Vba To Show Data When Date Matches

Looking for an excel worksheet to keep a record of |MOT's due
By entering the Name, Reg, Date, Comments, Reminder
by way of a userform
after the data is entered it is stored on anther worksheet..
every morning when they get to work. they want to open it and on the MotDataEntry sheet it needs to bring up the Mot's that are due in a months time (reminder) ,name reg etc

I have this spreadsheet where in there's a Raw Data. Along with is there's a different tab for different user, is there a way that if a certain user choose a date it will pull up the data for that date in the Raw Data.
What formula should I use? and how should I do it.

if a value appears in a column 4 times or more how can you do a vlookup which will show the 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th values.
when i currently write the vlookup formula it shows the 4th time the value appears

I am trying to populate a worksheet that takes information from a table on another worksheet. I have to match three columns and show multiple entries for each correct match. Attached is a sample worksheet.
Invoice.xlsx
The information should be on the "Invoice" sheet. The cells in green are what will be given. The cells in yellow are what should be grabbed from table 1 on "June Sands Tracking Sheet"
The delivery date, Customer and truck number are the given fields.
from there I want it to search the table and populate "Truck BOL #","Sand Yard","Time In Staging", "Time Out of Location", and "Sand Type"
I tried this formula in the BOL # column but it wouldn't work

Sheet1 is Main Sheet which never will be amended and these numbers will be a source for pulling mathematical functions

If A5 Sheet2 value can be found in ColumnA Sheet1, look for a number in ColumnC, same ROW and compare it to C7 in Sheet2 ?
Bring up difference value, which in this case would be one.

I've written a Function which will count the number of files in a folder which the modified date equals a fixed date
For example, here, I want the file count which modified date = 01.01.2014

However I got a #VALUE! error message with this formula:

In the TEST folder there are 4 pdf files so it should return the value of 4.

I took an Excel course in college but am a bit rusty. I have a customer database that I created and I would like to see certain things after entering a date range that I specify. I uploaded a small excel sheet to show my database and what I'm looking to do. Basically I would like to enter a date range and see these answers:
Total Orders in that date range
Total unique orders in that date range
List of customers (name included) who ordered more than once in that date range
The only columns of data I need to use are: firstname, lastname and orderdate.

I have a data table with monthly data in columns (65 rows deep), with the months (in format dd/mm/yyyy but showing as Dec 05) running across Row 4.
I want to be able to use OFFSET to identify the current and previous 5 months, in order to dynamically chart various items in the last 6 months worth of data.
The charting bit I'm okay with, and I realise I need to assign Names for this to work, but I'm struggling with the OFFSET & date combination.
I have the following but it starts from a defined reference cell;
=OFFSET('BO Data'!$L$4,0,('BO Data'!$4:$4)-1,1,-6)

I have some more questions about excel formula. In one column I have data appearing, as either a 1 or 2, at random as I input it. Each column has around 120 rows. In the row at the bottom I created a formula to calculate how often, on average, the data appears in that column. 1st how do I get each row to represent a date. 2nd how can I get the sheet to show the next expected date that the data may appear in that column, taking into account the date it last appeared and the average between appearances?

I am trying to use the above, but with dates in the following format in each cell:

The below code is working for >200702 and removes all years/months prior to this entered value. Unfortunately the code does not work when a user enters <200706, instead the code goes through to the “NonValidCriteria” prompt.

I am creating a formula that matches a particular date with a particular time. All of the dates that have 14:00 (2:00 PM) next to them should be listed from oldest date to newest date. The workbook where the formula needs to be entered contains data that is constantly shifting and updating so the formula has to be based upon the 14:00 (2:00 PM) and not the number of rows because the 14:00 (2:00 PM) row won't always be in the same place.
See the attached spreadsheet for a better explanation. There are two examples of what I need on one sheet to give an example of how the data can shift. Also, the weekend is not included in the data so the dates skip days during that period.

