Comments In Dropdown Box Dependent On Number Selected In Adjacent Cell

I have been asked by my supervisor to make a performance review template a little bit more user friendly.
Basically what I have is a drop own list in cells in one column (various cells with the same drop down menu) that you select from either 0-10 in a drop down box.
I have another cell which I want to have a drop down box with text comments that you select from when. Only problem is the comments different dependent on the ranking score you give a person (the number selection in the previously mentioned cell from 0-10). So if you have a score between 9-10 in the cell then the comments box will give you certain comments to choose, 7-8 different comments and so on and so forth.

I have a series of dependent drop lists and a cell which asks for a phone number. I would like if the selection in the previous cell is North America, the format of (111) 111-1111 is chosen. if the user enters the improper format I would like them to be prompt with an error "Improper Format - <Proper Format>", clear contents, and re-select the cell otherwise if valid select the next cell. It would need to strip out the leading 1 incase an international code is entered and also special characters such as "(",")","-","+","_" as well as spaces.
The next problem is that it would have to change format to if another selection is chosen. The other two selections are Australia and Europe. Europe is more difficult of a format as the area codes vary in length. I will be dealing predominantly with Sweden whose area codes even vary. For Australia I would like it to be in the format 011 61 1 1111 1111 where 011 61 will be added even if the user does not enter it (or if not possible prompt with proper format).
The cell asking which continent is G35 and options are "","Australia", "Europe", "North America"
The cell asking for a phone number is K47
The next cell on valid response is G50

I have a spreadsheet with several comments with pictures on cells. I want them to show up when you select the cell, instead of having to put your mouse cursor on it. I found this code, but then it shows the comment on the middle of the spreadsheet. I want the comments to show next to the selected cell.

I created comments to be shown when drop down list items are selected using the helper cell and workbook change solution from Leith Ross at the thread below.

This works perfectly to show the comments. What I'd now like to do is delete the comment if the content of the cell is deleted.

Is it possible to have a worksheet code that would underline a row if a certain value is selected in a dropdown list?
I have a worksheet with data populated across colums A to K, in Column I there is a dropdown list. What I wanted was to be able to understrike the Columns A to K of a particular row is the value in the dropdown list in Column I ="Cancelled". I cannot use Conditional Formatting as I have already used the maximum 3 formats for other features.

I have the following table with weeks to display for the holidays and my column H has a drop down list of the first column in the table below with the Named Range, "SNCODE.Season_Codes".
The other two Named Ranges are, "SNCODE.Season_Codes.Start" and "SNCODE.Season_Codes.End"
I need my column K to display a list of weeks from the first week to the last week. For example, the cell in column K for Valentine's Day should have 1, 2, 3, 4.

I have a workbook with two sheets. The idea behind the workbook is an Interview Guide to be used just before an Interview. For now my problem is this.
Sheet 2 "Competencies" is just data. It stores competencies with their associated definitions and questions.
Sheet 1 "Control Page" is the sheet where the questions will eventually go. The user (Interviewer) will input data on the first two pages which will include name of candidate, date of interview etc. but they will also select 5 Competencies from the already existing drop down menus on page two. From there as the selections are made I wish for a code to copy the corresponding definition on sheet 'Competencies" to cells lower down in sheet "Control page".
I don't see a place to upload a file as I have a sample of the sheet ready to go.

I'm trying to copy data from one sheet to another sheet automatically based on a number selected in a drop down control.
I have used OFFSET to pull some information successfully from a list. This is easy for me to do with single entries and a list and has worked well. I want to do similar but with a dataset not just single cells.
But, I can't seem to make OFFSET work to show a set of data easily.
Perhaps I will need VB code to do so? Or there is another control I'm not aware of? I've done very little with VB.
I'll attach a sample file to try to show better what I'm trying to do.

I'm revamping a key inventory for my company and would like to be able to track the history of each key (name of person who it was issued to, date issued, date returned). I figure the best way to do this for the 90 keys I currently have in circulation is to create drop down lists for each key that has been used by more than one person in its history and upon selecting a given person from the drop down list of keys used more than once, the adjacent cells would populate with the corresponding data of date issued and date returned. Some keys have not been used more than once so not every key will have a drop down. Here is what my key inventory spreadsheet looks right now.

I have a substantial schedule that has been completed by a 3rd party who has used the comment function for important data. Can anyone suggest how i can utilise a macro to extract all of the comments into the adjacent column?
The comments are currently against cells in column E and i'd like to extract them to blank cells in a newly inserted column F.

I have a listbox that has row and columns. The rows are combinations of options and the columns are Additives.
After selecting a row in Listbox1, (first column are names) i would like the value of the second column to goto a specific area.... find that value and in the cell to the right of it place a "Y". The "Y" would indicate that "yes" it was part of the selection row of the listbox. Same for third column, forth, fifth and sixth. The result from the listbox is a number of Y's and N's in the result page. Then making all that were not part of selected line and equal to "N" to hide row (height = to zero).
Listbox and expected result are in attached example worksheet.
The attached does show the need much better then I can explain it.

I have a datatable which has a column containing up to 25 different text codes (which are currency pairs). I need to insert a specific number (as seen in the attached example) in a second column. Create some sort of formula combination or macro that will: Recognise a cell with a value of 1, 2 or 3 in. If 3 is in the cell, the cell to its left will be counted and added to a total. If the cell that has 3 in changes the value is removed from the total. Ive tried lots of methods but i cant figure this one out!

I'm looking for a macro to jump to and select a cell if it matches the text in another cell based on a drop down list. So I have a drop down list in cell c57 and a form control search button right next to it. I want the user to be able to select from the drop down, click search and then jump to the cell that matches what they selected. I would like the macro to search from B:60 - B629.

