How To Select Number Not Already Used

I have a competition in bowls format where mats are selected each round so that players do not play on the same mat twice. I was hoping to find through search, where the number selected was never repeated not so far.
I have 32 mats to chose from in one comp, but others can vary from 4 to 24. how to start via vba or formula would be welcome.
if 2 players have played on mats 2,4,8,6 and 12,14,16,18 can a formula check the numbers used and select one that has not been used so far?

I have a multiselect listbox with values that gets populated from a sql statement, and I would like to get is the first or second index from the selected item. I know how to get the listindex from a combobox by using:
VB:
cbnumber.List(.ListIndex, 0)
How can I loop through and get the 1st index number for the selected items only from the listbox? I want to pass this index number to another sql statement.

Second Question: Is there a way to return any counted value, for example the second-to-last number that is over 0?

I have a CSV file which contains a list of records about offices. This CSV file is generated from another program.
I read the CSV file with VBA, a SELECT * SQL statement which puts the elements into an Office Object and adds the offices to a collection.
For some reason, when one of the Telephone numbers is read it is being identified as a Null value. If I manually open the CSV file and change it to a different number e.g. 12345 and try re-read the CSV file with SQL VBA the number gets read fine. Every other element in the CSV file reads fine except for this. The number itself is 7736786460.
Attached is the small snippets of code to read the CSV file which is fairly straightforward.

I'm trying to write a macro that will validate data in variable amount of rows but will always be in a specific column. what i'd like to do is count the amount of row entries in Column A to give me "iRows." Then validate data in column E from E1-E"iRows." Currently my data validation runs for the entire column which means i can not validate blank entries. Once I can limit the validation process from E1 to E "iRows" then I can consider blank fields and mark them as invalid.

I have a formula I am using to try create an auto Tacking Number system.
Formula:

I want the number to appear as the data is logged into "C5"
The end product I am looking for will be "TS-July14-001", Where "M5" is the given month, "N2" is 2014 so I used the right formula to get 14
The last bit is where I am having problems, I would like the last number "001" to have a fill series effect.
Ultimately if this is possible i would then like the fill series to reset to 001 when the month in "M5" changes.

Below shows a example table:

The table above has numbers from A1:Y1. The blue number is the target number, which is selected in cell H3. I want selected numbers from the target number H1 going along each 3 numbers on the right to get the number 22 which is after the 3rd distance. For example the number would be 22, 29, 37 and 48, which are all in red. After the number 48 it should start counting from the beginning and reach to the target point H1. In this way it will select 5 and 13 also. In total it would be 6 numbers selected. The target point can be selected from A1:Y1 but in this example case is H1.
The table below shows the final 6 numbers, which are obtained after the results along each 3rd distance numbers.

As I have not tried to do this yet this is a hypothetical scenario. Imagine that a column, when filtered, gives cell values such as 3,6,9,12,18,24,36 ..and so on. Is there a way to select, say 12, and then see all the other values that are divisible into 12. e.g. all rows that have 3,6,12. Another example- select 36 and see 3,6,9,12,18 and 36?
On the attached example sheet, column 'O' will be filtered.

I am kind of new to Excel programming and would like to know if there is a solution to my problem. What I need is to have a dropdown list (I know how to make this) then select an item from the drop down, then based on the name i select, Excel automatically fill up the rest of the cells.
For example, from the drop down list I select the company name then Excel automatically type the address, phone number, Fax number and the contact name of the company for me in corresponding cells. Is there a way to do this?

The below code opens up the printpreview window. This does not allow to select the correct (or change) printer it will automatic use the default printer.
Is there a way for the code to open the print window so I can change the printer and select number of copies?

I have a command button on sheet MASTER. When the workbook is Activated I want it to check and see if in sheet COSTM, cell B3 there are the words "Project Number", if so then show command button (ClearPrevious), if not, don't show. Also, when the If statement is finished, then the workbook needs to end up showing the sheet MASTER. I have tried various codes and none work, or they are on perpetual loops. I know this has got to be simple, but cannot find an example to take from to solve the issue. Would appreciate any help offered. Below is code I have right now.

I need to get a macro to select all the data in column "A", sort it in ascending order, omit the blanks if any, then select (highlight) all the data so that another macro can be run.
When I record it, it will only record up to the last row I highlight but the data always changes so there could be more or less.

I need a formula that will calucalte the monthly total based on the following conditions:
Col A = Yearly Cost
Col B = The number of the month when the costs are starting (1=Jan etc)
Col C = The duration or the number of months for which the costs are to spread
Col D is Year 2013 with the months across columns D-O. Row 1 above those columns shows the month's corresponding number.
Right now I have =IF($B3<=D$1,$A3/$C3,0) however if my start month is 1 and my duration is 5, I need the costs to stop after May. I've attached a sample file. Calculate based on start month and duration.xlsx

I have an excel database where I register cases. I have in it a button that creates a folder with and ID nr that is in column A (I create new ID nr in the next row, when I press the button it will create a folder with that ID nr and inserts a blank word document in it). We have a template that we copy to the folder (depending what type of case). The idea would be that once the template is filled in and ready to print, It would take the values from the ID nr and a reference number a few cells to the right. Is it possible to tell excel to open the word document in the folder and create a PDF version with the ID nr and reference number. (there are only 2 templates, so the macro would have to look for one of the two in the folder) The names of the templates are: "Standard" and "Other". I guess the best way to start maybe this would be that I select the cell with the ID nr and then press a macro button to have this done. One thing that needs to be done, is to put a copy in the same folder and another in a second folder called "Binder" in my documents folder.