I have workbook with 2 sheets. Worksheet1 has a date by formula (Today()). Worksheet2 has dates listed in column A. I want to write a macro that will check that the date in Worskheet2, Column A matches the date on Worksheet1 then pastespecial -value from e2 on worksheet1 to the adjacent cell column B worksheet2. This is to create a log for changes over time. I have a macro that pastes to the first empty cell column B worksheet2 but I can not get the date correct.

I need macro to copy values from a Master worksheet on a daily basis, and paste them to multiple individual worksheets in cells adjacent to today's date (already crafted). For instance, a value of 8 is entered into a particular cell in the Master, it is copied and pasted into column E of another worksheet, on the row with today's date already written in column B. I need to do this repeatedly for over 50 worksheets.

In my spreadsheet, on the first worksheet called "Working". Column A, called "Results", contains carrot ^ delineated string values in each cell (i.e."john^apple^pear^banana^grape^love^heart^pickle"). The majority of string values in every cell in my "Results" column match a "source" column of Pick-List Values, called "Fruits" in the same spreadsheet, however found in a different worksheet called "Lists" (also in Column A). I want to perform 3 functions against my "Results" Column on worksheet "Working":
1.) Report In Column B: Analyze column "Results" by cell and return carrot delineated string values for only those that match my "Fruits" Pick-List
2.) Report In Column C: Analyze column "Results" by cell and return carrot delineated string values for only those do not match my "Fruits" Pick-List
3.) Report In Column D: Identify and return all unique values in "Column C" as a List.
Attached is a simple example of what I'm trying to accomplish called " Sorting.xls"

I have 2 different formulas that I need changed in a similar way.
The first formula is for cell AV11:
=SUM(BI11,BP11,BW11,CD11,CK11,CR11,CY11,DF11,DM11,DT11,EA11)+10
Every cell starts off blank.
What I need is for cell AV11 to always start off blank until data is entered into one of the other cells. The problem is that since the sum always needs to be +10 only when data is entered in the other cells, I don't know how to keep 10 from showing in cell AV11 when no data is typed in the other cells.
The other formula is for cell CO39:
=(CU8)+3
I pretty much need the same thing. If no data is entered in cell CU8, then I do not want cell CO39 to show the 3.

I am working on large sets of data (more than 50,000 rows of data). I have two sets of data. Set 1 and Set 2 (master data) on the same worksheet. Both the sets of data have three columns each. I am using EXCEL 2007. I was able to accomplish step 1 below.. but I am totally lost with step 2 since i have an additional criteria for the "year".
I have attached the excel sheet as well. This is what I am trying to accomplish:
1) I want to find exact matches in set 1 and set 2 and highlight it or do something to show that a match was found. The challenge is the data in set 1 can occur anywhere in set 2.
2) Add to the complication .. my criteria for matching the year is different. If the Set 1 "year" is equal to or greater by 1 yr or greater by 2 yr when compared to Set 2 "year", I want to treat it as a "match".
For example, from the data attached:
Set 1 data in row 4 is: ATLANTIC ABSECON 2004
Set 2 data in row 3 is: ATLANTIC ABSECON 2003
I want to treat these two data as "MATCH" since ATLANTIC matches ATLANTIC, ABSECON matches ABSECON and according to one of my criteria for year, Set 1 "year" is greater by 1 yr than the Set 2 "year".

How do I get cell B1 to show only the date that corresponds with the current date?

If I enter 12/2, in one of the rows in column A it will display today dates in cell B1 since today is 12/2, but when tomorrows comes, since there is not a 12/3 date in column A, B1 cell will be empty, but when 12/4 comes, cell B1 will show 12/4 since that is a 12/4 date

I have a macro that I am working on which I have gotten stuck on. It compares Column A and Column C and any numbers which match are pasted into Column D.
What I am getting stuck with is I need to copy and paste the data for column B to Column E as well. So in other words.
If column A and B match then the number from Column A that matches B will be pasted in column D along with the value that is right next to it in Column B.

have two worksheets. sheet1 has order information on it with orders, dates, customer names. sheet2 has customer name list. How can I (via vba) search through the order sheet and find the most recent order date for each customer in the customer name list. post that most recent date next to the customer name on sheet2.
