Remove Focus From Form.?

I have an active form that is always in focus. I would like to be able to seamlessly transition back to the worksheets under it, and move back and forth between the worksheet entry and form entry. Is there some way to alter the focus between events to do so (like a mouse over type event)? Currently, I can only exit the form to get back to the worksheet. excel 03 sp3

I have a userform, when using the form it has focus, once I click on my "Ok" command button I want to return focus to the workbook while I leave the userform open. I already have the userform open and on top of the workbook.

i would like to retain the focus of the current cell before the user clicks on a button to run a macro (see below) to open a userform...?

(the cell focus seems to disapper...after the button is clicked, but does stay on the cell when i run the macro from tools macros...)

I have a TextBox and 2 Commandbuttons. I need the cursor to return to the TextBox when the Userform is loaded without the user selecting the TextBox.

I have a form that displays when i open a workbook. I enter data into the form's fields (listbox & textbox). When I click the form's "OK" button, the focus doesn't return to the current worksheet, and in fact, focus doesn't return to any of the open windows / applications I have open.

The form that I have attached is made up for monthly maintenance on one of our machines at work.
I made it to where the first date, when changed would populate the rest of the form with the following days.
The attached form is made for Feb and if you notice, March ran into the end. I am looking for a rule to remove the days at the end when they go into another month and remove the border as well.
I have another thread going on this, but I was also wanting to have the weekends to be shaded going all the way down. (e.g. where I have the "W" in the form).

I have a userform that adds and deletes employees. The add button works but im not sure how to get the delete button to work. I have a defined name of "Employee" that is row "A". What I would like to happen is that when a employee is selected from a userform list and the delete button is pressed the employee is deleted and the form is updated.

how you can remove the close 'X' on the title bar of a user form please? I have used this for a password input box but if the user selects the 'X' on the title bar then it closes the password box without them having to enter a password and allows them into the workbook.

I am using a user form to display a splash screen. In the user form, I have a picture that is being displayed as splash screen for 5 seconds and then it disappears. I only want to display the picture in the splash screen. I want to to remove the following three items
from the user form:
1 - remove all borders
2 - remove the menu/caption bar
3 - remove the "x" button that allows user to close form.

The border around a user form is really annoying. Is there any way to remove this so that when you load the user form without a title bar your image you use is just your image and not with a border around it???

I have created my first user form that puts the info gathered onto a seperate sheet.
We are a garage and its for cars that come into stock.
What I want to do is when we sell a car, have a way of removing the car from the database but recording the infomation that was in the first database and some additional infomation like who sold it and the selling price.

I am simply trying to write a macro or code that will set all the check box values to "False" each time I initiate the User form. So that the user form does not "carry over" check box values from the last time the User form was used.
However I had to make sure I cleared the value from the cell that each control is associated with.(the controlsource in the user form properties.)

I have the following code which copies specified cells from one sheet to the next available row on another sheet. I would like to keep the next available row somewhere near center focus on the display. Can I use the variable 1Row to do this, or maybe 1Row plus or minus 20 depending on how I want it displayed on the screen?

I'm missing something in my UserForm initialization code. If I fill the form out once and click 'OK' (run the code to put the form data into a sheet), when I go back into the form all the old info is still there. If I then click 'Cancel' (Unload Me) and reopen the form, the old data is cleared out. What am I missing to make it clear it out the first time?

I'm having trouble trying to come up with a way to insert data fields into a spreadsheet form. I have a travel authorization form that I would like to have automatically fill in the required fields based on typing in a name. i.e. I would type in an employees name, and it would automatically fill-in the correct address, etc for that employee. I have attached a spreadsheet that contains one sheet as the form, and another sheet containing the employee data. I know nothing about VBA, but I have a feeling that is where I need to go.

