Shortening My Code For Multiple Case Scenario

I have a combo box that is used very simply to select a column from sheet and copy that whole column down to where text ends into a specific column in another sheet. I.e whatever column is selected ends up in column B of this other sheet. At the moment I've been using If functions for each case but there must be a more efficient way of doing this; here is just a sample of my

1: Clock shoud tick monday to friday 8:00am to 4:pm only
2: there are 4 coloums where date recieved, date sent, time recieved, time sent are available.
3: the TAT should show the number of hours taken to from the time a case has been recieved to the time it has been sent

I have put together some code which works fine but is very clumsy and, when it comes to expanding it in the very near future, will look really bad.

Is there a s way to simplify this code (and the several more lines of similar) using For..Next and/or With function(s)? I've tried a few combinations but can't quite strike the right one.

I think I have a very straight forward problem, I'm copying about 400 values from one workbook to another (from vertical range to horizontal range) and I currently have about 400 lines of code in order to do this. Below I've pasted the code I'm using now but the macro takes an estimated 30 seconds to run. I figure if I can reduce the number of lines the macro will run a lot faster

Creating a Scenario Matrix. I am using Excel XP. Simplifying the problem, I have a formula;
Cell A1 has X,
Cell A2 has Y
Cell A3 has Z
X * Y = Z
I want to find the answers when X is between “1” and “5” and Y is between “1” and “5”. I want this to be in a matrix so I want the answers:

5
I cannot use Scenario Manager; it would record the answers on the pivot table or summary which is what I want BUT I would have to type every combination (1,1), (1,2) etc!

I have found the code below that is very good and changes the case size to Upper, Proper or Lower. The problem is that when I select a cell, range of cells, column or row it changes the entire sheet instead of the selected range.

I am adding shapes with text (msoShapeOval) to an image on a worksheet but I cant get the size of the "ShapeRange" to work dependant on the value assigned to "sTxtlen".
I had msgbox's within each Case but none were triggered allthough using another msgbox to show the length of sTxtLen is correct prior to the Select Case.

I've selected a case statement (see below) but I want to that code to work automatically. So i do not want to press a button to show a certain value in S2. But I want cell c2 to automatically pop up the value (depending of the value in V4). So kind like an if/then statement.

This is what I’ve been trying to do. There are 3 different work schedules for each employee. Each employee gets 2 days off in a row. At the top of the employee schedule worksheet, there are 3 schedules. The zeroes represents days off for that schedule and the 1’s represents days worked. Ok, Cells c7 thru c17 display total staff needed for that day Cells c8 thru c18 display average number of customer on a particular day Cells c9- 19 display number of needed based on a staff to customer ratio of 1 employee per 80 customers B11 displays that ratio
I need to make a comparison of two different staff to customer ratios. My goal is to find lowest total payroll while adequately staffing the store. In B13 I want to enter the daily salary amount for 1 employee at $10 hr/8 hrs per day
In A16 enter total payroll amount
Total staff B7 times salary in B13
Use solver to find minimum payroll amount
Target cell is total payroll found in A16
Target cell must be = to minimum value................

I have a Case Select statement I just learned how to use yesterday (kind of) What I am wondering is can I have multiple arguements or conditions to each case? For example: my sheet is a "Job Cost Estimate" for construction sales people. The section I am working on is "Fasteners"
I have 2 drop down boxes per line. The first box selects the fastener type, (Screw, Nail, Auger) the next box selects the size in inches and half inches (16 different sizes). Currently the select statement is set up for screws and says if this size then this price. I want to say if this type of fastener and this size then this price.
Additionally, when I select a size in my drop down box, I have to click somewhere else to get it to calculate. Is there a way to select the option and it auto calculates?
Here is my statement in my Worksheet selection change section:

I've got a pretty intense macro already written, a lot of Select Case components. At the end, if nothing matches I'd like to just copy the cell above to the cell below. However, there is a range of about 400 cells in length, so I'd need some sort of wildcard for range.

I'm using this function to make a short description of a product from a long description.
=MID(K2,1,200)&"…"
So it's taking the first 200 characters of cell K2 and adding a ... to it.
Whats happening is it is splitting words and ending at character 200 instead of the end of the closest word to character 200.
Is there a way to alter this formula to break at the end of a word close to character 200?
Or is there a better way to do this?

I have attached a screen shot below of a sheet I am using to collate fruit orders and calculate an order total for each individual person.

The price of each fruit item runs along row 3 and then each persons order has its own row. The total price for each person is then calculated in column AM. However I am looking to shorten the formula I am using to calculate the total in this column.
I am currently using:
AM4=SUM(C3*C4+D3*D4+E3*E5+F3*F5+........+AJ3*AJ5+AK3*AK5+AL3*AL5)
AM5=SUM(C3*C5+D3*D5+E3*E5+F3*F5+........+AJ3*AJ5+AK3*AK5+AL3*AL5)
As you can see this formula is far too long so I am looking to write it in compressed formula.

I have created 2 seperate VBA's that I would like to combine and improve upon. One removes Duffs, and the other eliminates blank rows. My goal is to do a copy and paste/special, then remove the duffs, and then delete all rows that do not have data in column H.
