The script should notice a word "color" in the cell of the row B, copy it to row A and fill down until the next cell filled fith word "color". Important: It can be some other words afte word "color" comething like color 1, color 234q etc. But "color" always the first word in the cell
I want to take what is in column A and replace the number after the "=" with new number.
I need a formula that identifies the 6 numbers or letters after the = and replaces with column A

The 111111 after the = could be any string of 6 letters and numbers. The contents of column b are a URL.

I have a list of pricing and I want to be able to change the text of cell, say "D1", which says "Standard" to say "Premium" and all the formulas would change in accordance. The "Standard" pricing would be, Starting D2, "=C2*.3" and I want them all to go to "Premium" pricing which would be formula "=C2*.35".
What would be the best method of creating this function or formula?
i have some existing code which is trigerred when anything is input into column c. The code then adds various information in another three columns. I have tried changing the offset to (0,0) or changing the offset to 'target = ', which does add in the vlookup but then the macro debugs at the 'If .Value "" Then' code?

So I have been playing around with the tab colors on my workbook and am trying to figure out the correlation between color brightness and the auto change from black text to white text. I've noticed that if the Green color value is higher, excel is more likely to use the black text. If Blue is high, white. Green takes precedence over Blue and Red is just kind of in its own world.how excel calculates this?

My htm document is located at C:/ and named XX.htm

I would like to change the code below to instead look for the "Customer Number" column by name, rather than by column A. My "Customer Number" column will always be in row 1, but yet, it will be in a different column letter every time I run the report.
I need code to change a letter such as A into a column number i.e 1. Everything i can find is to do with changing column numbers into letters, surely you can do it the other weay round aswell? Search a worksheet for a user defined text string, and have excell return the contents of a predetermined column in the same row in which the text string was found.
A prepopulated worksheet has the text "gold" entered in cell T278.
1. user searches for "yellow_metal"
2. Excell finds "yellow_metal" in row 278, say in cell A278.
3. Excell then goes to predetermined column (programed as part of macro or VB), say "T", and returns the text contents of the cell in that column, T278 in this example.
4. Excell returns "gold"

I would like to change the number 0 in the following range T4:V123 to SS. I know I can do that with inserting another column and using formula =IF(U4=0,"SS",U4) but that would change references in another sheet (Awards) and necessitate redoing a lot of formulas.
