Image Manipulation In Photoshop To Lose The Cell Data

I've created a humongous spreadsheet in Excel- 26 million cells and a file size of about 500mb. The result of these calculations is a pattern derived by conditional formatting. I'd like to get the pattern into Photoshop- It would actually simplify image manipulation in Photoshop to lose the cell data, and the underlying formulas are of no use.
The file seems to be too big to save into a PDF file. Is there another way to get the Image into Photoshop?. The other alternative is to reduce the file size by stripping out unnecessary cell data and formulas without losing the pattern.

I need to link an image to a cell value and display the selected image in a new sheet of the same excel. I am attaching samplefile for easy reference. The requirement is, from the workout sheet when I select from drop down list, then the corresponding cell value appears in Parameter sheet in C9 cell.
There are four images copied in Parameter excel. The given image has to be selected and linked to the C9 cell value. Based on the selection that particular image should be shown on Sample Picture sheet. Here based on the selection only the image should reflect here.

The data is arranged as such, there are a list of call types and in another column, there are a list of call lengths. Currently I have a COUNTIF which searches the call type column for certain call types ie BA is off peak but this only tells me how many off peak calls they have made, I need to make it tell me how many minutes of off peak calls there are.
IE this is an example
Call Types Call Lengths (minutes)
BA 1
BA 1
BA 3
BA 2
at the moment my formula would only count this as 4 but I need it to calculate it as 7. This is a very big data set containing around 900 entries per sheet.

I have test.txt file. The data in test.txt file so messy (there are headers and some data lines start with letter "A" and need to ignore). There's no <TAB> in data file, all are single space and <enter>. I can do nothing about data files.
Task:
Open test.txt file
SUM all product quantity, put result in xls file in A1
SUM all Total price in the txt file, put in xls file (same file) in B1
Close test.txt file

I am looking for a way to take the picture name associated with an image ie: (picture 571) and place that picture name in the cell next to the image.
I can see the picture name - it registers in the top left box that usually indicates the cell the cursor is on... and I could manually type that name next to each image.
However my spreadsheet has several thousand rows- each with several columns of information and an image..
I am looking for a way "formula?" to automatically read the image in cell J4 and populate cell K4 with the image name... and so on.
The reason for my request... is I am importing products into a web based shopping cart... to do so I have to export the products to a csv and import that csv into the shopping cart. The process of exporting to a csv- strips away all the images and leaves just data.
I found that I can save the document as an html and that process creates a folder with all the images- saved as (picture 571.jpg) if the resulting csv had the image name... the shopping cart would then look for that image name in my image file and it would populate into the shopping cart appropriately.
This seemed on it's face like a really simple thing to do, I have plenty experience with excel & I thought I'd be able to make cell k4= j4 and tada it would glean the image name & I could simply copy that formula all the way down the sheet & it would be done... but I just cant find the magic button that freely gives up the image name...

Is there a way to have image box display an image with a name matching data from a cell? example: if I type "hello" in cell a1, Image box will load image named "hello". And display new images by changing the name in cell a1. Note: the images will be located in a permanent folder.

I have a small table, 6 rows, 2 columns which looks something like:
Apples 3
Pears 1
Bananas 0
Cherries 2
Oranges 1
Grapes 1
The total sum of column B will always be 8.
What I want to produce is a range, say d1:d8 which reproduces the data in a format like:
Apple
Apple
Apple
Pear
Cherry
Cherry
Orange
Grape
i.e. responding to the number of items in the former table specified.
I'm sure it can be done with some long stringed If statements mixed with counts, but do any of you have any good ideas for formulas in d1:d8?

Data manipulation question here: how to dynamically filter and sort a multi-column data set? My end goal is to be able to (1) quickly collapse all columns into one single column, (2) remove all duplicates, and (3) sort the information in ascending order. She has a spreadsheet created in Excel 2003 (she is still using 2003) which contains an image with a textbox in the top left corner then all other cells contain data.
When user prints this spreadsheet all that prints is the image and the textbox.
I have cleared the print area reset the print area removed the picture (prints only the text box)
and none of these changes have changed what prints.
I have checked all printer setting and these appear normal.
previously user could print this spreadsheet fine and all other worksheets in the workbook print fine as well.
other users are still able to print to the same printer correctly from this spreadsheet.

I have to export some very large stock files into excel, which produces a stock list. However, the list is massively clogged by lines where there is zero stock. What I want to do is tell excel to remove all lines where a zero is found in column g (bearing in mind, there are breaks in the exported report where there is no data at all in some rows).

I am using the following code to copy a ws to a new wb. The source ws has a range of cells merged (necessary), but in the new wb these cells become "un-merged." Horizontal and vertical formatting remain intact.
I've run a macro to capture the code to "re-format" the range of cells, but am not sure how exactly where/how to apply this to the new wb.
What needs to be added to this?

