Enter Number Into Cell Based On Multiple Of Number In Another Cell

I have numbers in b2 to b5 say

I have numbers in c2 to c5 say
1000
1580
3000
45000
I have numbers in cells d1 to kq1 (1 to 300) d1=1, e1=2, f1=3 and so on
What I want to do is:
In D2 through to kq2 it puts the number in to the cell that correspnds to a multiple of the number in b2.
That would put 1000 in cells m2,w2,ag2,aq2, ba2 and so on
In D3 through to kg3 it it puts the number in to the cell that corresponds to a multiple of the number in b3
that would put 1580 in cells y3,au3,bq3,cm3,di3 and so on

In my excel spreadsheet I used to be able to enter a number then use my arrow key to move one cell to the right and then enter the next number. Now when I enter a number in a hightlighted cell and use the arrow key to move one cell to the right the cell does not move my page shifts to the right but the highlighted cell stays in the same spot. I must of hit some kind of key combination to cause this. how to fix this?

I have Sheet with 40 employees who each proposes their work schedule, so I have to give each Employee access to the same sheet and want highlight and unlock only those cells that specific employee can use.
Each employee has to login from a drop-down (sourced from Sheet.Employee Master), so their unique Employee Number is in "A13" of Sheet.LOGIN
Can I identify the ROW number and then use that ROW number in a macro to highlight and unlock specific Range of Cells in Sheet.PROPOSED SCHEDULE?
---where "Sheet.LOGIN("A13") = (the value in the cell Col A:"row" of Sheet.PROPOSED SCHEDULE)
I have attached a scaled down version of the Workbook.
Following code is scaled down-- this is for Employee 02 who appears on ROW 16 of the sheet. (macro is same for each employee, just uses a different row)

The VP of our company needs me to create a spreadsheet.
For this s/s I need the following:
Imagine 2 sheets in Excel...
sheet1
sheet2
sheet2 has sequential numbers in column1 starting in row2 with the number 1 until wherever..., so cell A2 has number 1, cell A3 has number 2, etc...
Manually, a user has to fill in certain text next to a number.
This for example would look something like this:

All this would be on sheet2
In a cell on sheet1 I now need the number from column A displayed, that has the latest entry in column B.
In the example above this would have to be the number 3 in cell A4, because right next to it (in cell B4) is the last entry "Whatever the third error would be..."
Addition: There are several sheets, each sheet stands for one error listed on sheet1 in column A
sheet1 for example would look like this:

I am creating a spreadsheet for inventory use. I want to have a running total in (1) cell based upon a new/different number being entered into a different cell.
Column B, Row 1 (This will be a new/different number entered every day - inventory in or out, so positive or negative number)
Column D, Row 1 (This will be a running total based on numbers inserted in previous 2 columns)
Basically what I have is a key inventory. So there is column A with key number, B should be keys IN, C should be keys OUT, or ideally B would be IN and OUT meaning, for inventory IN input a positive number and for inventory OUT input a negative number, and D Should be total.
Column E represents number of keys currently in the inventory. I was going to hide the current inventory column so all you see is IN/OUT and total.
So what I need is to be able to just come in and type in a number in the IN and/or OUT column, without having to add/subtract it with the number already in that column.
Bottom line, I'd like to be able to use IN and/or OUT columns to just type in numbers as they come and not have to worry about what's already in those columns and get correct total number.
Ok here it is. Attached worksheet shows
Column A - Key Numbers...No data value
Column B - Inventory IN
Column C - Inventory OUT
Column D - Total
Column E - Current Inventory(Starting point)
So the formula I used to get what i currently have is (=B2-C2+E2). This way whatever i input in columns C and C. totals out in D. But this way every time I want to add/subtract a number in B and C, i have to add to the number already in the column. I'd like to be able to type in a number in B and C as i go and still have a correct total. I wouldn't mind having just one column for in/out and use positive and negative numbers to differentiate inventory in or out.

I having a bit of trouble entering numbers in Excel, every time I try to enter a number it seems to divide it by 100. For example : - 1 entered in to a cell becomes 0.01, 100 becomes 1....etc. I've tried formatting the cells and had no luck, tried Tool>Options but not sure where to look.

I am trying to create a table, based on what people predict in sports games. I have most of it in place, but I have hit a brick wall where one part of it is concerned. For example, cells M43:M56 have the scores for each week of what one person predicted., so it could be 2,5,7,2 and so on. What I then need the table to do is determine which round or week it is and display the relevant score. So based on the above let's say it's round 3, and his score would be 7 for the week, and the cell to the right of this shows the week's score plus his total score so far.

I need to find the row number of a cell based on a particular value. I am populating a row within a spreadsheet with a value (the columns have unique identifiers). After that is done, I need to go to a different spreadsheet, grab different values, and place them in a different column in the above referenced spreadsheet. So, what I want to do is find the row number for the unique identifier, then place the value in the column.

I need to evaluate some offers and for the management I need to follow some strict rules like:
1. € 1.000.000 instead of €1000000. But that's not the problem
2. to use maximum 3 digits... Example: 10,2 or 6.12
I tried with an if function and then round, but I think that's not right way. If number < 10, then round with 2 decimal places else, round with 1 decimal place

I have multiple worksheets (too many, actually!) and each worksheet is a record. I need to enter a Record Number into B5 of each sheet. The Record Number doesn't start at 1. I'd like to enter a number into the first sheet and the rest of the sheets to increase by 1. However, I only need to do this to some sheets.

I'm trying to insert a random number into the unprotected cells on a worksheet depending on the type of number formatting in the cell. There are 4 basic cases:
Number formatted as percentNumber Formated general with no decimal placesNumber formatted general with two decimal placesNumber formatted in thousands

Can I change the color of a cell based on my deviation from the number based above it? I am making a golf spreadsheet to base my performance off of, and I was wondering if I could make the cell change color based on my performance on the hole (different color for how many strokes above or under par). If Cell A1 in my spreadsheet is 1, then cell A2 should appear formatted as a percentage. So if a user enters 9000 into cell A2, it should appear as 9000%. If Cell A1 in my spreadsheet is 2, then cell A2 should appear as a comma-formatted whole number. So if a user enters 9000 into cell A2, it should appear as 9,000. Conditional formatting doesn't appear to let me do this.

I have the following formula: =IF(C319<=300,9,IF(AND(C319>300,C319<500,6.75),IF(C319>500,6))) It returns 9 if C319<=300 but returns FALSE for all other numbers. I want the funtion to return 9 If <=300 and 6.75 if C319 is greater than 300 but <=500 and if it greater than 500 it should return 6.
