Copy & Paste To A Master Worksheet

attached is the template that im working on right now. the worksheet which is named as "1" has a command button when clicked on it would create another worksheet named as "2", now i need to collate the information in to a master sheet which i have named as "daily report". All im in need is to copy data from every worksheet and post the same in the daily report using a Macro code.
iam able to do the same using the following for one row (1.1 to 1.5) of values which repeats only once for the first worksheet and doesnt repeat next time for worksheet 2 and so on. I want to have the values for 1 to 10 in the daily report. Can someone help me?[/color]

I am trying to put togther a VBA form button click to do the following: I have several customer names all in master sheet A1 - A300. I want the code to notice that there is a new customer and generate a new sheet, naming the sheet the customers name and copying and paste the entire sheet named 'worksheet' to this newly generated sheet.

Here is my code thus far - it seems to go through the directory and copy data (single columns of 101 data-points) from the workbooks, but does not successfully paste it into the master-workbook (error message reads: 'paste method of worksheet class failed').

I am working with a workbook that i have created. The workbook has around thirty worksheets all with the starting nave of "DIV". I have a code that will loop throught the wrok book and copy the used range and insert them into a master. However what i need is a code that will loop through the wroksheets and only copy the used range only in columns A:P and starting in row 10 (i have headers from row 1-10). I have columns beyond "P" that has working information for that worksheet and do not want to copy it over to the master.

Each invoice has an invoice number, po number, supplier, and total. I want to create a worksheet that will list the above information from each worksheet.

I had to copy data from child woekbooks (*.xls) and paste it to the master workbook with same page to page every time when a macro is executed i had done the copy and paste part
But I'm Facing the problem in which i had to deal with
Validations as on both master and child sheet validation (column based combo box is activated )
one is worktype
2ns is time type
i jst had to copy data to the master macro works perfectly fine but the problem is that a msg box appears which signifies that i had to change the name (version ) for both types when i click yes 2 times it pastes the data

how to loop through workbooks in a certain directory and copy the rows in sheet1 where column B contains numbers greater than zero, and then pasting them into a new master workbook. The sheets will be named differently each week but will always be in the same directory.

I get 'x' number of workbooks(with one sheet only) everyweek from which I need to copy data and paste to a master worksheet. (SCREEN CAPTURE BELOW)
I am unable to write the code myself as I have never worked on VBA and am only a beginner.
Part I:
The data I need to copy starts from the 19th row (A19:H19). The end point is determined by the row just before the row that has the words "Calibration Request" in it.
Part II:
Just below the data that was pasted from Part I, the data from 2 rows below the words "Calibration Request" needs to be pasted. The end point for this would be a blank row encounter.
Also some of the rows and columns are merged.

I have a macro that transfers (copy/paste) information from one master file to several other individual files. The macro works, but I would like
to enhance it by have it spit out errors in the process as follows: if cell A42 on file VP1.xls is not equal to Cell C35 on file Masterfile.xls then make cell E2 ERROR and fomat E2 bold-red, otherwise do nothing. The macro should continue regardless, I just want it to spot errors.
I think this is pretty simple is just a matter of inserting an IF formula in the macro which is something i don't know how to do yet.

Objective: use VB to copy the first sheet (tab) from every Excel file in a specific folder to a new sheet/tab (for each) in a master spreadsheet. I will then aggregate this data into a summary table.
Following the advice of an old thread (Access: VBA combining multiple excel files to 1 new sheet), one time for each file in the folder. So with three excel files in the folder, I get 3 new tabs in my master spreadsheet but all are copies of the first tab in the master spreadsheet.
I'm wondering if maybe the code, which was in a post from 5 years ago, needs to be "modernized" for Excel 2007. Thanks for any help.

I have been at this for days and i can't quite get it right.
I have multiple worksheets of clients all formatted the same.
I need a Macro/VBA that will take from Each sheet onto a master sheet the Name of the Client(Cell I1 from the sheet)
Under the name I need the text Authorization #: then the data(C3)
Under that I need the text Dates of Service Expiration: then the data (D5)
Then the text 90801 Balance: then the data from (C30)
Then the text 90806 Balance: then the data from (F30)
Then the text 90847 Balance: then the data from (I30)
Then the text 90853 Balance: then the data from (L30)
Then a couple Spaces then the same exact data from the next sheet...till all the work sheets are done.....is it possible?

I am searching for a formula or simple macro to select text data from column named "SM NAME" to corresponding worksheet. I need this to populate as many worksheets as there are SM Names. ( there are usually 10 SMs)
For Example in the Master Data there are Several SM names listed. I need to extract the "ID" and "Agent" columns in the Master and populate into the workshhet with the Approriate name tab. The Master list changes regularly.

