Create List Of Unique Entries Based On Several Columns

In that file, you can see there is a list of somewhat similar data across 5 columns. Some of the entries are duplicates, some are different by only one character. What I want to be able to do is generate a list of all the unique rows of data, taking into account the data from ALL 5 columns. The list can be on another sheet or simply just further down on the same sheet, that doesn't matter too much.
I could do it if it were just one column of data, but struggling trying to do it with several columns.
Basically from Sheet OEE V20:V500 I have a list of problems being selected from a drop down list validation (which users can add to the list for new problems). Along side these "problems" in Sheet OEE U20:U500 I have a number which represents the number of minutes the problem caused them. Some cells in both these columns will however be empty if there was no problem occour. But wherever there is a problem selected, there will be a number alongside it, there will never be one without the other.
What I want to do is look down Sheet OEE V20:V500 and get two lots of information -
The unique problem names (no duplicates of the same problem) in Sheet Reports A1:A100 for example (I may change the range of this). The number of occurances of each of the problems it lists in Sheets Reports B1:B100. Count up the total number of minutes of each problem. So for every occurance of "Paper problem" there will be a unique number in Column U in the same row as the problem and place this in Sheet Reports C1:C100.
I would ideally like to have this as VB code as I am going to tie it into a command button which formats and prints my report page.
I have found various bits of code dotted about the forums for counting unique cell entries but they always seem to produce a list with lots of blank rows (I would like a list one after another without blank rows all over the place) and I'm really struggling to figure out how to make it count up the numbers in the adjacent cell of each entry it sees.
Just in case the list of problems for the cell validation in Sheet OEE V20:V500 is found in Sheet OEE AQ16 downwards.
I have a list of data and I want to identify the unique entries for both columns but the second column has to unique to the unique values in the first column.
So far I created code that creates a Distinct Unique item's list for one column. It works as it should but I want to modify the code to create a Distinct Unique item's list for two columns that are related to another i.e. a person's name to their license #.

I have a spreadsheet of 12 columns (A to L), with a list of student names under each down to row 31. Each column represents an after-school club that the child can attend.
However, a child can sign up to multiple clubs, so their name can appear in several places across the spreadsheet.
What I would like to do is have a 13th column which is an overall list of students who have signed up to at least 1 club, i.e. their name appears at least once in columns A to L.
How do I achieve this so that only unique entries are listed and duplicates are removed in this 13th column?
I have a dynamic list of names from B2:B500. I want to write a macro that finds all the unique entries from that list and pastes it to AD3:AD501 everytime the macro is run. What would be the code for this procedure.
I have the below table of data, in Column A there is a list of entries and there may be duplicates in them, what I want to do in column B is be able to list all the unique entries in there and basically remove any duplicates.
I have a list in Row A that has duplicates. I want to be able to delete both entries (itself and the duplicate). When done I want the list to display only be entries that are unique or better said any entries that never had a duplicate.
I have 620 columns of data with each column consisting of 17 rows. I need to be able to count the number of unique entries in each column. I recorded a macro that would do what I wanted, but it just used absolute references for each column, which would make the process rather tedious. Is there a way to make the macro less restrictive?

Columns A & B contain several thousand Project Numbers (e.g., P1052, PA844, etc.). Many of the Project Numbers in column B are the same as in column A, but column B also has additional (i.e., newer) Project Numbers scattered throughout. Ideally, I would like to use a built-in function (versus a custom function if possible) that compares all the Project Numbers in both columns and then separately lists those that are unique to column B.
I have a spreadsheet which is to record quality checks on work carried out by staff. The spreadsheet has a customer reference number in column B and a Staff reference number in column C.
I can carry out a number of checks on a member of staff on one transaction, so for instance, I could carry 3 checks on one customer number, which would result in the staff ref number being enetered 3 times (there is 1 check per row).
I need a formula to count the number of checks I carry out on each member of staff. My problem is that although 3 checks could be completed on someone, if it is on the same customer NO, it only counts as 1 check. In effect, I need a formula to count the number of staff ref numbers which have a unique customer number eneterd in the adjacent column.
All the cust numbers are unique so would I be able to use a wildcard?
I'm having problem with the ISBLANK function. I have attached my workbooks if someone would care to look at them. My macro basically loads two lists from other workbooks (old & new (attached)). It then finds out which entries are unique to each list, and places them in the EXCEPTIONS sheet.
Column C in these sheets should say TRUE or FALSE as to whether the corresponding cells in Column B are blank but it does not work. Book1.xls contains my macro. Old.xls and New.xls will need to be selected when prompted.
I am trying to create a drop down list from a named range that has duplicate names listed. I cannot delete any of the duplicate rows. Is there an easy way to create the list with each name represented only once?
I am using excel 2003 to count my inventory in the following manor:
I have a "database sheet" that is comprised of possible inventory SKU numbers.
I have a "scanned sheet" that lists all the SKU's that I have scanned in the warehouse
I have a "count sheet" that counts the number of times each SKU in the database appears in the "scanned sheet"
Am I going about this in the most efficient manor?
Question 2: Frequently, new Items appear in the warehouse that are not yet in my database. Is it possible to create a list of SKU numbers that do not have a match in the database? As it stands, any SKU numbers that are scanned but not already listed in my database - simply do not get counted.
I've searched the forum and believe this thread to be the closest to what im looking for, but its doesnt completely apply: matrix to list conversion. I have an attachment to support my questions (see attached). I have a matrix of words (strings) that contain repeating and non-repeating contents. The matrix also has spaces which are of no value. Essentially, the VBA needs to ' analyze' this matrix and create a consolidated frequency list (as shown in the file).
The matrices are HUGE and therefore some of the clumsy VBA i am using is turning out to be a bit inefficient. The file also contains formulas and such that I cannot use AutoFilter nor can I use Insert or Delete rows...so the VBA shouldnt use those either.
I have a user form with a group of several option buttons. When an optionbutton is selected, programatically, I want a worksheet's named column to be parsed through to find unique entries and then have those entries passed to the form's combobox. I have a list of references and I need to pull from a database. The database contains more than one row with my reference, so I try doing something like this:

I have some raw data of employment records on one workbook and from this i need to autopopulate there information into another workbook.
I need to split the records up by the different departments they work . I.e so what i am after if possible is -
If The department name in the raw data matches column A1 for example then it auto populates down in B2 all the names of people who work in that department .
I have a number of text columns, side by side in a worksheet, containing names. I wish to combine these columns into one new column, removing any duplicates, to create a single list of names. Is there a simple way to do this?
I have a list of project numbers that is over 7000 rows long [example attached]. Many numbers are repeated. This list comes out of a financial reporting system. I need to extract a list of unique numbers in numerical order. I have two solutions working, one with SUMPRODUCT formulas and one with MACRO. Here's the MACRO solution. But it takes about 20 seconds to execute. I am just looking to cut down on execution time. I am using this macro a few times on different lists in the same program. Is there a better [faster] way to do this?
I am trying to create a macro that will create a unique list of the values in the same column across 5 worksheets, "Question1", "Question2", etc, and place the list in a new worksheet, "Summary".
The values are in column A in all of the worksheets, and the number of rows in each worksheet will change each day. I need the unique list to be added to the sixth worksheet, "Summary".
Also, after the list is created on the Summary worksheet, I need a count of each field by worksheet and a total. This is how I currently have the Summary set up:

Any way in ms excel to create unlimited unique validation list. i am working on a small data where one colums data(Validation list) changes on the selection of previous column data filed. i am using indirect function with defined name range. but ms-excel is not accepting new names now and still i have 75 datagrops left to define and validate.
is there any formula or vba code to fix this problem.
