Merge Adjacent Cells With Criteria

I need a code or macro which, when applied to a selected column, will merge a range of cells in that column into one cell. The criteria is to merge all cells into one cell that fall directly under the cell which contains "Items - total..." and that lines are separated by a line break (alt+enter).
Here's an example of what the column contains:
Before code:
A1: Items - total: 2
A2: four-legged
A3: cat
A4: two-legged
A5: chicken
A6: Items - total: 1
A7: four-legged
A8: dog
A9: Items - total: 3
A10: four-legged
A11: pig
A12: two-legged
A13: eagle
A14: marine animal
A15: shark
After code:
A1: Items - total: 2
four-legged
cat
two-legged
chicken

I have a list of values, some are like values, others are not. is there a way to have the column to the right automatically merge the cells which have like information to their left. Attached is a sample file. I want to be able to have the cells in column B automatically merge based on the values in column A. I'm not sure if this can be done, but figured I would ask before I spend hours merging cells.

I cannot use VBA, Advanced Filter or a Helper column, but I could use one additional cell to hold a count, so, the solution can only be a formula.

I have a workbook with 30 worksheets. Each sheet has 84 rows of data (start in 15 columns (A to O). I would like to create a summary sheet that only shows the most important data from each sheet.
The summary sheet would have 12 lines of headers and formatted crap at the top.
The Summary sheet header columns would be:
Site (A), Date (B) Health (C), Status (D), Critical (E), Task (F),
Dependencies (G), Owner (H), T-Date (I), Task Date (J), Mitigation Date (I)
The data in the sheets are not in that order, of course.
That
1. puts the name of the sheet I am copying from in column A
2. the deadline date in Column B (that date is always in C10 of each worksheet)
3. and copies Cells from Column A,B,G,H,I,O in any row in which the value in A is not "good" into columns C through H. I would like to paste those rows into the summary sheet. I have code that loops through the sheets and rows in each sheet to find the rows to copy. I can copy cell values directly from the active sheet to the summary sheet, but because I am copying a cell at a time, it takes 7 minutes. Yes I am impatient :)
Here is the code snippet where the copying is done:

What I would like to do is return the total qty of items on the 'QUOTATION' tab that are upholstery and this having been determined by whether there is a Y (for Yes) or N (for No) against the equivalent item in the 'BASIC_LIST' tab.
So in the below example, the total of Upholstered items would be 182 as items 'ST-11' to 'ST-13A - Tray' do not have a 'Y' against the matching item references in the 'BASIC_LIST' tab.
I would like this Y/N column to be the determining factor as opposed to any other criteria or filtering. (Also the Items column in the 'QUOTATION' tab is only ordered in the way it is for ease of view for this query!)

I have data in two columns
Column A has values with names like -
John, Paul, Hena, Kumar, Paul, Hena, John in different rows
Colum B has day values - eg , sun, mon, tue, wed , thu, fri and sat
I want to insert a new column C with formula that returns
1. for every John, concatenate of all the day values adjacent to row of John eg "sunmonfri"
Similarly for all the values in Column A, Column C should reflect the concatenate values of Column B.

You can see there is an equation for: The total profit from apple trees. The maximum profit of apple and pear trees. But, there is no example for the total profit from pear trees.
I have an excel spreadsheet that I need DSUM to work not only for A1:A2 (apple tree), But for A3 (pear tree), A4 (another tree), ext. But I don't want it to sum A1:A4 (A1 + A2 + A3 +A4), I just want A4's sum. Or from the example, I want just A3's sum for just pears, but when I put in A1:A3, I get the some for both apples and pears.

What I am attempting to do is find the MIN value in Column C where values in Column A are equal.
The data would look like this
A B C D (D:D is where the "MIN" Formula will be)

Scope1 NameC $115 $100 (I want the min value to show up here)
- (this would trigger a break between scopes, and provide a conditional format separator)

So every time I put a "-" I would like the MIN formula to trigger in (Row#-1,D)

I need to merge data from sheet 2 to data on sheet1.
Sheet 1 data is in the format given below with start date in G column and campaign ID in column H.