I have an Excel database of department contracts with a Master worksheet. I have created a worksheet tab for each of the departments. Column G has a dropdown list for each department. When I enter a new contract onto the Master I want it to auto copy to the coordinating worksheet based on the selected department.
If possible I would also like it to enter the newest contract would enter into the coordinating Contract Party entered into column D. (ie... If Hospital A is entered in column D on master, the new entry on the worksheet being copied to will be entered under the last Hospital A, if Hospital B is entered on Master it copies under Hospital B). If this isn't possible then I am not too worried about that part.

I have a workbook that includes 4 seperate sheets that are used to record time and expenses for 4 members of staff. I want to write a macro to select the data I need from each sheet and colaberate together in a 'data' sheet so I can combine all the info to run time and expense reports per client showing combination of all time and expense incurred from all 4 staff.
I have named cell ranges in each of the 4 time-sheets. I proceed to record a macro, select the first named range, copy and paste into my data sheet, do a control home then control down arrow, then one more down arrow to get to the first blank cell and repeat the process for all four time-sheets.
This works until I add a new line and then the data will only appear for the last time-sheet (last row of data).

I have 20 worksheets in my master file corresponding to Excel files individual associates will update weekly. After the associates have updated their individual files for the week, I want to capture the data entered and paste values into a master file containing a worksheet for each associate (sharing the same name as the individual associate file). All of these files are housed on team SharePoint sites.
I need a macro to perform several steps after clicking a "Run Update" macro button in the master file:
Open individual associate fileIn master file, search for each Initiative listed in column B (starting cell B3) in the individual associate file (in column B starting at cell B11)If Initiative is found in individual associate file, copy adjacent data in columns D:J for the respective rowIn master file, paste values to the corresponding Initiative row for the corresponding week's worth of dataIf Initiative is not found in the individual associate file, move to the next Initiative listed in the master fileRepeat these steps for each individual associate file
Linking would be the easiest way to accomplish this if I wanted to have a multitude of weekly individual files for the associates. However, I'd rather each associate have one file for them to update (basically overwriting their previous week's entries).
I need to ensure the paste values corresponds to the appropriate day of the week. In simpler terms, if the date in the individual associate file in cell D9 reads Oct 1, 2012, the data captured from that row needs to be pasted to the corresponding row/column in the master file that reads the same date.

I need to loop through worksheets in a workbook and copy every first cell value(A1) and then paste into a new worksheet.

I currently have created a database (sheet two) with information including ID # (VH-XXXXX) in Column A and all the necessary information related to that unique Item. What I would like to do is search based on the ID number, have it filter, then copy and paste the row into another worksheet. Is this possible? I do have macro which populates sheets based on given list.
I want to paste all data in newly created sheets from "Template".
I do not want to loop 2 sheets ("DATA" & "Template").
Data must be pasted with format & validation. Validation exists on Template sheet only. No other sheet is referred for validation.

I am looking for VBA code that will select a data validation cell, copy the selection, and paste the value of that cell in a different worksheet.
The data validation list is in cell L47. The user will select a date from cell D31, type a description of activities in the adjacent column and then select initials from the aforementioned validation list in cell L47. I need the code to fit into a button I created so that when they click it to approve the activity, the code will copy the value of the initials and paste it into column AB in a separate worksheet. Column AB runs parallel to column A, which contains all of the dates located on Sheet1 in cell D31. I think I might need some sort of loop to run this so that it pastes initials on the correct date.

I want to run a macro that looks thru column F of all my worksheets (in my entire workbook).
If it finds an x then I want it to copy that entire row and paste it into a worksheet called "old" or a new worksheet or a new document in word (it doesn't matter - just whatever is easiest for my little brain to understand).
I should end up with about 40 rows of data in the new sheet.
(I have some code that looks thru it all and colors the cell blue but I just don't know how to get it to copy and paste the entire row into a new worksheet.)

I am unable to copy and paste on a particular worksheet. It is not protected nor are the cells locked. I can copy one or more cell's contents, but as soon as I click into the cell I wish to copy to, the paste icon greys out. Using VBA code to do the same fails at the same point.

Finding the value "OK" in a range of data in Worksheet(1) out of Range("Product"). Ones the value "OK" is found, the entire row is cut and then pasted into a new worksheet 'Range("A3")'. Then the loop sets in and finds the next value "OK" in the range untill it reaches the end of the predetermined Range("Product").
The only problem I have is that the code I have written already performs the process, but when pasting the data into the new worksheet, paste's all of the found rows into the same row. So what you are left with in the new pasting sheet (Worksheet2), is only the last found row because it keeps overiding previously found data. What I need the Macro to do is find the next availible blank row in Worksheet2 and for all values cut out of Worksheet1. Now there was a simular posting to this on the forum, but when I tried it in my code it would not work...
