INDEX SMALL ROW Formula Showing #REF!

I have the formula (found in cell "C2") on the Report sheet. I need to perform a function, but I cannot get it to work on the sheet I need to pull information from. The sheet RecapWk12 has a small section pasted (with some cells edited for obvious reasons) from the actual workbook. I can get the formula in Report cell (A10) to work on pulling information from sheet2. You can see I am getting (#REF!) in cell C2.

I have one data tab which constantly changes. (adding more products and corresponding volume/prices) For the lookup tab, I want to look up one value and return multiple values.
I have figured out an index array formula but it just calculates so slowly. My live file is about 8MB now. When I apply my formula, it takes forever to save.

I'm creating a report that pulls certain record entries from another worksheet (Activity) in the same book. Originally, it only pulled one type of activity. "SO". Now I need it to pull "SO", "CC" and "BT" type activities into the same report. Currently my formula looks like this and works fine for only looking for the "SO" type:

I have an equation below that work great except when row 2 has a duplicate value. When this happen row 5 only return the first value in row 1 and not the other duplicated values.
=INDEX($B$1:$AF$1,MATCH(SMALL($B$2:$AF$2,COLUMN(B$1)-1),$B$2:$R$2,0))
see attachment. How can I have row 5 return the following value: B5 = A, C6 = B and D5 = C.

I have a Pivot table (see picture) and in another field I want to be able to type in the Month and Year (e.g. January 2012) and return the worst performer of the 8 suppliers. I have been trying to use SMALL in conjunction with INDEX(MATCH(MATCH)) but it doesn't appear to be working.
I am sure there is a simple solution but it is evading me at the moment.

Please see the attached worksheet for details. I would like the array function to search for instances of the word "FALSE" in column E and return the values of columns A:D when a match is found. I have done this successfully when the lookup value is a value in the first column of the range, but cannot seem to do so when the lookup value is in the last column of the range. I have received a #NUM! error each time.

I compile ratings for racehorses and am currently extracting the data I need using an array formula. Unfortunately there are are many thousands of lines of data and it can take quite some time for the data to pull through.
Here is a sample of the formula's I am currently using. I cannot take credit for the formulas by the way I found them on the web.
IF(ISERROR(INDEX('Database 2012'!$A$1:$B$300,SMALL(IF('Database 2012'!$A$1:$A$300=Ratings!$A3,ROW('Database 2012'!$A$1:$A$300)),1),2)),"",INDEX('Database 2012'!$A$1:$B$300,SMALL(IF('Database 2012'!$A$1:$A$300=Ratings!$A3,ROW('Database 2012'!$A$1:$A$300)),1),2))
Basically I have 2 sheets (Database 2012, Database 2011) with the horse names with ratings next to them for each run, One sheet for this season one for last season.
These are sorted in date order. then I have a ratings sheet that shows the horse name and then to the right it has columns for each of its last 4 ratings.
The formulas I use look for the horse name on the database sheet then put the rating in latest rating in the first column then the 2nd latest in the next column and so on until the last 4 ratings are shown. If there are not 4 ratings to find the is an iserror at the beginning of the formula to populate that cell with a blank so that the errors dont show.
What I want to know is there a way of doing what the formula does using VBA and more importantly would it be quicker than using array formulas which are very slow to recalculate when there are 1000's of lines.

I'm using this formula to lookup data based on the lowest average.

The problem is that the minimum average is a two way tie, and I need to return both data sets. It just happens to have the same average.
I've tried using SMALL(array,1) and SMALL(array,2) in place of MIN above, but it gives me the same data set. I've also tried resizing using offset.

Here is a code for me to print the names in ascending order even if values are of same means it is showing one name only instead of the other name
means if values are A=1 B=2 C=3 D=4 E=2
it has to show like this A B E C D
But the result is coming like this A B B C D

I am trying to get the following thing started but my loop doesn't succeed. I've got 3 columns. I need to place a formula in column C if A is empty.
Example:
A2 contains data so do nothing.
A3 is empty do: C3=B3+B4.
A4 contains data so do nothing.
A5 contains data so do nothing.
A6 contains data so do nothing.
A7 is empty do: C7=B7+B8.

