... Ie:

In cells v43:v52 I have data which will change often the data is always either a 1,-1 or a 0, I need a way to count from the bottom up and ignore anything that is not part of the chain. It can also contain 0 in rows that are not populated yet but the 0s will always be on the bottom and never in the middle or top.
I.E. in 3 weeks it could be

I would want the formula to spit out 3 because it was 1 3 times in a row..
Now say in week 5 it is

I have a user form with 125 checkboxes and if checked would like them to display one message box containing a specific message for that the checkbox slection, but all messages in one message box.
I have one command button that will list each message box individually, using code like this -
If CheckBox12 = True And CheckBox5 = True Then MsgBox "You would need to see your manager"
Each message box individually is time consuming and it would be better if they all displayed in one box. Of the 125 check box options, 7 or 8 will only be selected at any given time.

A board member helped me with a macro, but my example had the wrong columns, and I did not know how to adjust the macro.....
I have 3 columns.
Column 'W' Needs to return a value derived from 'fourth and fifth character' of Column K.
Column 'X' needs to return a value for the Sixth and 7th Character of Column K.
Column 'K' is a 7 Alphanumeric part #. example AI3-HDSS.
(first three alphanumeric characters change, but are not relevant.
The 11 combos are all the combos in the spreadsheet.

code is pulling data for forecasts for the following 10 days, and the code is the following:
WHERE (((dbo_ACTUAL_HDD_DAILY. DATE)>=Now()-1 And (dbo_ACTUAL_HDD_DAILY.DATE)<Now()+9)
All he wants modified is to pull data for the entire current Month (Ex. if it is in the middle of July, he would want the data from July 1-July 31, or if February from Feb 1-Feb 28) It would be nice to do this without having to change the VBA every month.

I am trying to find a way to have a cell look into a group of other cells and display the first available things it comes to. Then have the next cell look in that same group and display the next item.
cells A1:A5 have 3 pieces of information in them scattered among that column (A1, A3, A5 might have the info in it one day, then A2, A3, A4 the next day)
I want B1:b4 to find the info in the A1:a5 and display it in order as it appears in the A column.

I am building a sheet of sales targets for 2009. With each month allocated a certain percentage of the annual target.
I wish to be able to take into account a change of target at some point in the year.
If i were to change the annual target in June, i need the spreadsheet to only change the monthly targets from June onwards, January - May are finished.
In the example attached there is a change in annual target in June. How do i calculate what the remaining month's targets need to be in order to meet the annual target while taking into account what has already been achieved and the shape of the budget as indicated by the percentages??

I'm trying to determine how to indicate which month an adjustment will post to an invoice.
Column A= billing cycle date
Column B= Market
Column C= Adjustment Approved Date
Column D= Adjustment Amount
Column E = Which invoice will credit post to:
So I'm trying to build a formula in Column E that will look at the cycle date in Column A compared to the Adjustment approved date in Column C and then kick out which invoice the adjustment will appear on. The values in Column E were placed mannually to show what I'm trying to accomplish. if the adjustment approved date is = to a cycle date it will show up on the same invoice. ie if approved on the 1st and the cycle date is the 1st the invoice will reflect the approved adjustment.

The code below puts a green border around the cell that is beneath 10 in my chosen range, however I wish to add the border to the row of information instead of just the cell. My columns of data are from columns E to M, but the criteria for whether or not the data gets a green border is in column D....so lets say D15 is less than 10, I would want a border to go around E15:M15.

I need to paste a picture from the Clipboard to my Worksheet. I select the origin and paste it with the macro.

The problem with it is, the Height and Width is arbitrary to the size of the cells at the moment. I would like to had a procedure to calculate does value. They represent the distance between the defined cells location for the image. Actually, if cells width or height change, the picture is misplaced.

Im having alot of difficulty preventing the result FALSE when one or more of my >20 count within an index table doesnt have a result to display.
Is there anyone able to understand the following? That can perhaps provide a solution that returns no FALSE word??

when "Update"(code is under "Update"button) button is pressed to copy the data from userform to the database sheet exactly into columns where both column heading match, for example if userform has heading "Qty Received " all data from that column should be in the database column with the same header "Qty Received"

I've adjusted a jonmo code to add an item in col B which is not in col A to the bottom of col A. - fab code, thanks jonmo.
But.. i want to:
insert rows beneath those in column A to accommodate the added items and shade those cells in list A once they been added ( so the users now they've been moved )
I've posted the code below ( including my attempts at colour change where it shade the right cell but in the wrong column ) ...