I need to look up Campaign ID of sheet 1 in sheet 2 and add all insertions and platform for that campaign to next columns i.e. I and J in sheet 1. For ex Campign ID 3834177 of sheet 1 has 5 insertions corresponding to it in sheet 2 hence the insertions and their Platform would transfer to sheet 1. Since Campign ID 3834177 is only in 2 rows on sheet 1, 3 more rows would need to be inserted in sheet 1 to accommodate 5 items and it would look like.

Does anyone have a VB macro that will copy information from a cell (this will be variable based on criteria) and paste it into the middle of another cell that contains HTML code?
The criteria for the copy/insert/paste is that the information in the cell that is to be copy/inserted must match up with the correct number (part number).
I hope this makes sense. I have attached an example spreadsheet. (Pictures are worth 1000 words. ) Hope someone can help. I checked this site and couldn't find anything that was solved that matched the specifics.

In the picture below, I need a formula in column E to count the unique occurrences in column A (excluding blanks) if its corresponding value in column B (B1 value) matches that in column D (B2 value). Currently column E is showing the values I would want the formula to return.

At the moment I have a formula as below:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(B:B=$D2),--(A:A<>""))
this will do a countif in column A if column B matches the value in column D, but would not weed out duplicates for me.
Modifying my formula. I have attached the sample workbook below.

I have a have excel problem Im trying to figure out. I have 2 sheets. Sheet1 and Sheet2. I want to copy into sheet1 cell B2 the contents of sheet2 column C row x iff sheet2 column B row x = 1. There will be only one cell in that column equal to 1, so I will be copying that cells(colB; rowx) adjacent cell (colC;rowx) contents. I need to search for all words "table" even if the word is "My_table" or "aTable" and suck them into one column. I have to do this one several words.

I have a couple of spreadsheets that has several columns each containing several hundred thousand rows of codes. To quickly analyze this data, I am trying to come up with a conditional formatting formula to highlight the respective cells when specific values occur next to each other. A particular code will show up in many cells, but the code that is the respective adjacent cell is always different. I need to know when row A contains, for example, '9928559' and row B contains '36415RT'.

I am trying to merge text, in four adjacent cells in the same row (say cells A1,A2,A3 and A4), into a single cell (say cell A5).
I would like a comma or full stop and then a space between each item merged (cell A5).
The text to be merged may appear in any one of the four cells (cells A1 to A4). Those cells without text are blank.
Only where all 4 cells are blank, will I need cell 'A5' to indicate this.
The formula needs to be relative as I will need to copy the formula down the spreadsheet so that it applies to additional rows.

I’m trying to make my life a bit easier, by adding a few macros and formulas to the spreadsheet (Everything was done completely manually before I got here!!!).
What I would like to do is take two columns, which contain a start and end time for work shifts, and colour them GREEN once I have entered a name in the Worker column (Along side the two with the time), and also to fill a cell with a Yes or a No. I’m aware of auto conditioning, and I’ve tried to have a play to get this to work, but I just can’t work it out.

I would like a macro that when run, finds empty cells in a column within the used range and fills them with the same formula in the other cells in the same column but relative to the row.
I have a basic understanding of VBA so if someone can set me on the right track i'll have a go myself as i appreciate this would take a while to write out from scratch.

I am constantly editing this (we currently have over 100 accounts) and therefore the totals are changing.I have a formula for Total but I need formulas for the other two, based on when the cells in columns F and J are blank or have dates in them: For active, the total is the sum of all numbers in column M but only when there is a date in column F and a BLANK in column J. For yet to enter, the total is the sum of all the numbers in column M but only when both column F and column J are blank. At the moment, my accounts run from row 6 to row 142, with the first line of totals in row 145, however this is constantly expanding.

I have a rather large amount of data that comes to me very frequently in a bit of a mess and I have a need to somehow do the following:
I need to look for a cell that has date text in the format of 3 characters for the month followed by a four digit year i.e.Apr 2009 or Sep 2009 along with one marked YTD.
The cell then needs to be merged with the 2 adjoining cells to the right.
This heading structure repeats itself frequently over about 700 hundred rows so it will need to repeat itself until all date looking cells and YTD's have been merged with the 2 adjoing cells.
