i have a text file with the following data

I need to get an output better on text (excell is limited with rows and the matrix can have up to 5000 rows and lines)
i tried to open the file with excel but every line is a string and i can't separet it
the output will be
A 1,2,3,4,5
A1 ,2,
A2 ,3, ,5
it will save me a lot of time
I have a cell in which I have the following data (for example):

I need to export the sheet as a tab delimited txt file for import into another program. When excel saves the file as .txt, it add extra data so that the cell is represented as:
"<a href=""http://www.trucks.com"">Ford Trucks</a>"
Note the set of two additional inverted commas. This extra data interferes with the parsing of the data in the other program. I've tried formatting the cells to "general" and "text", however, it does not seem to affect the txt output.
I am trying to create a simple translation tool for my product catalog, which is in Japanese, to English.
I have the Japanese and the English terms listed in a file (say, File A) in Col A and Col B which will keep increasing every week.
I want to create a macro which goes thru this list and replaces ALL the Japanese terms to English in "ALL THE SHEETS OF THE PRODUCT CATALOG" (say, File B) .
I have created a button in File A so that when I press this button, I browse my computer, select the file (product catalog) to be translated, replace all the Japanese terms to English terms in ALL THE SHEETS and saves it under a different filename.
I have a list of English words (about 2500) that are listed in excel in column A. In column B I'd like the Portuguese translation.
The best I've got so far is to have a hyperlink in column B -

Where I've typed 'XXXXXX' this is the word that will be translated in
ultralingua.
Is there any way that XXXXXX can be replaced with the contents of a source cell i.e. so ultralingua translates the contents of one of the cells from column A? I'll the transcriibe the result into column B.
I have a list of numbers in a column. The column looks like this:

I have a large number of text strings representing chemical formulas. They include letters for the element names and numbers for the number of atoms of each type.
For example:
C18H35NO3
C4H7S
C11H16O2Na
etc.
The element name has either one or 2 letters (one capital, one small), if there is no number and no small letter after the capital letter that means that there is only one atom of this sort(like in C18H35NO3 - there is one N atom). If the element is not listed in the text string it means that it is not found in that particular formula (i.e. the numerical value is 0). Is there any function that could help converting such a vector (say A1:A3) into a matrix that will have the following form:

I have an Excel spreadsheet that prints labels on a dot matrix printer. Until now the printer used a parallel port. My Excel workbook generates a text file "C:PRINTLABEL.TXT". I then execute a shell command to run a batch file called

I have code to create a correlation matrix (NxN, where N is the number of columns). This is done by selecting an area that is NxN, entering the function and range, then hitting ctrl +shift + enter (array formula).
However, I want to convert this to accept VBA arrays, rather than a data range, and give the output in form of an array as well.

I have this code to take an area of data and perform the SUMXMY2 formula and output the results to another sheet. My problem is that the results are being outputted in a semi-matrix and i needed them in a column so i can them perform a sort. Is this possible and can anyone shed a light on the best way to do it?

I have a matrix A with 12 rows and 10 columns. My problem is if in the cell(i,j) there is data then the same data should appear in a similar matrix B, but in a cell which is 15 cells behind the cell(i,j).
That is it should start counting upwards from cell (i,j) in B and once it reaches the top of the matrix it should continue counting from the bottom of the immediate left column and go up. When it reaches the 15 cell from cell(i,j) in b, it should print there the value that was in cell(i,j) of A.

On the sheet called " Correlation" there is matrix, I am baiscally trying to fill in the correlation formula into every cell so the matrix is filled out. The data for the correlation calculation comes from the sheet called "Tech Data". I have filled in the correlation formula into a few of the cells as an example, but I don't want to continue doing this manually but rather have a macro do it for me. Otherwise this will take for ever. My macro is also a part of the file, if you would liek to look at it and maybe fix what I already have.

V 1 2 2 3 3
W 2 2 3 3 3

Z 3 3 4 5 5
So if X and D are entered into the 2 cells the 3rd cell should show 4.

Deliveries within 1 zone will be charged for one zone.
Deliveries from Zone 1 to Zone 2 will be charged for 2 zones. Etc.
I've got a list of zones in my From column and also in my To column.
I need to write a formula that will give my customers the Zones Charged in a seperate cell.

On my example sheet it shows how many cables and how the cable length per job. What i need is for the hour/job column to be populated from the Hours sheet by matching the column and row. e.g 4 cables at 40 metres would give me cell D7 (27.89), as 25 metres would be no good - so rounding up would be required.
