Macro Request - If Macro Is Unable To Perform One Of Its Jobs Then Move Onto Next Line

I have a macro which refreshes a query when the spreadsheet is opened. This works fine when online.
However, if the user is not online, the query is unable to refresh and the macro just hangs.
Is there a code which will enable me to say " if unable to refresh then move on to the next line"?
here's the code below.

I need a macro which will perform 5 simple tasks on my Customer sheet once a button is clicked:
1) Change Cell C15 (Drop down box) Value from "Confirmation" to "Delivery Note"
2) Put the current date in Cell H43 (I do not want this to update everytime i re-open the spreadsheet however) - is this possible?
3) Value of H23 to be the same as C16 on the Delivery Sheet ( guessing this will be =Delivery!$C$16)
4) Print Customer sheet
5) Print Delivery sheet
I'm guessing the hardest part is to stop the date changing?

I have Time Data in one column, and Values in the next, and then a blank column (for calculations, like subtraction/time).
Is there any way to automate the =Cell2-Cell1 command for regions of blue cells and have it paste the value in the blank column lined up with the first blue cell of the region?
The attachment will make more sense, but this is what I'm talking about:

I have a sheet with the data in the following way(its just a sample).................
now where ever i have ave i need to get the average of the range below it. Example: for the first ave i should calculate ave of new two rows cause the next row would be the ave of next range. I have close to 15000 rows and 135 columns of data like this.

I attached the sheet that I am trying to get up and running, there is two things I need to do, but cant get it working as I intend to.
Sheet 1 - When the invoice number is fulled in in cell F8 a message box must pop up requesting the hyperlink to the invoice saved on a share folder, but for now on the desktop, when the file is selected it (the hyperlink) must be returned to cell G8, then once the last cell (I8) has been completed, the line 8 must be locked so that it can't be editted again without a default password and a new line must be added below line 8 for processing, I tried recording the macro, but it only works on one line, and on the message box request, I truly am not up to speed yet, this I can't get up and running.

I am looking for the easiest way for my worksheet to perform the following:
My 1st sheet (Sheet1) has columns A-C
In Column "A" there is a Cust # call it "P200"
In column "B" I have an invoice amount of $500.00
In column "C" -In this case, I need this field to calculate 15% of the amount in column "B"....and return the result of $75.00 (however, this 15% figure will vary based on data looked up in (Sheet2)
ie... in (Sheet2)
Column "A" will list all cust #'s that my company has - A1=P100, A2=P105, A3=P125, A4=P127, A5=P200 etc....
Column "B" has each respective discount amount for that customer by %... B1=10%, B2=10%, B3=12%, B4=20%, B5=15%
So the macro I need for (Sheet1- column C) will need to search "Sheet2" column "A" to find the "P200" out of the long list and then take the corresponding % amount in column "B" (in this case it's 15%) and use this figure in (Sheet 1) to perform the calc.

I have two sheets. One is named sheet1 where all my data is and sheet2 where all my values are. I want to do a find a replace on column N (sheet1) using the data in sheet2. Column A on Sheet2 has all the values that are found in column N and column B on Sheet2 has what the data should change to.
So for example:
Sheet1 says the following on column N:
cat
dog
lion
bear
Sheet2 says:
Column A
A1: Cat
A2: Dog
A3: Bear
Column B
B1: 2
B2: 8
B3:15
I want the values on column N to be replaced with 2, 8, 15 and so forth. I use excel 2010.

Converting old reports to usable excel format. I am having trouble using VBA to set up a looping macro that would search Column A for cells with the text string: "ACTIVITY TOTAL". If cell has that value I would like to perform text to column action on the adjacent cell (R0C1). The macro recording for the test to column settings i need is :

I have a worksheet that I need to be able to easily copy and paste the formula/formatting from the row above, but not the Values entered, (if any). I am using columns A to DG.
I just really need to be able to copy all the formula in these cells down - nothing exciting or fancy.
I've tried formatting as a table as per some searches and that was difficult! My column headings changed, and when I inserted a row, two of the formula's wouldn't copy down - plus the shading and borders went wonky in places.

Currently I am working on a Userform based Macro that reads date and time from user and compares it with the date and time present in a cell in excel sheet(in mm/dd/yy hh:mm format). If the date and time value entered in both places matches then it will fill green colour in the cell.
I tried to convert the date present in excel sheet into a string using Cstr but it is not working. I have attached the code below for your reference.

I created a macro in VBA that pops up a calendar with keyboard short cut and places the date in selected cell. It works great on my pc. I can't share the macro with anyone. I saved it as an add-in...installing the add-in did nothing. Then I saved it as a template...the template did not open with any macros associated. both cases, no errors. no message to enable to disable macro.

