Move All Charts To 1 Worksheet

With the above code, is it possible to trasfer all selected charts, on to a new spreadsheet and print them to fit on one page Landscape, no margins?? Or is that stretching it, i tried it but i print them all A4

Can Move Source Worksheet Of Linked Charts In PowerPoint

I have created a powerpoint that has linked charts from excel. Stupidly, I have saved both of these files (powerpoint and excel) on my desktop.

I need to save them on another drive (so they can be accessed by others) but i am worried that if i move the original excel file, it will break the links for the charts in the powerpoint file....

I have over 150 charts so I don't fancy going through and re-pasting each chart.

Copy / Move Slicer Linked Pivot Charts To New Workbook

I have a Reporting workbook I designed. There is a "Parent" workbook with the following design.

It has 6 Pivot Tables on a Sheet called "Data"

It has 6 Pivot Charts that were created from these tables on a page called "Summary"

These 6 Pivot Charts are all linked through a pair of slicers.

There is a "control" page which has instructions and buttons that trigger "Refresh All" and "Create Child Workbok".

This design is so that someone unfamiliar with excel could conceivably create the final product.

Essentially I have written/put together VBA to Create a new workbook "child" which has should be a funcitoning copy of the "parent".

The problem is the copiedmoved (I have tried both) Pivot Charts no longer update/refresh when the pivot tables change. I have script that reconnects the Pivot Tables to the Slicers. Slicers are fully funcitonal. Links in cells are fully functional.

Some of this code might look familiar.

How To Delete All Charts In Worksheet

I am tring to make a macro that will find all charts in a worksheet and delete them.

the macro is essentilally a monthly refresh that cleans out a template of charts that were pput in the previous month. As the chart names and the number of charts might vary from month to month I just want simple code to select all charts in the worksheet and delete them.

Planting Your Name Into A Worksheet/charts

I am currently completing work for a senior manager who has the tendency to show off to the other seniors about various ideas/spreadsheet programs, usually at the expense of myself, the creator.

Is there a way I can put my name on a particular worksheet, and (even better) any charts that are created using it?

I'm not trying to be spiteful; just trying to get my name known as these things are passed around the whole company.

VBA Macro To Create New Worksheet, Charts, Etc.

I need a macro to create the following worksheets and charts from an Excel data set:

Three (3) worksheets (already created manually in attached Excel file):

1. Chart Data.
(a) Column A in Chart Data is always numbered 1 - 600 (50 years x 12 mos/yr).
(b) Column I and column Y data sets (from Prod_Month) created in Chart Data. Each data set can be identified and collated with column F in Prod_Month (API) which is unique for each dataset.

2. Rate vs. Month - plot of Daily Gas (col. Y in Prod_Month) vs. Months (col. A in Chart Data).

3. Rate vs. Time - plot of Daily Gas (col. Y in Prod_Month) vs. Calender Time (col. B et. al. in Chart Data)

At a minimum, could someone help me create the Chart Data worksheet from the data in PROD_MONTH? Charting all the columns takes time from Chart Data but any data manipulation macro(s) help.

Drawing Multiple Charts On Same Worksheet

I am working on a huge amount of data and want to analyse that data through charts because charts are quick representation of the data and save a lot of time. I got some code from my friend, to read each row in a worksheet and plotted the corresponding chart on the new worksheet each time i.e., each row has one chart which is plotted on new worksheet each time.

But I don't want it to plot the chart on the new worksheet. I want it to plot the chart on the same worksheet. In my case there are always more than 30 rows, so it should draw 30 charts on the same worksheet in which 30 rows are written.

Charts Missing When Copying Worksheet...

Does anyone know why, when I copy a Worksheet (right click Worksheet > Move or Copy > Create a copy), Excel occasionally fails to copy across the embedded objects contained within the Worksheet (e.g. Charts, Command Buttons, etc.)?

This is very frustrating, and I'm wondering whether it's the way my Worksheet is configured, or whether this is a known bug.

I have a Excel workbook with two sheets - 'MainDataSheet' and 'ArchiveSheet' .

The 'MainDataSheet' has 5 columns and one of the column is 'status'.

The 'MainDataSheet' will have a command button 'MoveData' which will trigger the VBA macro to move data rows from 'MainDataSheet' to 'ArchiveSheet' . Only the rows having value set to "MOVE" in the 'status' column have to be moved.

My DB is in table format . I use this table as source data for 2 barcharts and 1 pie chart.Following are my table headers

When i add a month coloumn,Sparklines and Average coloumn should get updated automaticaly.Now this is not happening even if the data is in table format.I also want the graphs to be automaticaly updated.

I have whats going to be a very large "Input" worksheet that has several headings of columns. One of these columns is "category" as in parts of a vehicle, i.e. steering, wheels, rod-ends and so on. Now what I would like to do, is once I type a new row of information in, to have the filter go through and copy said category row into another worksheet where I can have all of them separated on there own.

Here is a picture of my current spreadsheet. So basically I want to be able once I save the file, that it goes through and where it detects Rear-End in "B18" I would like it to select row 18, copy all of its cells and move them into the worksheet Rear-End

VBA Code To Move Row From One Worksheet To Another

I created a outstanding task worksheet in excel and I would like to move the completed jobs from this sheet to the second worksheet titled 'Completed Tasks'. The first worksheet is called 'Outstanding Tasks'.

I came up with a code to do this (see below). As you can see when I type "Y" into column G it moves the row into the second worksheet. It does this; however it puts it to the bottom of the table on the second worksheet where I would like it to be at the top. I also would like it to delete the row once it has moved it does this but then deletes the other row of information above it leaving blank rows on either side.

I simply want a code that moves the row of information to the second worksheet when I type Y into column G and then delete the row without messing with other information around it.

I have a workbook with two worksheets in it. The first "TO DO" and the second "Completed". In "TO DO", I have rows of tasks starting in row 4 (row 3 is my header), going to 200. What I'd like to have happen is when I put a "C" in column C, it moves the entire row to the "Completed" worksheet, greys it out and removes it from the "TO DO" worksheet. Then if I remove the "C" from the "Completed" worksheet, it moves it back to the bottom of the list. I already have a macro to resort it based on "priority" in column E.

i have this at the moment:

in a sheet named CURRENT is all our data.

when the jobs done the Satus Column "F" is changed to INVOICE
and then once a day or whenever they are all moved to a new sheet named the month and year, in this case JUN 09 this works fine as it is but at the moment i have to delete the lines myself from where it took the data from in CURRENT or AtoZ then remove them in 1 go.

Simply put, i want the code to remove these lines itself....

I've included bits of my code and some debug output. Whenever I attempt to add a worksheet, either BEFORE or AFTER I get the following ERROR MESSAGE: Method 'Add' of object 'Sheets' Failed. if I use the .add without before and after a worksheet is added. The problem is that it is always added before the active sheet. I need to replace a single sheet in the correct position of possible 10 sheets. I know the names of the sheets and which one I want to replace, but I can't get EXCEL to move sheets, add sheets by position Number or name, without getting the ERROR.

Scroll Down/Across Worksheet Doesn't Move

I have two basic questions regarding the Excel program/UI

I'm currently using Excel 2000, One annoying thing I find with this version is the way the screen doesn't follow along with my scrolling. ie: when I use the vertical scroll bar on the main window, it only updates once I release... not like a typical window which follows the movements of the scroll curser. Is this typical for later versions?

I would update this program just for this feature alone!

Also, a final question.... Does anyone know if there are any plans to update the handheld (pocket pc) version of Excel? The factory installed program is incredibly limited.
