how I can change the color of the comment indicators in an
Excel spreadsheet so I can tell who wrote the comment. This would help me and
my secretary to be able to do our work and be able to tell who's comment it
is. We are in different lacation and can't always talk to each other on the
spur of the moment. If we can change the color of the comment indicator then
it would be simple to be able to see at a glance who's comment it is.
My goal is to have my comment indicators on the top left of the cell like an error indicator and when you hover the comment appears on the left too instead of everything on the right. The reason for this is that I have a floating userform on the right and the comment always appears under it on hovering.

I want to apply different font colors to text written in an excel comment box using VBA code (Please check the attached screenshot) I was able to apply one colour to all by using the following code, but am not able to apply different font color to each charater/bunch of characters.

I want to write some code if a cells comment changes. Worksheet change doesn't fire if you right click a cell and edit the comment and save it. Is there an event that does fire when the comment changes?

It seems that you can change position when you editing comment and its remembered, but when its showing its alway's on default position.
Is there way to change position of displayed (when you mouse over cell and coment pops up) comment position?
I have font color white in blank cells in column E and I (from row 5 to row 245) so the visitors will not see the text. If any of these cells become yellow (color code is 6), the font color will become black so visitors can see the text alot far better than white. I've tried this code myself after this post but nothing happen

I have a given som (general) range where I would like a function to change the background color of every second row in a visual basic function.
One could of course just loop through it and use the mod function, but I think there has to be something quicker.

I keep recording this macro, but the problem I run into is that the active sheet is always the specific name of the sheet. I need a general name so that the macro will work on any given sheet. On the sheet I am viewing, I simply want to change the tab color to black using a macro.
