Copy Sheet For Last Month

I am trying to copy sheet 2 to active sheet,only for the cells where the date is for last month.

how I can get this thing work. I am trying to create a model/code that copies old sheet and create a new sheet and paste the copied old sheet into the new sheet automatically each month.For instance, if my current sheet is February tab, I wish to create a model/code that copies February month's tab and paste it onto a new sheet, for month of March, at the end of the month.

I am working in a spreadsheet that contains a bunch of data, it is not limited, and varies. It has some fiels such as: name, date of birth, address, and others. I am interested in creating a column with only the month digit of the date of birth for each row.
I have been working with some code, I am not quite sure how to continue. The following table would be a example that I have of the data, it has only to entry in the column of Date of Birth, but my data range will always vary. I want to get the month and past it in the next cell that is available in this case would be column c or 3... The worksheet name is REP.

I m trying to write a formula for my financial model. If anyone can take a stab at a solution. I'm trying to write a formula that will equally distribute revenue either over the next 1 month, 2 month or 3 month period depending on size of the deal.
Details:
Sales will fit in 1 of 3 categories. Less than 25k; between 25k & 100k; greater than 100k.
- if under $25K, recognize in next month (month N+ 1)
- $25K-100K, recognize in two equal parts in months N + 1 and N + 2
- over $100K, recognize in three equal parts over 3 months
N + 1, N + 2, N + 3 ...

I want to do a loop where you can copy say A3 worksheet 1 then add another sheet naming the work sheet "A3" then copying A3 worksheet 1 to A1 "A3". After that looping to A4 to a new work sheet naming the work sheet "A4"copying the value to A1 "A4", etc...
Is there a simply way of doing this loop? I can probably fit my other coding into the structure.

i need to set year and month to my sheet.
the sheet works like a paycheck report. So if it´s posible to do this i can go back in time and do my report.
now i use excel´s own date form serial number. so if i need to go back to 06 i need to type 2006-11-1 if i worked that day.
is it posible to format the sheet by typing in the year and month and the hole sheet works after that input?

In my file I have a number of worksheets.
What I need to do is make a copy of one of the worksheets, however the name of it varies each month.
I have used the macro recorder to make a copy of a worksheet and rename the copy and this is what it gives:
Sheets("Trial August 09").Select
Sheets("Trial August 09").Copy Before:=Sheets(1)
Sheets("Trial August 09 (2)").Select
Sheets("Trial August 09 (2)").Name = "Comparison File"
Range("B781").Select
The last line is just clicking away from the renaming of the worksheet.
BUT, the worksheet called "Trial August 09" will next month be "Trial Sept 09" so my recorded macro wouldn't work.
I do have a summary worksheet in this file where the user specifies the month and year - Cell A2 will have August 09 and B2 July 09 for this month and next month it'll be A2 as Sept 09 and B2 as August 09 - can I use these to help do the copy?

I have a macro below where it looks at sheets name and deletes if Jan is not there.
I would like to change this a bit so that it looks for all 12 months (Jan to Dec) instead of looking for Jan only.

I'd like to make a template so that when it is opened the previous month name is inserted in the sheet name. The reason I want to use previous month is that normally this report is created in the month following the month being reported. So it is opened, months are updated, then the user saves as xls. Ideally I guess sheet would not have the month on the template.
The name of the sheets are shortened months like "Dec Results Bob" and there are 8 of these.
I can tell it might start:
Private Sub Workbook_Open() (or would .xlt be the same?)
but that's about it. I made a macro of renaming sheet but that didn't really tell me if I could insert the Month there.

I need to display a value that is in a table on one sheet when the month is matched on the first sheet.
The month that I need to match up is on sheet1 in cell B1
I have a table on sheet2 that is a year budget, the cell range for the months are C5:Y5
Under each month I have a list of headings and it is these cells that I need to display on sheet1 in the relevant box.

I want to be able to copy a name from one sheet (Available Players), paste it to a cell in another sheet (Round 1 through Round 20). The cell that will be copied is fixed but the place where it will be pasted will be different and may be on a different sheet.
also i would like to change the color of the copied cell to "greyed" out or cut if it can not be greyed out. I have created a button and put in a macro that i created but have been having problems with it, generic 1004 errors that i can not figure out. i am attaching the document.

I want to create a macro button that can create copy, insert, paste and rename the new sheet in next month's name, like if the active sheet's name is January, I want to copy the whole sheet of January, insert new sheet, paste the new sheet and rename the new sheet to next month like February?
Also rename the new sheet (February) cell B3 the same as new sheet's name (February)
So if month of February is near end, the macro button in February will create the same way as Jan did which means the next sheet will be named March and so on.

