Select And Print Used Pivottable Columns?

I would like to somehow select and print the used columns in my pivot table.

I currently have a code that prints TableRange2 but this also includes blank pivot tables columns which are not in use.

Excel 2010 :: How To Apply Print Titles To Print On Select Pages

Using Excel 2010: I have 2 rows (A4:J4 & A5:J5) selected as print titles that I would like to be printed at the top of selected pages. Currently, my document is 3 pages long, and I would like to have the print titles only applied to the first 2 pages. More data will be added in the future on pages 1&2 but the last page (whatever page number it ends up being) should not contain the selected print titles.

Adding Columns Within A Pivottable

I have a data worksheet, which contains about 20,000 lines of journal entry info. There is a separate column for debit and credit, not one "amount" column. On another worksheet, I am aggregating the data to review the impact for this series of journal entries over a time period (12 months). Thus, my pivottable contains "Accounts" in the "ROW" and "Period" in the "COLUMN" sections of the PivotTable Layout. The "Debit" and "Credit" fields are then summed in the "DATA" portion of the PivotTable.

My issue revolves around getting the actual impact for each account for each time period. Essentially, I need an extra column inserted between each time period that sums the debits and credits for that period. Do I need a macro for this (not any experience with macros)? My file is way to big to share, so let me know if a pared-down sample would work.

Hide PivotTable Columns

Hide values in Column layout on pivot table i only want to show th total value as its based on quarter figures not per month and this way it looks like Quarterly totals are broken down per month and has to have 200 a mont whenits in fact 200 for the complete quarter, how can i had the 200 for each of the month and just have the total per country? This is what my pivot table looks like

PivotTable Code: The PivotTable Field Name Is Not Valid

The code I'm using that results in the following error message: "Run-Time Error '1004':

The pivotTable field name is not valid. To create a pivottable report, you must use data that is organized as a list with labeled columns. If you are changing the name of a pivottable field, you must type a new name for the field." Here's the code, I've seperated it into each sub hoping that will make it easier to read:

Can I create a PivotTable with two columns of data for the same Column header?

I have created a PivotTable in Excel 2003 with months for rows and cities for columns. I would like to have TWO columns of data for each city. The two data columns are: Average House Selling Price, and Number of Houses Sold. When I put both of these data fields into the PivotTable Wizard, they are listed below each other so that each Month occupies two rows, but each city occupies one column. I want the two data fields beside each other so that each month only occupies one row, but there are two data columns for each City.

How To Select Multiple Sheets And Print Them

I'm trying to select multiple sheets and print them out. At this time the code is only printing out the "Work Order" sheet. I'm guessing it's something to do with the PrintOut command trying to print the active sheet and not the array?

Select Variable Print Range

I am trying to create a command button on my userform that will allow me to print all the records in the worksheet....in other words it should only print the rows with data......

*my worksheet is called "complaintData" - this is hidden and not active sheet.
*I have columns A to J with information, with heading from A1:J1.
*I want to be able to print all the rows with values in column A. (Not all the columns except "A", will have values for every record....some may be blank for some records...
*I want all the columns to fit in in one page with headings (A1:J1) being first row on every new page.....
*page setup should be landscape...

I have tried a few codes from this forum, but not sure where I have goofed up....am still trying learn VBA.....would appreciate if anyone can fix this code for me....cheers

Macro To Select An Area, And Print Selection

I need a macro to select the area within the blue invoice sheet box, so everything within the blue invoice sheet box is selected , and then the selection should be printed. I will have hundreds of these invoice slips made, right below each other, i was wondering once this is done, is there an easier way to to have each invoice selected, instead of making a custom button for each sheet ( which selects just that invoice , and prints that selection ).

( Column m through v, starting at row 2 stoping at row 68, is the selection required in this example, everythign within the blue box. ).

VBA To Auto Select Last Populated Print Page

I have a sheet that already has page breaks set at specific intervals to ensure the data is displayed in a certain way on print, I can only have whole pages. The variable is how many pages are printed on each project, which can be anything between 1 and 20 or more. I have a few columns that contain line numbers, and formulae down the entire length of the sheet, so a basic last populated cell search won't work, but the column I'd like to focus on is Col F, which only has blank/empty cells below the last used one in use. Is it possible to have a BeforePrint code find the last populated cell in Col F and simply capture which print page number it is in, and set that as the number of pages to print?

So in summary, I'd like to be able to just hit Print, and the code will automatically set the number of pages to print based on which page contains the last populated cell in Col F.

I've set up a short bit of code to select the print area for several pages in a workbook, but have no idea how to get the code to "activate". I tried placing a command button on a page to activate the code, but for some reason it won't see or act upon any sheets outside the sheet the command button is on. Same goes for the "event" proceudres on pages (activate, change.selection, etc).

I have a worksheet which contain a lot of data in it. I want only certain rows and columns to be printed when I click a button. Actually I am trying to print a report.

Suppose I have data across A10:M100. Lets say from columns A to D are permanent, if the cell colour of any cell from E to M is not Red then that is to be printed along with the contents in A to D. Since I have bunch of data in that sheet almost 10000 rows I separated data by giving them name. If it is possible to have an option to choose from before printing that would be much much better. Because even though there are many cells left uncoloured I don't want them to be in the print as they are belong to another table (I have given name for each table)

If all columns from E to M in row 20 are Red then that row should not appear in the print. If J20 is left uncoloured then it has to be printed along with the data from A20 to D20 ( which I said permanent). This colour I fill by a macro as when required only for the range E to M.
