Amending Code Based On Cell Value

i have this code ( straight forward enough )

but i would like the line completion sheet to printout copies based on whats in cell h12 of working sheet
so if h12 has a 3 in it it prints out 3 copies

Attached is my sample data Sample Data_Combine Sheets.xlsm.
What the code in the attached sheet does is that it combines the data in Sheets Set1 and Set2 into the worksheet named "Combine".
Both input sheets share same columns. Code I use is as below:

I want to amend the output in such a way that when the macro is run , in the "Combine" worksheet an additional column is added at the start(col A) with header as "Category".
The category should be nothing but the input Sheet name i.e Set1 or Set2.

I am using Excel 2003 and I have two columns of data, one column shows how much work for a particular worktype should be done in an hour and the second column shows what I’m expected to get in over the next month. I have added a third column to show how long it would take to complete the expected work.
What I would like that third column to show the data in hours and minutes rather than a percentage of 100, so on a linked TAB on the main sheet it will show clearly as a time so staff hours can be allocate to a worktype. Is this simple to do. I have attached an example workbook.

I have craeted a chart in VBA, which sits in the middle of the page . I have attempted to move it to a new location with the following code

which I adapted from a recorded macro, but which fails in execution, error message indicates that the Object does not support the property or Method.

I am using the following formula to convert m (months) into y/m (years/months)
=IFERROR(QUOTIENT(AQ8,12) & "/" & MOD(AQ8, 12),"")
where in AQ8 I have m (months)
how do I ensure that the formula does not display any decimal points after the m and instead rounds to the nearest month
ie. 100 to show as 8/4 (not as 8/3.5)
note that I have an additional formula working which gives me the 100 (months) in AQ8
IFERROR(AVERAGEIFS('Raw Scores'!AP$2:AP$65,'Raw Scores'!D$2:D$65,"M"),"")
(so I am guessing that this is rounding it first to the value I see in my cell but it may infact be using 99.84 months for further calcs)

Basically someone has coded a VBA script to pull a users details from AD when a button is clicked, using the staff id as the search criteria.
I've amended the criteria so it uses Environ$(USERNAME) to find details of the current logged on user, but i am struggling to get the resulting information out of the Sub to be used in other Subs! It currently just fills a cell with the required info.

I'm writing some VBA code for Excel. I need to change the color of a cell based upon the data in another cell. This selects sheet "Kane", and searches for the word "Expenses" in a range in column D. Using For-Each, I need the IF statement that will change the cell color in the same row, but in column P.

working this formula out for use in conditional formatting;

I've got the following formula to conditionally format E9 to red fill when H9>0, but it won't change the contents of E9 to E9+H12 under the same condition;

I am trying to get the sumproduct of a column of amounts based on the adjacent cells ID code.
For example column B will have codes 1FHD, 2FHS, 3FHG etc. these codes will be mixed otherwise I would have just did a sum of the cells.
Column C would have dollar amounts.

I have cells in range L12:BN1000 with formulas that will output a 1 or a 2.
If the output is 1, I would like the cell to color yellow
if the output is 2, I would like the cell to color orange
the reason I dont want to use conditional formatting is because the use needs to be able to copy and insert rows and by doing so the use would need to manually add the new cells into the conditional format range. I would like to come up with a macro that applies this condition to a large range.
also, were do I add this macro? under sheet1? this workbook? or as a module?

I have 16 columns (B:Q)
Row 1 contains either a number, the letter x, or the letter a.
Cells in Range("B2:Q628) contains either the letter x or is blank
If a cell in row 1 contains an x, then all cells in that column with an x has an Interior.ColorIndex of 45
If a cell in row 1 contains an a, then all cells in that column with a blank has an Interior.ColorIndex of 45

On the attached sheet I would like to set the print range and then print based on 1 cell's valve. F9 is the value I would like to use:
If F9=1 I need it to print A1:M43
If F9=2 I need it to print A1:M87
If F9=3 I need it to print A1:M131 and so on.

I have a spreadsheet where when cell is clicked, it opens the hyperlink dialogue and allows a user to insert a hyperlink into the cell next to it.

