Userform Create Input Boxes

How would I go about making a user form that has an input box where you can type in a year (in yyyy format), and then two radio buttons that allow you to choose either "Jan-Jun" or "Jul-Dec", and a submit button to run a corresponding macro.
The purpose of this is I have two macros that run the same report, one is for first half of the year, second is for second half of the year. For simple purposes we will call them "JanJun" macro and "JulDec" macro ...

I don't know if input boxes are what I want but you'll be able to tell me
When Excel is opened, I want a box to pop up where the following can be pasted:
"Trades
Merchandise: 100,000.000
Merchandise: 1,000,000.0000
Merchandise: 1,000.0000
Merchandise: 10,000.0000
Total: 1,111,000.0000"
The text and numbers will be copied from a webpage. When Excel is then opened, rather than having to type in those values (I'm only interested in the numbers), could an input box (or something else) handle and filter those lines to basically just the numbers?

I want to create some VBA code, but I don't know how to do it, that allows the user to make a copy of any worksheet he/she wants within a workbook and then name the copy of the worksheet whatever he/she wants. The copied worksheet should come at the end of however many worksheets exist in the workbook.
I want to accomplish this by using input boxes for the user. I want the user to click the macro and then the input box appears asking him enter the name of the worksheet he/she wants to copy. Then I want the input box to ask the user to enter name for the new copied worksheet. That's it!
A cancel button on the input would be nice just in case the user decides not to copy any worksheet.

I have the following (intense) formula
=SUMPRODUCT(--ISNUMBER(SEARCH(MID(A5,{1,4,8,12,16},3),B5)))>=3
I was wanting to make either 3 input boxes or 1 if thats possible that basically you click and it captures the column you want the answer in, and then the two columns the data is in. It then places the formula down in that column with the answers based on what your input was.
I would want the range to be atleast 1 to 6000 rows (just in case)

Not sure if this can be done, but a colleague of mine is trying to record a macro which is not cell or area specific, but content specific. i.e :copy only if cell A3:A10 = "rabbit", then paste in another tab cell B7:B14.

Having problems with input boxes. I'm trying to creat 3 input boxes that will prompt the user to input 'Add1' in cell A1 'Add2' in cell B1 and 'Add3' in cell C1. Then return back to the first prompt box ready for further info - but this time, if it finds info in cell A1 it needs to move down to A2....and so on. Just about down the easy bit and have the three input boxes working - but unfortunatley that's it.

I have designed a spreadsheet to calculate time and speed averages of a ships voyage. When using a date and time value entered into a input box the value in the cell is reversed form the U.K date format to the U.S date format. this has been causing great amount of fustration to me. the cell has the correct date format i want and the excel system is configured to the U.K format. my program to allow you to look at it my knowlege is not very good of VBA. When entering the date in the FAOP from the drop down menu as dd/mm/yy hh:mm in is reversed.

I need some code to use text boxes to change the data in certain cells. Basically I want 3 text boxes to appear one after another. The first box should add text to cell T1, then 2nd to cell T2 and the 3rd will add text to cell T3. All these values should be added at numbers.

I am trying to create a macro which gives me an input box. I need to enter 2 numbers into the input box. It would be as follows:
Input Box Msg 1 - "What is your labor cost?" (NUM1)
Input Box Msg 2 - "What is your productivity rate?" (NUM2)
Then I need the macro to take this info and enter it into a formula which changes according to the row which you are on. (I need the macro to work based on which ever cell I currently have selected). The formula would be this if I currently had a cell on row 10 selected:
=(NUM1*(NUM2*$H10))/$H10
So, if I currently had cell L10 selected, and I ran the macro and put 100 in for "NUM1" and 10 for "NUM2" and my sheet had 20 in cell H10, then the macro would enter the number 1,000 into cell L10. If I had L500 selected, then the macro would enter the final number into cell L500 based on what value H500 contained.

I am creating a spreadsheet where the user enters food they have eaten that day. The way this is done at the moment is with validated list boxes, one depending on the other using the indirect function. I want to be able to make this into a user input form. Is there a way of adding these validations from the spreadsheet, to an input form.
I want the input form to have an input for the day, food group, food item, and quantity of the food. The food item needs to depend on the food group.

I have a userform that loads with when excel starts. The workbook has a second and third sheets with names from A1 to A20. The form is used to add information to the first sheet. There are two list boxes on the form the reference via VBA the names on sheets 2 and 3. When form initially opens the list boxes are void of data. I also have a macro that reopens the form without having to close the workbook. When I close the form and reopen it the list boxes are populated as they should be - so the list boxes are working correctly just not being populated initially. In the open form module I have code that sets the rowsource for the data on sheet 2 and 3. Why the userform does not populate when the workbook initially opens?

