When i save the worksheet cells are loosing links to other cells. what is even more surprising it happens only for 6 cells in 6 sheets.

On the sheets P1-P6, each cell A1 has a link to Basic data.
I have created a form in a worksheet which I have added questions too and then locked all cells except the ones where I want the answers in.
I have then added a button to the bottom of the sheet called "Print and Save". This work sheet is called "form"
On a second sheet called "database", I have all the titles of the questions running from a -> k and nother else.
What I want to happen is the user input the information on "form" into the boxes available. Once they have completed the questions, I want them to be able to click on "Print and Save" so that firstly the page "form" prints, and then for all of the answers to be saved in "database" below the titles for each question.
I have had a play, but just don't know where to start. Also, once there is a row of questions below the titles, I don't want it to overwrite information already there, it needs to go onto the next empty row available.

You will see in the code that I have the code for printing.. I just found this on the net and it seems to work fine for me.
I have the mask edit box functioning quite well. However, when the data is transferred from the userform to the worksheet, I cannot get the data to format to the preset format of the cell it is populating. The phone number displays as ########## instead of (###) ###-#### as it is formatted to do. Here is an excerpt of the transfer code I am using:

I have developed an application (all written in Excel) that can do comparisons between up to 5 scenarios (A.... E, with A being the Master that the others are compared to. Any one can be designated “A”.
All scenarios are the same format, and all have an identical Transfer Worksheet, to enable the transfer of data from the others to A for comparison to A. So, for A the transfer worksheet becomes an Importer, wherein the user pastes-special – link into array, always B21:E35, one column at a time, for each of up to 4 scenarios B…E.
For the others, Transfer worksheet becomes an Exporter, available for the user to copy the data from each of scenarios B….E, always cells B41:B54....
I found a topic here that wanted to know how to remove links, I wanted the same thing.
I found an add-in that identified and could remove any links in the workbook depending on the response to the dialog box. So far, so good.
But it found a link that was located on another page, this link was linked to a third workbook. But what the link is doing or what its association is w/ the other workbook is a mystery. How do I see what this link's purpose/function is?
I have "inherited" an Excel workbook from someone that is really unwieldy in presentation and difficult to read. I want to break it down and reorder some of the tables and information. To do this I need to copy/ cut parts of different sheets into others. When I do this, I'm finding that I get reference errors even though the source documents are the same.

I was wondering if it is possible to update links from one worksheet to another that contains a running tally - even when another worksheet is added and needs to be linked to the running tally as well?
I have attached a sample workbook. What I have is a summary sheet ( Sum Hrs CMS) that has SUMIF calculations for a series of rows in the Estimate Sheet.
The problem that I have run into is - when you press the Add New Sheet button on the Estimate sheet, it copies hidden sheet and inserts it at the end of the workbook, however I then need the hours in the CMS portion to link to the summary sheet. What I was wondering is how do the links on the 'Sum Hrs CMS' sheet include this new sheet and the data that is entered on it?
I am try to copy a worksheet "exactly" from one workbook to another, i.e. all formulas and range names reference the new workbook and not link back to to the workbook they were copied from. I need to copy this template to 250 workbooks. However, everytime I copy this template sheet into a workbook, it updates the reference to the template name!
Is there an absolute reference I can use for the sheetname?
Example: Workbook Template - Sheet1 - Cell A1 = Value
Workbook Template - Sheet2 - Cell A1 = Sheet1!$A$1
So for so good, but when I copy Sheet2 to a new workbook, I need to have the exact same reference; ie. Sheet1$A$1 and NOT = ['C:Workbook template']Sheet1!$a$1
What I'm trying to do is link a cell to give me the sum of 2 different cells located in 2 different tables I created.
So I want to have Cell B5 look for the number in cell B3 in the Table that starts in column Q1 and give me the corresponding number in the same row in the column R1
then lookup the number in cell B1 in the Table that starts in column T1 and match it with the number in Column U1 that corresponds to it in the same row
and Finally give me the sum of both corresponding numbers.
IE.. the number in B3 is found in Q13 which uses the number it corresponds to in R13. The takes B1 finds it in T16 and uses the number it corresponds to in U16.
Then returns the sum of R13 and X16 into B5. (B5 should show 176)
I have two worksheets in a spreadsheet but after I use it I want to be able to click a button and just save Sheet2 Alone. Can I do this.

For the most part it is working with the exception that the export stops at row 6 for some reason I dont understand. I have a sheet that I want personnel to enter in data into certain cells.
The problem Im having is that people are saving the workbook with different names then what it is from the data they entered.
I want EXCEL to save the excel sheet as it is typed in one of the cells in the workbook.
Example: the information typed in cell A1 is " Black Dog ".
I want the excel workbook they are currently working on to promt the "Save As" box to save as " Black Dog " when they are done entering data into that cell.
Is there a Macro or something out there that would bring up the "Save As" box to save the workbook or worksheet?
I have a workbook which utilizes 2 worksheets to fill a third. I would like a macro to be able to save JUST that worksheet, and not the other two. I thought there was a checkbox allowing you to "save selected" only, but I'm either dreaming, or it was in a previous version of Excel (I know use Excel 2000).

It always fills the cells with False and blank, no matter what buttons are pressed (except cancel), so all I can think is that the information isn't feeding back through properly from the form.
I want to type some data into a text box on a form, after I press enter I want to do sothing with the data (add it to a list box, no problem) and then go back to the textbox for another entry.

I've got the following code, setting up and initializing a Public variable for a sheet, but I've found that it's has no value after the Auto_Open is run,
though it works fine in the procedure Auto_Open calls.
I can get around it by reSetting it in the module I need it in,
but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a Public variable:

I have problems in PASTING my 19 digit number from the source report into excel.
E.g, the original value is 8321515222222123122 but it always transfer to 8321515222222120000
I have tried the simple cell format setting, that is after pasting, I set the cells to text, but it doesn't help and also try the custom fomat "###################", but it is still the same result with the last 4 digit lost.
What I want the format to be is not in scientfic and have to be full display.
Upon opening after "Enable" is selected the workbook attempts to locate several nonexistent pieces of data, either internet based files or network based files. Requested data appears to be about 11 years old and would not be applicable it located.
Edit Links shows the location of the requested files, i.e., E:filename but does not show the location within the document that causes this request. A search for "E:" does not locate text in any worksheets.
The question is how to delete or turn off this problem which slows opening, saving, and recalculation of a large multiple worksheet workbook.
how to protect a worksheet from editing and at the same time allow all data source links within the sheet to be refreshed? I need my users to be able to refresh all data links as required but not be able to change the worksheet in any other way.

We have data in columns A:E which comes from the refreshable query. Data in F:I are different formulas based on the data from the query. The number of rows we get will vary from query to query. The headers never change just the data. How can we make it so that when no matter the data length the formulas will always autofill up or down depending on the data length?