Although Copy + Paste and Copy to New Row are fairly common questions I find, I am having trouble getting it to fit to what I want.
In the attached example, I have three sheets: 'TBC', 'Bland Anna' and 'Coates Beth'.
I would like to search in columns E and F (no dates will be present until row 5, but as rows 1 through 4 will not contain dates, it may be easier/involve less code to just search the columns) for a specific month, e.g. for this example search for any dates that are in January.
I would then like to copy the data in columns D through G that correlate to said date, and then paste onto sheet TBC on the next available row, not to overwrite.
The macro in question would need to go through every sheet and perform the above action, although there are only 2 sheets in this example, the live workbook will likely contain 100+ sheets containing employee sick leave.
Furthermore, and this is something I'm not sure would be feasible, everytime it copies data, I need it to pull across the name of the individual. This part is slightly more complicated as the names on the sick leave sheets are based at E2 and G2, whereas it needs to copy the names to B and C. Moving the name information from E2 and G2 would make sense to make copying easier, there are other sheets that I have excluded as they are not relevant here, but which are used elsewhere.
If this is not possible, I will have to look into reworking the layout of the information to make it feasible.

When VBA copies from a .csv spreadsheet to an excel spreadsheet, the days/months in the date become reversed. So 12/5/2009 becomes 5/12/2009.

I have created an action plan in Excel, with a column containing the values Yes, No and Partial to show prgress against the actions. I have used CountIF (in cells D72 to D74) to count the number of each Yes, No and Partial. I want to be able to put these figures in a chart each month. I am using columns F to Q for the chart data. the headings of the chart columns are month values, e.g, F1 is "6" (for June).
I have used Month(Now()) to generate the current month value in cell B1. I now need a macro that will check the value in B1 against the chart table headings in F1 to Q1 and if it finds a match, will copy the values D72 to D74 into the chart table below the relevant heading.

The idea is to have a text box and a command button,enter the month in the text box and click the button. A sheet for the month to create at end.

We have a workbook that we create each month that has one worksheet per day of the month, labeled 12_01_2011, 12_02_2011, 12_13_2011...etc. The pages are an empty template with formulas and fields in place that we simply copy and paste the results of an SQL query into. Presently, we are copying the page manually several times over, and then manually renaming the pages with the new dates for the upcoming month.
So, here is my question. Macro that I might use that would:
1) Make a copy of the template for each day of the month.
2) Label each page in sequence with the dates for the upcoming month.

I want to paste a cell value into a column that is a certain month based on a date inserted by the user. For example, in cell a1 is £1000 in cell a2 is 01/01/2008 so i would then want this to be pasted in the same row and then column called january 2008.

I have a workbook with so many sheets as the working days of a month. I also have a Master sheet.
The sheets are named as the dates. Example: 020113 , 020113, 030113......etc
In the Master sheet, first column has ALL working dates of the month(i don't care about Holidays).
First row of this sheet are headers.
My goal is from the sheet of the certain date of the month automatic copied certain cells values(same in eatch sheet) to certain cells in Master Sheet.

I am using Excel 2010 and need to get the totals for each month transfered to a separate sheet. For example;
One sheet is called Outgoings (which has all the receipts entered chronologically in rows and apportioned in the columns) and the other sheet tracks the cost per month of each column.
I found a formula online and adapted it to this;
=SUMPRODUCT((Outgoings!$A$5:$A$1000>=41000)*(Outgoings!$A$5:$A$1000

Trying to assign this cell's value to the correct sheet tab for the current month.
Trying this:

A3 is todays date. Wholesales 2014.xlsx]May is a seprate sheet for the month of may and so forth for june.
The problem is the p1 value is empty for the Jun sheet so I get an error: #VALUE! (I assume that is why I am getting the error?)

By itself works just fine. I need to set this up for future use, though.

I have a detailed note inside biweekly.xls, it explains everything in context.
Two excel sheets, one is updated manually (Vikki's Yearly Averages.xls), while the other is for reporting (biweekly.xls)
The coding will all be in biweekly.xls.
First, it needs to take a date to the right of a name from biweekly.xls and use the month and year from that date for the search.
Then it needs to look in VYK.xls under the name and copy every entry starting in the year specified and month specified and ending at the current date.

Example, I have a sheet named DATA1, I want to add a new worksheet, copy a certain range from the DATA1 sheet to the new sheet and rename it the same name DATA1 and delete the old DATA1 sheet.
Also, the sheetname will be unknown, the macro must get the sheet name first.

I have I workbook that contains 2 sheets. The first sheet "Business Objects" is the master list. The second sheet "Gene" contains similar data but is incomplete. There is a unique identifer for both sheets and that is item ID. what I would like to do is look at the Item ID column on sheet1 compare it to SS# on sheet two and copy any rows from sheet1 to the end of the sheet in sheet 2. I have found in my searches on this forum a bit of code that identifies the ones in sheet1 that are not in Sheet2 and highlights them red(which is not neccessary for me, but I am struggling to figure out how to take that and paste it to sheet2.

EXAMPLE: Complete Sheet called "Day1". When day1 is complete you click on button and it then copies itself and creates and renames new sheet to "Day2", then when "Day2" is complete you click on button and it then copies itself and creates and renames new sheet to "Day3", and so on and so forth to "Day30".
