I have a password protected form in access (I know this is excel but the code is the same), and when i click on the button and the inputbox opens for my password, i don't want it to display what i am typing, instead i would prefer asterix's?

(3) examples when I type a number to a cell:
If I type a number "1", I want that cell to show 1.000% but not 100.000%.
If I type a number ".2", I want that cell to show 0.200% but not 20.000%.
If I type a number "25.5", I want that cell to show 0.255% but not 2550.000%.
I play around with the below custom format cells but they do not work.

I could use two cells one for number, other cell has a % mark. But I rather to format a single cell if it is possible.
I have protected a few hidden columnx in my worksheet and have sent it to my client who has the password.
He had a complain. Every time he wants to unhide the columns, he gets an alert to unprotect the workbook. The process of going to the Review tab and pressing the unprotect tab is what he finds annoying. My questions is the following; Is there any way that the password box immediately appears once he attempts to unhide the columns?

In the cells containing the number preceded by the 'p' - i would like to remove the 'p' leaving just the number, with all other cells remaining unchanged.
how can I seperate small and big letters from one collumn, example:

Is there a VBA command to get the letters, instead of the numbers, of the column of a selected cell?
I have to letter a list whihc means setting up a loop using character codes.
I may have to go into double letters so I am working on how I would set up the loop for if and when it gets past 90 and starts on double letters. so far the highest is the letter "U"
of course the easiest would be to pick up a column value as a letter

i am guessing the loop might involve some arithmetic test between the count and the character set 65-90. or maybe a mod thing.

When opening a new Excel file, it is asking me for a password to an old excel file that was password protected, which I have deleted from my computer. It is still asking for this password every time I open a new or existing file. When I hit cancel it lets me open the file.

When i open the workbook it requires me to insert a password, i tried to type this but excel will not follow keystrokes, i then inserted the password in cell G7 which i then copy and paste, which you can see the copy at the beginning of the macro.
Is there a way where you can get it to insert the password so i can open the workbook in a macro.

I have an excel 2003 sheet that collects data from Infopath forms. The forms are to record students who have broken school rules, when, where, repercussions etc. One column shows their class and there is a separate column for each rule broken.
I want to create another sheet to show each class down the rows and the columns to show each school rule. Therefore, each cell would show the number of each particular rule broken for each particular class. I have tried to do countif and sumproduct (if on sheet 1, column B the class is KA and on sheet 1, column M, the rule is bullying = how many times this has occurred).
In my spreadsheet below I want to be able to enter a sales number for January, the value of cell F2.
I want cells F3 thru F12 to automatically calculate according to the "Growth Per Month" value in cell H1.
Example: If January sales are 20,000, then February should calculate to 21,000 (january * 105%).

I'm trying to write a Macro that, in the active sheet (which contains plenty of data), deletes rows according to several criteria, for example:
- if cell(i, ar1(j)) = ERROR, delete row i and shift 1 up
(ar1 is an array of column numbers)
- if cell(i, ar3(j)) = 0, delete row i and shift 1 up
(ar3 is another array of column numbers)
Etc.
The problem is that, when I run it, I get a "Type Mismatch" error message, and I don't understand why. Here is the

As shown in the below image. I have some data from A13 to I 13. Currently if I put the cursor on A13 and press DELETE button then all the formatting from A13 to I13 goes off. But the data still remain there.
Is it possible then when I press DELETE the content of A13 then all the data from B13 to I13 should also get deleted ?

I have tried using a circular reference, using the formula =IF(ISBLANK(B1),0,B1) and other similar formulas but they dont work as the formula overwrites the data in it.

I need to add "http://" to the beginning of these domains. How can I do this?

I need to be able to deduct them such that they result in a numeric difference (ie D-B=2, D-A=3). Is there any way this can be done in VBA? (The actual columns are in a word table, so would be great if there was a VBA way to do this, not an excel function).
