Find Most Occurring Values In Column A And Consolidating Each Value Quantity?

As part of my work as an intern, my company wants me to look at all of the office supplies ordered by their retail stores and find out which items are most ordered.

The invoice excel file I received from our office supplier has a column for the Item # and Quantity of that item. However, there are multiple occurrences of each Item # because this invoice is itemized by store. Is there a way to consolidate all of the values in the Item # with each other to remove the duplicates while also consolidating all of the quantities of each?

For example:

The invoice is much longer and has many more different Item #s and many more duplicates but this is more or less the same format.

I used COUNTIF with an advanced filter with Unique Records Only selected but I realized that only gave me the count of the Item #s and didnt factor in the Quantity of each Item # ordered by each retail location.

I have 12,000 rows on my excel spread sheet of data and my average volume for all those days are 17,661,398.6
I noticed that the so called average did not show up not even once in all of the 12,000 rows. Thus I conclude that the average is not normal ? How to find & highlight the most frequently occurring number, the usual, and or the normal numbers?

I have a few columns referencing Crash numbers. The majority of each column is a null value, with about 10-20% of it actually containing the number of a Crash. I want to run one MODE each on a column to see what the most common Crash is.

The following
=MODE(Table_X[Crash Alpha])

Results in a #N/A Value Not Available error. What do I need to change to make it work on the column with some nulls and some numbers (no strings)?

As a secondary question, if I wanted to apply a date filter (the columns are part of a table, including a Date column) like the below:

If(Table_X[DateTime]>F9,If(Table_X[DateTime]<F9+1, etc.)

(F9 being the location where my filter Date is)

Where would I apply that to the Mode? Should I just change it to an If statement, with the Mode positioned like so?

=If(Table_X[DateTime]>F9,If(Table_X[DateTime]<F9+1, MODE(Table_X[Crash Alpha]))

Find Most Common Occurring String Based On Lookup Value?

Find the most common occurring string in my spreadsheet based on a lookup value. For example, if my table is as follows:

- I want to calculate the most common value chosen by user 234 (A in this case), user 524 (B in this case)... and so on.
- I want to calculate the percent of the chosen value. So in the previous point, A was chosen ~67% of the time by user 234... and so on.

I'm not sure which formula to use. I am able to find the most common occurring value in column B using the formula below (which I found here), but how can I do that for a specific value, a user ID in this case?

I have two idential spreadsheets with several rows of items each with different packaging quantities, price break quantities and corrisponding prices next to each break quantity. I'm trying to build a discounting sheet on an idential page by using formulas that read off the price sell in the same relative position on sheet 2. Consolidating Textbox Values If Statement?

I have 3 sets of textboxes. The user inputs information and all the nformation for each are consolidated to one textbox(delaycomments.value)

2 of them are controlled by a calendar input. THe user chooses a date and the date is shown in a textbox. Then they enter notes in the the each comment (delay1, delay2, delay3)

The current code below works, however the spaces I used in between still show even if the values are empty.

So, the "-" that is used to separate the dates still shows even if there aren't any dates. And the ": " still shows as well.

If there is only information in delay1, this is what shows in the consolidated box(delaycomments.value)

Is there a way to convert these to an if then statement to make sure the text only appears if there are values in the cells?

and in third cell (C1) i have first 2 numbers from first cell (A1), in that case 55.

i have created this spreadsheet for windows and doors. My only problem right now is that when i put a quanity of "3" in the correct column with frame removal. it doesn't multiply it by 3.

Example:

90x90 = 56.25 sq ft (window) : 3 QTY .. with frame removal should equal $ 855 but its only adding the 1 frame removal so its $785

Frame removal, jamb ext and casing should multiple the value from the table worksheet with the QTY of windows.

Find Two Values In One Column?

I've got two question on how to 'find' some values in a specific data file, namely:

- the '52-Week High' of the share price (highest value of the share in that specific year)
- the value of the share price of the last trading day of that specific year (this isn't always 12/31/20..)

Simplified, my data looks as follows:

-In column 'A' I've a created a line of unique edentifiers (company CUSIP + year -> combined column D and E), in my set this column consists of 405 companies over 6 years of daily data -> aprox 460000 rows
-In column 'B' the date is shown -> its daily trading data
-In column 'C' the daily share price is shown
-In column 'D' the company's CUSIP (edentifier for specific company)
-In column 'E' the year

Sheet 1:

My final data set has to look something like this:
-In column 'A' the unique edentifiers (company CUSIP + year)
-In column 'B' the specific year
-In column 'C' the '52-Week High' of the share price (highest value of the share in that specific year) -> red numbers from sheet 1
-In column 'D' the value of the share price of the last trading day of that specific year (this isn't always 12/31/20..) -> green numbers from sheet 1
-> off course all the empty cells in column C and D normally contain the missing values

Sheet 2:

The big question is how do I manage to identify the red and green colored values (and link them to 'sheet 2')?

Regarding to the '52-Week High' (red colored in the sheets) I've already tried with the following functions:
- VLOOKUP: When I use this one I only get the most upper value, for example in the case of '8668102001' this would become '12'
- Combined INDEX/MATCH: The same problem as with VLOOKUP
- IF-function:In this case I get the max value of the entire 'C'-column, in the example of sheet 1: this would be '115'

Regarding the value of the share price of the last trading day of a specific year, I couldn't manage to come up with one.

I'm trying to do is scan down Column A (1:100 would be more than enough) and looking for 3 values, "INCOMING:", "OUTGOING:" and "WEBALERT". These will always be under Column A but the lines of text between them are different everytime. I'd like to capture the Row values of each of these values and store it in a variable which I will use in a range later. I think the way is to use a loop, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it to scan.

Find If Duplicate Values Exist In A Column, Concatenate Cells And Then Delete

I want to do, is search column A for claim numbers that match. When I do have a matching claim number, I want to concatenate the original cells ownership field with the said matching cells ownership field (or move into a column in the same row, I can always concatenate later). Once that is complete, I want to delete the row I took the information out of.

I want to join this data in ArcGIS, but as of right now, it's not a 1-to-1 relationship, so only a relate works. That doesn't help me as I want to display claims by ownership, and this can vary per claim. Company A may have 100% on one claim, and then split another claim 50% with Company B.

This causes a double entry on the claim field in this current spreadsheet I have, which requires me to clean it up by making multiple columns of ownership vs. an additional row for shared ownership.

My problem:

1235557 Company A (33%)