Have used excel for a while but never the need to go past SUM or AVG, etc.
Im trying to set up a point scoring sytem for 3 teams in various events. the highest scoring team would get 2 points, 2nd place 1, 3rd place 0. If 2 teams tied for first they both get 2. If they tie for second they both get 1. I spent 30 minutes before I came up with
=IF(AND(B3>B4, B3>B5),2,0)
and
=IF(OR(B3=B4, B3=B5),1)
Spent another 15 trying to figure out how to put the 2 together. Finally realized a)Im missing a whole bunch of formula, b)There is a lot more to excel than I thought I knew.
B3,B4,B5 are the teams scores. Looking for any help at this point. Even a push in the right direction.

I have been playing around with my vb editor and i have managed to lose my properties window and now can't get it back.
I was playing around with the dockable option to see what it did and somehow i have managed to lose the properties window altogether. If i go to the view menu in the vb editor and choose properties window then nothing happens.

My workbook simply has multiple columns of data which will be summarized visually in a tag cloud (I have the tag cloud part taken care of already creating either a jpg or png, I simply have to change the extension within a batch file to change between picture formats)
I need to have the tag cloud image display and update depending on which column the user would like to summarize (for now I have simplified the issue by only having one of the data columns in my workbook, and will worry about the user selection of the data column to be summarized later).
My Main Question:
Focusing on the image display and updating now, whether it be an ActiveX Image Control or any other way. I've been playing around manually before I try and code it and I can not get either a jpg or png file to attach to the ActiveX control (both of which cause an Invalid Picture Message).
The file name can stay the same if need be and for now I think/assume that'd be easiest (I have my Tag cloud generator just replacing the previously existing image file of the same name).
Would ActiveX control be the way to go for this dynamically changing image?

I have a number of image controls on a user form, each being loaded with an image from file.
Image1 being loaded with a picture of a bus image2 being loaded with a picture of a school
And so on
Now what I am trying to do is when that image is clicked the name of that image is passed to a textbox
So the action would be
1 image of bus loaded into image control1 , the name of that image being bus.jpg
2 image is clicked
3 the name bus.jpg appears in a text box
Here is what I have so far

Which works but as you can see this is static, as I have supplied the value , were as I would like the clicking action to pick up the name of the jpeg being displayed
So expanding upon this if say image1 is loaded with say a picture of a car instead of a bus
LValue4 = "E:Car.jpg"
Image1.Picture = LoadPicture(LValue4)
Now when it is clicked the name of the image being displayed in image control1 would be Car.jpg
And it is this value I wish to transfer to a text box for now will do more with it later
In addition to this I am not sure if the best idea is to have a number of image controls and load each with an individual picture or have one image control and swap the picture by clicking a command button

I need to be able to take someones name which is in a single cell in the format "First Middle Last" (could be more than one middle name) and then split it up so that it fits the following format:
Last name (must be 50 characters)
Middle name (must be 15 characters)
First Name (must be 15 characters)
I'm unsure on the right combination of operators to use to variably concatenate strings in this way. I'm confident I can figure out how to add the white spaces after a name to make it fit the character requirement but I don't know how to split the initial name up into it's 3 parts. Names longer than the character requirement will just be truncated.

I am looping through and copying screens of mainframe data and appending them to the clipboard. Once done, I start a Notepad and paste it for future massaging. Now I need to perform a check on each screen which requires copying something from the screen, assigning to a variable, and checking it. This overwrites what I've already stored on the clipboard. Is there a way to store what I've got on the clipboard, then use the clipboard for something else, and then reload the clipboard?

I am trying to display an image ("image") on an image control ("Image1") placed in a worksheet ("Sheet1"). The problem is that I want this action to take place when I press a button in a user form. I am trying to use the following code, but it seems that VBA does not recognize the image control ("Image1") in the worksheet.

I have a macro that loops through a column of text and removes all text after a hyphen. Example: AU9929-PK becomes AU9929. I need to set up some exceptions that when it processes certain text it does not truncate it. Example: AU9929-ASST stays as AU9929-ASST. So far there are twelve exceptions but this could increase.
Note: The list which includes shop number, description, sku, sku description, quantity, unit price and more is sorted in a particular order as other operations are performed on it that requires it be in a specific order.

Below I have a table with dates. The actual dates will be added in over time. I want to display the amount of days in the column btwn planned and actual but since it is subtracting a date from a blank cell, the #VALUE function is displayed. What function can I use to tell excel to keep the cell blank until a value other than #VALUE appears.

I am trying to let the user call my subroutine in the following 5 ways but am lost using string manipulation -
Call FindReplaceAll(C, 123, 1.23) In Col C replace 123 with 1.23

I have a file with a physician name and title in the cell as follows:
"James A. Jones, M.D."
I need a formula to reverse the last name, drop the title "M.D.", get rid of any additional periods after the middle initial and put it in upper case:
"JONES, JAMES A"
There are some names without middle initials also so this may present an additional problem.
