Control Change Event Fires Via Unknown Trigger

So, I have a worksheet with a bunch of combo boxes. The code for the worksheet is below. The issue I'm having is that anytime I drag and drop a cell anywhere on the page, every single control on the worksheet triggers. VB runs through all the code on the sheet, TWICE(I used the debugger extensively trying to find a solution), and causes dozens of successive re-calculations of the entire workbook, which has a couple of tables. This happens on any cell drag-drop on the worksheet, or when I click the command button on the screen.
I have no clue what is causing this. Even more bizarre, it seems to trigger a custom function which is located in a separate module, and isn't even utilized on the worksheet in question. I guess this is because it makes the whole workbook re-calculate?

Is it possible for a combo box selection, linked to a cell on the same sheet to fire a worksheet change event? I can't seem to find a way to do it.

I have a user entering text into a textbox on my userform. The textbox is linked to a textbox change event. Unfortunately, the event is triggered as soon as the user enters the first character of their entry. I'm thinking that the textbox change event isn't the most appropriate for this scenario. What would I need to do to trigger the code (of the change event) with hitting ENTER when finished?

If no program (code) is running and Calculation is turned to ON, what expression could be placed into a cell that will change on its own that could necessarily and periodically trigger a change event subroutine. How can I trigger a change event when nothing is changing?
I have a situation where my code simply stops running so i need a change event to assess whether code is running (or not) and to issue a warning to the programmer that the code is, in fact, stalled. The change event subroutine has not only a warning system but a "timetorun" feature that will come back and warn again until the programmer can address the issue.
Unfortunately, I have to deal with this issue in a check and balance fashion because my many attempts to seek solutions to a stalled program (root cause) have failed.

I have a combo box that insert certain information in the row corresponding to the active cell. Apparently the events that trigger the code are generated by the combo box ( change or on click) but pressing any key also triggers the events of the combo box.(this is undesirable)
The following code is excuted even when any key is pressed. Any suggestions on how I can go around this problem? (get this code executed ONLY when a combo box event is triggered)

Is there an event that fires every time anything is clicked within a userform? I have seen the userform_Click() event however, this only works if the userform is clicked directly and not if something like an image is clicked on top of it.

I wrote some code to validate an inputfield. I want to keep the focus on this field until a correct (numeric) value is inputed. Therefore I use teh beforeUpdate event instead of the afterUpdate event. Some strange things happen (see code below):
1. When I press enter after putting some non-numeric data in the inpBedrag2 field the msgbox is displayed three times in a row. This doesn't happen when the field loses focus by clicking another field (-> msgbox only displays once = correct behaviour)
2. What's really driving me nuts is the fact that the (more or lesse the same sub) works perfectly.
What am I doing wrong? I'm not getting it. Probably I'm doing something very stupid ... but I can't figure it out myself.

I have a userform with a combobox in it that's rowsource is a column of company names in a worksheet. When a company name is chosen, a combobox change private sub runs and many userform textboxes are populated with information about the company that was chosen from the combobox dropdown. This information is stored on a worksheet. I then want to edit any of the information in these textboxes. Once my edits are made I have a CommandButton that is pressed to save the edit changes. This CommandButton runs a private sub that disables the combobox (thinking this would prevent the combobox private sub from running), deletes the row that the information originated from, and then SHOULD make a new row of values based on the contents of the textboxes following the edits. The problem is that the CommandButton coding that deletes the row causes the combobox change private sub to run because the company that had been selected is now the missing from the rowsource; this causes an error.

I am working with a large legacy file/program which has a lot of issues. Foremost, and unfortunately this cannot be changed, is that all of the controls were placed directly on the worksheets instead of on Userforms.
I had previously posted code from the legacy file which may have been excessively complicated. So I edited my post to this simple example. Sheet1 has one textbox and one command button. Sheet 2 is blank.
If Sheet2.Activate is commented, everything works fine. If Sheet2.Activate is executed, then Excel crashes....

On my userform I have a frame. Within the frame, there are 6 option buttons. Can I trigger an event when when the user selects a different option button? I was expecting to see a Frame.Change method. But I don't. One solution is to insert code on each of the Option Buttons Change methods.

I need a userform textbox event that fires after I tab or click out of the textbox. Going by the list of options:Beforedragover, BeforeDroporPaste, Change, DblClick, DropButtonClick, Error, Keydown, Keypress, keyup, mousedown, mousemove, mouseup.
I can't figure out which one will do what I want. The change event happens instantaneously which doesn't work. I need to fire off the event when my focus leaves the textbox.