I need to be able to hide and unhide a given set of rows based on the value in a particular cell. My current code allows me to successfully do this, ONLY, when I select the cell being 'watched' for changes and press enter. It does not execute the code automatically.
The cell is changed by a set of filters that modifies the data. The watched cell is then a summation of the filter modified cells. If the filters change to all "0" or "-" then my 'watched' cell sum becomes "0" and thus should execute the code automatically.

I need the execution part to be automatic and not have to manual click into cell I62.

I have been stuck for about a week on trying to create a Case Select macro. I am a novice in using VBA, so I am not sure what I am doing right OR wrong. What I need the macro to do is go through all of the text in a column and if the text is one of the 50 states, I need it to return one specific value, and if it is anything other than one of the 50 states, it needs to return a different value in a column 5 over from the column with the states in it. I have changed the code MANY times and so far I haven't been able to get anything to work. Here's the gist of what I have been trying:

I want to enter a unique ID into an input box which will tell which row that id is available and then it will again ask me which column the cell needs to be highlighted. Once i enter the data, it will then ask me what is the change in data (again via input box). i can then enter the change data and then it stops.

Does anyone have a VB macro that will copy information from a cell (this will be variable based on criteria) and paste it into the middle of another cell that contains HTML code?
The criteria for the copy/insert/paste is that the information in the cell that is to be copy/inserted must match up with the correct number (part number).
I hope this makes sense. I have attached an example spreadsheet. (Pictures are worth 1000 words. ) Hope someone can help. I checked this site and couldn't find anything that was solved that matched the specifics.

I have a peice of code that i know is inefficient and it is in danger of becoming too large. I have a spreadsheet that has circles aligned to each cell. There are around 100 in total. The code changes the colour of the shape based on the cell value in which it sits. However, the code needs changing and also it does not automatically update the colour shape even though the cell value changes. I have to manually select a cell and then the formula bar and then press return for it to update.
I am using excel 2010.
This is the code i am using for each shape.

I am using Windows 7 and Excel 2010.
Is there a way to create a macro to color code a cell based on the value in a cell, and then look up a value in a table, then color code it based on where it fits into the table?
I have a table of values for about 30 projects. In column g - there is a CPI value (see bold column)
Example: Project ID
Name
Program
PMT
SI ID
AC
Milestone
TCP Level
[Code] ......
Here is the table:
I have to color code a cell, base on the CPI and how it fits into the table below. So if the current Milestone is M2 or M3 and the CPI calculated is .14 the cell would be colored RED, if the CPI number is 2.01 for M2-M3 I would want cell to be colored Turquiose. If we were at Milestone M6 and the CPI was 2.01, it would be colored blue. If the CPI was .75 at Milestone M5, it would be colored Green

I'm trying to write a VBA script which will delete all rows in my Excel spreadsheet where Column I (which contains a status code) does not contain the word "Completed".
At the moment, I'm doing this the other way round: my script is able to search for entries in Column I which contain the status codes "Pending", "Awaiting Authorisation", "In Progress" etc and delete them. The idea is that when all those rows are deleted, I'll only be left with rows which have a status of "Completed". This works fine at the moment. However, the concern is that if a brand new status code is added to the data file, my script would be unable to pick it up and delete it. This is a small sample of the code I'm currently using (which deletes all the rows with statuses other than Completed):

I have a macro that, when run, needs to read the contents of cell B5, and run the code that it contains.
Cell B5, for example, would contain the text:

I need a macro to "execute this code", as if it were in the macro itself.
I have assigned the above to a variable, but am not sure how to execute it.
EG.

I am writing an excel 'tool' that must be compatabile with both Excel 2003 and Excel 2007. I originally wrote some functions using Application.Filesearch, and had to re-write that code due to the lack of Application.Filesearch in Excel 2007 (I used the chdir method). The chdir method is much slower the way I am using it, therefore, I would like to still use the Application.Filesearch method for those using Excel 2003. Now, I have the user select their excel version and run the correct macro. Is there a way to detect the Excel Version automatically and the call the correct macro?