I am needing to create a form that exports data (a quote) to an Excel Db (table) and is then able to recall the data back into the form. (the default form in excel does this and I want to copy that.)
Once the data is called back in, I can then export it to another Table to show that the quote has been approved and will be used.
I am having trouble with the VBA coding that copies the inputted quote in Cell C2 (the reference for the quote number) of the "Form" sheet and looks it up in the "Database" sheet. I have tried several variations of code, but nothing works so far.

I have a spreadsheet I use to keep track of weekly sales patterns and use for estimating the amount of a product I would need to order taking into account what I would expect to sell in a given week and what stock I have at present. On the example I've attached, I show where I enter my storeroom count figures, which are organised by supplier and the position in which a particular product appears on the supplier's order form. I have a page which lists the orders by suppliers and which are used to place the orders by e-mail or telephone.
At present I have each supplier section of the order form directly linked to a cell on the storeroom count as per columns K to M on the attached file. However, this means that as products are de-listed by suppliers and extra products become available, I have to edit the formula in each cell as the products now appear in a different position on the storeroom count and may otherwise end up on the order form for a different supplier. I would like to set it up so that I just have to select the supplier name and the table below will automatically fill with the required info, in order of the position they appear on the supplier's form. I'm struggling to combine vlookup and hlookup. Is there a way to do it or do I need to rethink?

I have a Database and user form, in the user form i have a field named “Vehicle No” this is a combo box from which a user needs to select the Vehicle numbers, and all these are working fine now, I need your help in the following:
When user selects the second field named "Select Vendor name" i need a pop up window which shows all the Vehicles belongs to the vendor which they have selected, and with the popup window user selects the vehicle number then the Vehicle number combo box should be filled.
Currently users have to select by scrolling through Combo box which takes long time and difficult to find by scrolling.

I display a form which asks the user to insert the desired number of invoices. After inserting the number, I would like a the cursor to appear in a textbox labeled "Invoice Date" (ref A28). Additionally, I would like the user to only have to key in the day and month. Therefore, I would like to have the cell be defaulted to / /2004.

I am using the following code to validate text entry in Textbox1 of a userform. I want that if the user enters a numeric value than a msgbox should popup and then cursor should get focus on Textbox1. But with this code, it is setting focus on textbox2 and not on textbox1.

I've got a worksheet with a cell called "cellName" and a button "cmdSearch". When I enter a string in cellName and press cmdSearch a query is done on a database and the result is returned to the form. Now, when I enter text into cellName I then have to click on a different cell before I can click on cmdSearch. What I'd like to do is have cmdSearch take focus if I press enter in cellName. I know how to do this with a UserForm, but I like having all of this on the worksheet and not dealling with a popup box.

I have two forms...clicking a specific button on the first form should display the second form which works fine.
VB:

Form_Main.Hide
Form_Employees.Show

When I do this twice, however, the second form seems to freeze/hang and I have to close Excel and then re-open it. I feel like I'm overlooking something obvious...

I have created a registration workbook for this year's youth sports league. All of the information is entered into a User Form and separated onto it's appropriate sheet designated by the child's age. Next year, I would like to use this year's workbook to look up returning players.
Will it be possible to add a "lookup" button into my form, or create a lookup program, that once the registrar clicks on the correct player, the information is plugged into the User Form, the registrar adjusts the age and any necessary info, presses enter, and the information is copied into the appropriate category in the new workbook? I haven't worked with User Forms long enough to know if they can be filled in that way, but if this can be done, you are the people who would know.

I'm using a series of user forms for data entry to a workbook, some of them open next stage user form on completion (OK cmd button).
All that is working fine, but I'd like the initial form to close on showing the next one. I've tried adding Unload and Hide commands following the frmInsertEntry.Show (Next stage form), to no avail, but I'd like this user form to close or hide at the end of the sub.

I have created a form that pops up using a macro when the form is opened. It is a simple form that uses optionbuttons in a group to select Intl or Dom.
Problems:
1) How do you get the form to close once a button is selected?
2) The user can close the form without selecting a button (the X at the top).
3) How do you get the data selected onto the excel spreadsheet?
