Linking Outlook Standard Mail Format With Excel Hyperlink?
Jul 3, 2014I have a standard mail format which was saved in my hard drive(mail includes attachments and few contents in body) via excel. I've several vendor (#)numbers in my excel sheet, everyday I've to send a mailer to different vendors with necessary documents.
1. Vendor number EX: 12345 was hyperlinked, when I click on that 12345 standard mail format should be opened in outlook and the Vendor number 12345 to copied as TO:12345 CC: defined names in the outlook mail.

Mar 30, 2012I have an Excel file that has a persons name in column A, company name in column B, email address in column C and a hyperlink to a specific file to be sent with the email in column D.
I have the code to send the email and it works fine.
I've searched the net for mail merge and hyperlinks and have only become confused.
Here is what I want to do, attach the mail merge created file to the email, then the file associated with the hyperlink, I want to attach the actual file from the hyperlink into the email.

Mar 23, 2014I'm getting a time data on the format "0h 00m 00s" but I can't convert it to a standard "00:00:00" format to properly handle it and I'm not so Excel savvy. I already tried looking for something on google but the formulas for similar issues "0h 0s" or "0d 0h 0h" are not working (I can't find a way to adjust them). For example: I'm have the following data on G3:
0h 37m 52s
and I'm using the following TIME/FIND formula:
=TIME(FIND("h",G3),FIND("m",G3),FIND("s",G3))
but the outcome is "2:06:10" instead of "0:37:52"

Dec 11, 2011I am having difficulty writing code to insert a hyperlink from a command button on a userform.
I have set up a worksheet to be a data base for a lot of new files which are being created on a daily basis. The userform when activated asks the user to input certain information about the new file being stored in the data base (ie file name, date created, relevant project, description, who created it, etc). I have put a command button on the userform which I would like to activate the "Insert Hyperlink" menu so the user can then navigate to the location of the file being stored and have that hyperlink stored in a cell against the file when the "Submit" button is clicked on the userform.
I have read almost every thread on inserting hyperlinks with vba but none seem related to my needs. Using Windows 7 and Excel 2007

I need to manually add cells formatted with various other colors to my worksheet. Dec 27, 2009I have a userform with 4 text boxes. One of the boxes you have to enter in an amount. i.e. £25.52 This value gets put into cell E17 in my spreadsheet. When I click the button and it puts it in, it puts it in the cell as "£25.52" with left alignment and does not apply it as the accounting style, as set to that cell. The same happens if I just type "25.52" instead.
I also have a formula applied so that if E18 is "Yes", E19 will display "£0.00" otherwise, E19 should display the value of E17. And then column E has a total at the bottom of the values in Column E. Even when "£25.52" or "25.52" is entered in, it comes up in cell E19 as 25.52 (not with accounting style) but it doesn't add up in the sum at the bottom of the column.

If the last day of the month falls on Saturday or Sunday then the macro should mail on Friday. I have written a separate macro to send a mail. I have also written to check day(ie Monday, Tuesday etc) of today. If today is Friday or month end i can send mail. I dont know how to tell the macro to send mail on friday if the month last date is saturday or sunday.

Hyperlink In Cell Have Email CODE But Hyperlink Is Not Clickable
Jul 2, 2009I have this code that looks through my worksheet once the conditions are met it will email, and in column "M" I put a hyperlink to where the document is stored. All works as far as the email format, even grabs the hyperlink but it’s not clickable in the email.

Oct 17, 2006I am having a slight problem copying hyperlinks. I have written some code that sorts data by date and then creates a simple diary. It originally placed the name of the event in the new diary sheet. What I would like to do is instead of copying the name into this new sheet copy a hyperlink that I have created to the company's website for that event.
I can create the hyperlink using hyperlink(B1,A1) where A1 is the company name and B1 is the web address but since the new sheet will not have the underlying data I need to actually copy the values and format of the hyperlink rather than the formula.

I know how to hide them during a session, but when I exit and reboot Excel, the "standard" toolbar always returns.