I want to create a spreadsheet, where one column allows the user to choose 'P' or 'C' from a list. No problem. I want the next column to contain options specific to what they choose. So if they choose 'C' they get a different list to choose from than if they would have chosen 'P'.

I have been able to use the previous information to create dependent drop down lists but I have been unable to apply the settings to entire columns versus just one cell.
Is there a way to get the dependent lists to correspond to the cell beside it without having to manually type in each cell name?

I'm trying to simplify a template we use regularly at work. On the front end page, the one that eventually gets turned into a PDF and sent to a customer, I have a selection of drop downs, which I am pretty comfortable with. I also have some other fields that are populated by vlookups, and again, I have no problem there. What I am struggling with is creating a second drop down list that only has options relative to the first drop-down list. From what I gathered by searching on this, I may have to change the format my data is in, note that I have a pretty basic knowledge of excel.
Master Data (from where I want all the drop downs to come from) - see attached screenshot.

So, on front end, I have a drop down that selects from column A. Beneath that there are two rows that auto-populate depending on what company was selected in the drop-down.
What I want is a second drop down list from D, E & F.
So, If I select ABC Limited in the drop down menu, the second drop down should only have John, Jim & Jane as options.
Is it possible to do this with the data in the format I have, or would I need to change the format? I have +/- 500 entries to do, so obviously I'd like to not change my format if possible.

I am trying to have a drop down list which is dependant on the result of a cell.
For example, if cell A1= CAT, then cell A2 should have a 'drop down list 1'; if cell A1=DOG, cell A2 would have 'drop down list 2'; if cell A1=RABBIT, cell A2 would have 'drop down list 3' etc.
Creating the drop down list is easy, I just want to know if it's possible to have different drop down lists depending on the result of a cell.

Attempting to use INDIRECT function to create dependent data validation list (Type). The tricky part is that the drop down options are dependent on the values of two (2) cell values (Brand and Country).
I have used the INDIRECT function before but dependent on ONE cell value only.
Have attached an example to better explain.

I am trying to get a listbox I created in from DataValidation to be dependent on another list.
For example, when I select Course 1 (a list item) from the Course List drop-down, I want the cost to auotmatically populate in the Cost drop-down (the other list).
How do I get this to happen? Here is the code I created in VB, and I am not sure if this is the right course of action:

I don't want to use the user form, however from VB. I want to use the regular drop-down. The code seems to work, but, each list item in the drop-down is not pulling the data I want it to. I need to activate the drop-down as a click event somehow. It's just recognizing the cell A2 as a whole and not the individual list items. I want to each list item to be their own object, and to automatically populate the cell C2 with their cost when they are selected.

I need to create a 2-stage dependent drop down list.
Stage 1:
In cell G7 (on a tab called 'Data'), I have created a drop down list based on a range name called 'Region' .
Stage 2:
In cell G8, I need to create a drop down list which is dependent on the value chosen in G7.
Problem is, I will need to create a dynamic range name here which needs to vlookup or match the value from G7 in a dynamic list of data (the data is on different tab called 'RCA Data' and is spread over columns A:E with row A for headings - the data will go down an undetermined number of rows)
Every time the value in G7 matches a value in the 'RCA data' (the potential matches are stored in column
D) I need the corresponding cell value in column C to be added to the dynamic list. This list then needs to be available to choose from a drop down list in G8.

I need to create a data validation drop-down that is dependant on what has been selected in another drop-down. However, all the solutions I've come across online so far suggest using the INDIRECT function, which is not appropriate in my case. This is because the data upon which the two drop-downs are based on is itself dynamic. My specific situation is this:
In one sheet, I have a list of university names in one column, and in the next column a list of faculties. The same university can appear multiple times in the sheet (once for each different faculty at the university). This information will be added to regularly, with new universities and new faculties added often.
In another sheet, I want a drop-down in one column that takes its validation from the list of universities. I then want a second drop-down that is only populated with a list of faculties at that university. The INDIRECT solution seems to only work if I can define a static range of cells from which to draw this data. How do I do it in my situation above?

For example, if the user decides to add companies to the financial table, no matter how many new rows they add, our drop down menu at the top will update to include the new the entries. I have three drop-down boxes in 3 adjacent columns. Column 1 is free-choice, Columns 2 and 3 drop-downs are variable dependent on what is in Column 1. That works fine.
I have an issue with over-type but I can solve that with protection. Again fine.
BUT:
1. How do I make the user choose something i.e. not just leave the cell in column 2 or 3 blank by ignoring it (i.e. blank is an error but only after drop-down in column 1 is activated)
2. Also, if the user has completed the line (columns 1,2 and 3) and then changes column 1, columns 2 and 3 are now reading from the incorrect drop-down boxes (i.e. they are now in error but this is accepted and not flagged).

I need to create three drop down lists, with the second dependent on the choices in the first and the third dependent on the choices in the second. This is proving to be quite difficult and takes a lot of processing the way I'm going about it (most likely the wrong way).
My data looks like this:
A
B
C
Macintosh Apple
Fruit
Apple

The data is presented to me with the most narrowly defined column first, then the most general, then more defined.
What I need is the user to select (on a separate worksheet from the data) the category from column B, then the type from column C, then the specific item from column A. Each selection is dependent on the earlier selection, so that choice 1 (column B) determines the options for choice 2 (column C), which determines the options for choice 3 (Column A).
Also, I think I found that "VLOOKUP" has a problem where it is unable to match data from the first column based on data in a second or third column. For instance, in the above example, if I asked VLOOKUP to look for "Apple" and give me values in column A that contain "Apple" in column C, all I get is "#N/A".