I have a UserForm with several text boxes where dates are input, the user form is acts as a data entry form so the text boxes are not linked to individual cells. My problem is that when the dates are entered into my worksheet they are in Text Format even though the worksheet column is formatted to Custom Date dd,mm,yyyy.

What Im trying to do add some addition data to a spreadsheet, I think a userform is the best way to do this. Worksheet = sheet 1 (Current Data)
I have an Item number in column C of sheet 1 (currently 570 items)
I have a spot for the values of my checkboxes on sheet1
What I would like is to be able to select the item number from a combo box (cmbITEM) And check off all or some of the checkboxes (I have 12 checkboxes = chk01 through chk12) then have that update the data on sheet1

My problem is i need to create a drop down box in excell, now i have a list of names,
Name 1
Name 2
Name 3
Name 4..........
I need all thos enames in a drop down list but i think i keep doing things wrong, I am doing it like this,
All names are in cells A23-A33, i have highlighted them and named them (Names) using the name box in the top left corner, i have then gone to Data, Validation, List, Then i have sourced it to "Names" and clicked ok, this is where my problem is. It Makes all the boxes for Name 1 - Name 10 Drop Down Boxes... And when i click on any of them it gives me a list of all the names, when i click on one of the Names that name appears in the drop down box but the original Name dissapears from the box completely!

How do i auto advance a text box in a user form to the next question. As long as that question was answered otherwise it doesn't advance and displays a msgbox telling them that something must be entered in that box? All done in vba.

I have a userform and a calendar form, on the user form I have three text boxes named (txt1, txt2, txt3) and three buttons named (cmd1, cmd2, cmd3).
PROBLEM:
when I click I cmd1 button the calendar form opens and after selecting the Date from calendar, the value of the calendar assign in txt1.
the same for cmd2, cmd3

I have a user form with 10 textboxes on and when you press the command button, VBA will send the values in each text box to a cell on the sheet. If a user only wants to enter one value, it zeroes all the others in that row!! Does anyone have any ideas please in very very basic lamens code!! It is only relating to the user form called "Figures1". I had an if command running in the "decweek1" modules, but it makes my procedure too long to do the same with the other one!
If you look at my code, you can see how unadvanced I am with this so really simple code would be gratefully received!! If anyone feels nice enough you could always write the code for this problem for me and send me back the workbook, however I don't expect anyone to do this!

I have some code which, which I have modified it to create check boxes for all rows of data, but when I run it, it begins to wipe out the data, and create an endless column of numbers and check boxes. Here is the code:

I have had some success in creating multiple check boxes and having them at the destination I want the problem is that instead of linking to different cells they are all linked to the same cell. What I am trying to do i to use a userform for input in list. Should be simple, but I can't figure it out
Attached there is a sheet that I set up. The sheet called "Source" contains some data that is used as a picklist in the input form. I created a user form called "Newflight" with comboboxes in which you can input plane type, pilot and passenger based on the data in the Source sheet. It also contains an input box for the take off time. (it would be very nice if I the actual time could be entered by a single click, but the user should still be able to enter it manually).
After clicking "STORE" the data should be stored in the first empty row in the sheet called "List".

Is there any way I use the same userform and somehow change the 'input' cell to the next row down each time the userform is selected..
For example:
I have a macro button, which when clicked opens a userform, an option button is selected and that value is put into a cell in a certain column.
However, as shown in the grid below, theses macro buttons are the same all the way down the column, and lead to the same userform, so instead of creating hundreds of the same userform is there a way of changing the cell number (row) when the next macro is pressed??

In a worksheet if, in any cell a number is entered to show a UserForm.
Example: If anything greater than 11 is entered show UserForm5
If anything less than 11 is entered show UserForm6
Also, If you can help with this below I dont know how to implement it.
If in any row if two cells = "Loss" show UserForm7 The word LOSS This is input thru a work sheet calculation.
If in any row if the cells contain the most WINS in that row. show UserForm8

What I need to do is allow for user input. I want to create a dialog box that pops up and asks for an input range, when the user runs the macro. Values can only be from 1 - 50. And the user won't be allowed to select broken sequences, like 6, 9, 12-15.
They would have to be continuous, i.e. 6 - 15, etc. I'm still very new to VBA. I can play with the control toolbox, but I have very little understanding of how to interface with the components that I'm adding/creating. Once I have that range, I want to use the inputs as the 'start' and 'stop' points for my loop. So I need to capture the values and pass them as input parameters, I'm guessing.
I can modify the loop to accept the inputs, I'm just not sure how to capture them from a user input dialog box.

I am looking for some macro code to create an Input box which will prompt the user to enter a specific date (not todays date so NOW function is not appropriate). This will in turn cause the file to be saved in a specific folder with the date becoming the name of the saved file.