I need to complete my business price list. Basically it's an XL sheet with all my suppliers products listed, there price, my margins, and my retail price and bulk price. Currently I'm fiddling with my margins and the best way to implement a formula to reflect these margins. Rather than do it manually, is there anyway I can create a forumla for different gross margins to be set for a certain range of the suppliers goods. For example, any product I buy thats costs me between $0-$20 has a set margin of 1.44 (44%), or a product who's price ranges from $100-$200 has a set margin of 1.26 (26%) etc. This would cut out then need for me to manually check suppliers prices and change to margin accordingly, thus saving me much time.

I know this is an easy one but I'm unsure why I can't easily modify a formula. The key event in this formula is "+190". Every time I change the value the formula no longer works. I've copied to another cell and the formula no longer works. My question is when you have a formula like this one if you have to modify how do you do it and keep the formula working.

I can't get the zero's to show up in the part number formula in the wooksheet. Also how do you get the zero's to stay when you type numbers such as (03,04,ect.) the zero always disapears. I need it to stay as a number and not text.

I created a formula in a cell and it worked fine but then I created the same formula in the cell just below it and I changed some of the numbers and when I hit the enter button the formula showed up in the cell and not the final result which would be the answer to the formula. Does anyone know why it would do this? I have an example below....

Formula view is turned OFF.
Turning it on shows the formulka

I have a spreadsheet (attached) that has a formula, which calculates the number of days between two dates if another field contains data. My problem is that when I chart the data, it isn't showing up in the chart. Cell G1 (Tab 1) contains a 1 because the document was returned 1 day late. This isn't showing up on the Chart (Tab 2).

I'm trying to have a fixed date entered into column B when data is entered into column D. Here's the formula in column B:
=IF(D3="", IF(B3=";", FixedDate(),B3))
When I enter data into cell D, I get the following result in B:
0-Jan-00
Taking this a step further, even if I do a "control + ;" I still get a value of
0-Jan-00 in the cell but the formula bar shows me "=1/9/2007'. ??
I've gone through all of the options but cannot fix this error. I have two spreadsheets using this formula. The first one worked fine last year but now I have this error in it. I also started to create a new sheet and still have the same error.

I am using this formula for long now
=SUMPRODUCT(('[Diesel Statement.xlsx]Nov 12'!$C$2:$C$251=$H$1)*'[Diesel Statement.xlsx]Nov 12'!$G$2:$G$251)
every month i just add a new sheet and change the month name in the formula to that eg
I changed it to
=SUMPRODUCT(('[Diesel Statement.xlsx]Dec 12'!$C$2:$C$251=$H$1)*'[Diesel Statement.xlsx]Dec 12'!$G$2:$G$251)
but now it is not calculating the answer is coming as #value!.
Then I tried to add up by
=VLOOKUP($H$1,'[Diesel Statement.xlsx]Dec 12'!$C$2:$G$215,5,TRUE)
but it does not add all the entries only one entry is shown.
I want the total of the column G. looking up for values in C = H1 value

I have a formula in a cell and when I use the formula bar it shows me the correct answer but it doesn't show me it in the worksheet. Only the formula shows up.
The same formula could be another place in my worksheet and work fine.
I have tried changing format. Copying formula from another location and changing the information to fit my needs it won't show me the result.

I was given this Formula to use in a cell to calculate the total hours from 2 different cells, from inputting date and time from and to dates..as an example from 4/1/14 0:00 thru 4/1/14 12:00.....The problem I am encountering is that when the spreadsheet is 1st opened "+1" is visible in the cell where this formula is. I am asking how the formula can be altered to have the "+1" not visible in the cell before any date and time is entered.

The problem is when the score is i.e. 12-3 the formula is only looking at 2-3. Hence this actually then shows as a defeat. The formula causing this problen is an array and shown as

If you look at the attached file in Column E line 47 you will see that it displays
373.97. However if you look in the formula bar it shows 373.9694. I am trying to make it so that the formula bar shows the same number as in the cell. Any idea on how to do this? I have tried everything I know how to do, which is not much.

I want cell B4 on sheet 3, to show the value of cell B4 on sheet one ... only if there is a value in B4 on sheet one then i want the rest of row 4 to be copied to sheet 3 also.
HOWEVER if the value in cell B4 sheet 1 is BLANK/EMPTY then i want the full row to be over looked and the next row to be checked (B5 all the way to B30)
Once B4-30 on Sheet 1 has been checked and only the rows showing a data/value have been copied to sheet 3, i then want the same process to start again on sheet 2 - Again only the rows showing data/values to be copied.