I am trying to write a worksheet_selectionchange macro in which the change is initiated only when certain cells are changed (B6:B9 and X9). I do not want the change to be initiated when any other cells on the worksheet change. B6:B9 and X9 are drop down boxes and the values within the drop-down boxes is variable.

I have a project report, which is user-configurable, allowing the user to customise the data that is displayed based on a number of parameters.
To ensure the report always prints neatly (the number of visible columns and rows varies, depending on the above parameters), so I have a macro that dynamically sets the print area of the worksheet.
At present, I call the macro from the workbook.beforeprint event, which works fine in terms of printing. Ideally however, I would like the macro to be called when CTRL+P is first pressed - i.e. the resulting 'print screen', containing a preview of the print out should reflect what will subsequently be printed, when the 'Print' button is then pressed.
I am not sure if this makes sense (Excel 2010 and 2013 are different from previous versions).

Is there a way to write a Worksheet_SelectionChange (ByVal Target As Range) event in module after creating a sheet in VBA? I constantly delete a sheet, then repopulate it with a new one that is empty, but I need to add some code that happens if they should change a particular cell. It worked when I ran it on a worksheet without refreshing, but as soon as I cleared and repopulated the sheet, it was gone. Is there a way to preserve this?

I have the following code, which works perfectly:

The code points to the next blank cell so the user can input a value. Each time the user enters a value I want to re-run the code so that the colour of the cell changes.
However I also want to perform various calculations on the sheet. However this means the sheet is being changed and so continually repeats my code.
How do I add the following, to my previous code?

I have a set of data in a given range with one column indicating "priority" of 0, 1, 2, or 3 for each row. I would like to be able to allow users of the file to filter the data simply by changing the text of a given cell, or by choosing among filter options from a drop down. For example, I would label the control cell "show items up to priority:" and then let them enter 1, 2, or 3.
The "auto filter" option won't work because if they use the "sort" options in the drop down it will mess everything up. I would only want to use the auto-filter drop down if I could suppress the sorting options and the other filter options. (I'm after custom options of <4, <3, <2, <1).
Also, the advanced filter method doesn't seem to work well because users would apparently have to re-run the filter each time they want to change the criteria range value.
I've heard of macros that can be triggered based on changes to data in a given cell, but how is this done in this situation?
I guess programming a custom drop down box for selecting 0, 1, 2 or 3 would work just as well as having them type the number in. But I'm not sure how this could be done either.

If for example cell A1 begins empty with no data in it other than a formula and something occurs to change the state of cell A1 to a value which triggers a change in cell B1 (a variable), can I use this to fire a sheet change macro ????
Wish to trigger a macro on sheet change based on every cell in column C, is this even possible ???
Or, is a change in a variable (C1) for example, the same as that of a DIRECT user keyboard input for example ???

I am sure that a worksheet change would be the best way to go for this, but I am unsure how to test for this.
I am looking to prevent users from using a select set of colors for highlighting. If the user tries to highlight using one of these invalid colors, I would like to flag a message telling the user that this color is reserved and highlight the selection to the previous color.
The previous color may be a tricky part as I do not know if this can be done.

I have an application that updates the text string in A1 every x minutes (time may vary). I'm trying to develop a toutine that will trigger a Macro/call a function/subroutine once only on each change of data (and then not trigger again until the next change...and must only trigger on change of data in this specific cell). So the timeline looks like this
start A1 = "Apples", Fire macro once
start + 10mins A1 = "Oranges", Fire Macro Once again
start + 25mins A1 = "Pears", Fire Macro Once again
etc.
Triggering the macro is no problem but constraining to one triggering is proving a problem (for me anyway) and is really holding up my application progress.

Is there an Event Handler that runs a macro whenever any control object in a worksheet has its state changed or whenever any checkbox is checked/unchecked. I want to have a method handle this outside of the checkbox since the number of checkboxes are dynamic and should not have to be individually coded by the user.

I have the code below that is two separate activities and I want to change the second activity from a cell trigger (Set KeyCells = Range("K42:AD42")) to a button trigger. I need to first to remain unchanged.
I'd be ok if this was just one macro that I could assign to a button but because its two and I need to write the second's to clicking a button I'm over my head.
Its occured to me while writing this that because it'll be a range of buttons I'll probably need to make each one an individual code? Is this the case? If so I may have to just keep this as it is.