I need the macro I created to run (when assigned to a button) in specific sheets in the workbook, additionally if the workbook is saved under a different name by the user, the macro will continue to work. There are 10 sheets. I need it to run in sheets 6-10, when the button is clicked in sheet 5.
Then end goal in mind is to assign this macro to a button, so the user ,when ready ,can click the button to produce the results.
Background & Current Results :
My macro is simply an advance auto filter that copies the filtered data from sheet 3 to sheets 6-10 (non-unique values).
When applied per sheet , it works . When I modify the macro (I've tried several ways based on info published here) , the best result i can get is the data copies 6 times in the same page ( whatever active sheet is selected.). I have not assigned the modified macro to any buttons, why bother if I can't get it to run in the 1st place .
I suspect I need to redo the whole thing to have it simply copy the filtered data repeatedly to sheets 6-10 , but I am not that savvy to figure that out .

I am working on using an excel workbook as part of a roll playing game and I am trying to record a macro and then put that in a command button which uses the randbetween, multiple if statements and multiple vlookup functions. I have successfully done similar things by just recording a macro and then pasting that into the VB editor. However this time I get a unable to record macro after putting the formula in the selected cell. I have tried copy and paste and just typing the formula with the same results.
Upon executing the formula I then want it to copy and paste special- values the result.
I'm assuming I have to put the VB code in manually but when I tried to do the formula I got a syntax error.
The worksheet I am working on is named new and I've included the formula in the a text box. I would like the result to show in J12 and be triggered by pressing the cmnbutton in k12.

I am putting together multiple worksheets with dumped data that should sort themselves by the press of a button. Each entry has a 'code' and a value and they are sorted by the 'code'.
At the moment i have the first worksheet sorting correctly and i am trying to program the second worksheet to sort data into the existing worksheets if they exist or create a new worksheet if the data doesn't have it's own worksheet.

The attached file works with 3 Drawers and 3 Doors but if I use 2 Drawers and 2 Doors the Borders do not line up. I think the Drawers are right the Doors appears to be the problem.
Same thing happens with 3 drawers and 4 Doors. It has and extra border on the right side.

Also I would like for the Measurements to be in the cell to the right of the left hand border and center across each of the sections.
Change B3 and B4 to 2 then click draw. 3 and 3 work 3 and 4 don't but 4 and 4 does.???

I got to the point where the macro is doing (more or less) what I want.
I now need to run the macro for each line in column C.
Basically my macro is creating 9 lines in column E getting as input C1 only (for the time being).
How do I say to my Macro, please run in E, but the first time you run get as
input value C1, the second time C2 and so on until I've got values in C?
I've looked into the loop documentation (for and foreach) and overall it makes sense, but how to refer each time to the next line in C?

I've download the CSV files from my bank. Somehow I thought they'd import painlessly. I dunno what's happened, these files are bloody ridiculous to look at.
Somehow I've ended up w/ Date, then Amount in the cell under it, then a description of what I bought in the cell below, and then something to the cell to the right of it (a further description sometimes, at other times nothing).
I have about 1500 lines of this so doing this automatically is not in question. I want to figure out how to run a macro to organize this. The logic is fairly simple. Where-ever the cursor is, copy the stuff in there over 2 lines, go back to original starting point, copy next cell, paste it next to where i previous pasted, goto third line, copy, paste next to second place i pasted, and then goto next set of data/dates. So I did that once figuring it could keep repeating the cycle. NOOOO that didnt happen. I did this for one set and then just stopped. Everytime I run the macro it deals w/ the same data. For example I created the macro to start of w/ cells A2, A3, and A4, then goto A6 and stop. I figured once there I could run the macro again, and it would do the same stuff for A4, A5, and A6 that it did for the previous one. Nope, it went back to A1-3.
Of course if someone can give a better idea of how to work w/ CSV in the first place that would also help. It just never made the colums in the right place. I got to choose the variables that would decide when a new column starts but I was never really getting the result I wanted. If this macro works though I wont need to work w/ that anymore.
Here's a sample though of how my CSV looks at the moment. These are three entries. The first one's description takes up one cell, the next 2 have 2 cells each.

I am dealing with data sets from various instruments that have different sample rates. I am deleting data points I don't need from some of the sets with higher sample rates so that all the data is on the same time scale.
The macro I have is super simple, but incredibly slow. I'm simply deleting every other cell down a column.

I have created this macro below however if on the worksheet I insert a line or lines the macro range G25:G107 does not change - it remains static.
How can I get an insert of a line to increase the macro range by the number of inserted lines. For example if I insert 2 lines then the macro range s/b now G25:G109.

I have 2 tabs on my spreadsheet. The first has some text at the top in cells A1 and A2, and that's it. The second tab I need a script for. Basically, I need some sort of macro button and a text box. I want people to be able to type some text in a cell or box on the 2nd tab, hit a button, and the text that has just been typed will be copied and pasted in to the next available cell down on the first tab.
For example, say the 1st tab had 'title' written in cell A1, and 'hello' written in cell A2. If I were to go to the 2nd tab, type 'bonjour' in to a cell or text box, and hit a button, the text 'bonjour' would be copied, the script would read the 1st tab and see that cells A1 and A2 already had text in them, and so paste 'bonjour' in to cell A3.

I am in a process of creating a excel based productivity for my team. This workbook has 2 worksheet, one is QA productivity tracker which is accessible to all, after the information is filled i want to store it daywise in a master tracker (next worksheet).
I have created a macro which copies the information to master sheet, but the challenge i am facing is that at every execution, macro should paste the data in next row.
