I am trying to bulk upload some geo locations for my site, but the data I have is longtude first and latitude after, whereas the site accepts the data reverse, which means latitude, longitude.
that it's possible to change the order somehow.
Here is a example of how it looks:

I need a way to re-order an excel worksheets columns based on another worksheet.
Data is extracted from a database into excel however users can configure the columns in the initial system. to how they like This causes problems when the data is copied into an excel spreadsheet I have created as the data copied will not be in the same column order as is required.
How can i reorder the columns without physically having to cut and paste the columns to match?
I have attached a sample spreadsheet.
You will see on the spreadsheet that 'fixed columns' is the order that i require the data however 'variable columns' is not in the same order.
Any shortcut method to convert the row or column data in reverse order . for eg.
from A1 to F1 data is mentioned as 1,2,3,4,5,6 now i need the result from A2 to F2 is 6,5,4,3,2,1. and in another case data in A column from A1 to A6 like 1,2,3,4,5,6 and result needed in B column B1 to B6 is 6,5,4,3,2,1
Is there a way to reverse the order of data in a column - and maintain that same order but in reverse - so the last value in the column becomes the first, the second last value becomes the second, etc.

When I sort it in ascending order it sorts like:

I have a macro built that sorts my data by column in descending order depending on what column of information is selected from the drop down menu.
However I need the macro to sort column F in ascending order, and continue to sort the other colulmns in descending order when selected.
I can't get my macro to switch the sort from descending to ascending order for this one column. Looking to see if this is possible, and if so what macro formula I would use.

Im am looking for a way of automatically sorting the data I have in column "C" (C2:C99 to be exact).
The data represents stock codes which are a mix of text and numbers, starting with 1 letter followed by numbers.
I would prefer something I can put in the sheet tab view code section, so that when any new data is added or altered it automatically sorts the stock codes in to alphabetical then numerical order
EG:
A10
A11
B13
B15
etc....

The data in this column repeats with 4 relevant pieces of information that I want to put in 4 different columns (fields) in a different spread sheet (or the same would work better and I would just delete the first column when done) keeping the same order the data is now in.

I am trying to find a way to populate a column based on the changes in the data of another column...
For example, I want to fill in the code column....so when the customers cost changes, I want a numeric code to populate & change. So for the first 5 lines, the code could be 21, and then when the cost changes to $37.51, want the code to change to 22.

I am trying to do 2 things.
1) I want to make a drop down box with 3 differnent sort orders options in it.
- Sort by date
- Sort by Customer
- Sort by priority level
Once they select a view, it will then sort the rows to that view.
2) I want to do a filter box, so if I type a cutomers name, it will filter to only show the rows related ot that customer.
I am trying to number rows based on criteria. when the value changes add a 1. This is what I need to have happen

I can get an if statement to number everything 1.
Is it possible to do a custom sort on a column so that I can change the order the way the months are sorted. The order I'm looking for is:

Also the format for the cells in that column is 01-Jan, I don't want to see the year because I enter and sort the date as if the year doesn't matter so it automatically registers as 2014, if that makes sense. Basically I want that order of the months regardless of the year.
I have my Windows settings set up so that each file that I have open in Excel appear separately in my taskbar at the bottom of the screen. So for example, if I have 2 Excel files open, Excel appears in my taskbar twice instead of being grouped together.
I like to use this set up so that I know which file to click on when I'm working between multiple files. The problem is that on occasion, they will get out of order.
So let's say I have file A on the left and file B on the right. Then I save file A. After saving file A, now file B appears on the left and file A appears on the right. This also sometimes happens if I open a 3rd file.
Why does this happen and is there any way to prevent it?

in the legend one can see that the order inside the legend is clustered by the two types. within a type i can change the order easily (right click on a line or column - format data series - series order - up or down).

I need to pull info to additional tabs. The problem I am having is that the data is sorted daily based upon performance numbers, so the REP names in column A can change based upon the data reported in column C.
What I want to accomplish:
Pull daily data for each unique name in column A to a team tab/worksheet that will be used to report that team's daily data.

I have a bar graph with 2 series of data. Anyone knows how I can specify the order in which they appear? code looks similar to the following. The bar graph shows the second series before the first series. How do I reverse the order?

I've been using a VBA code to look through my spreadsheet and find any graphs in any tab and move it to powerpoint. I have about 70 tabs with 7 graphs each.
I have is that the order of the graphs in the slidepack isn't in the same as found on each excel tab.I also tried renaming them (chart1-chart7) but problem still remains.
I need to put the order in the second column of the item that is in the first column.
In the last line item Computer is recorded for the third time.
