Lock In A Title On Column Allowing Sorting

I am trying to create titles for columns. I can do that by just creating them in the cells above the data. The problem is that the titles sort into the data using the sorting feature. When I lock any cells and protect them, the sorting is locked out. Can I use some sort of header over the columns that remains in place where I can still sort the data below, by clicking on the column and sorting?

Sorting Groups As Block Depending On (Header / Title)

I am looking to sort this file by "start date", from oldest to newest start date.

There is 3 groups, each of them is for 1 Student, I don't want the data inside the group files to be sorted, I want the whole groups to be sorted according to there "title" start date (there title is the writing with bold character and thick borders)

My problem raise is that I can not attach each title to its actual block/group.

The result I'm looking for is being able to sort (while groups are all collapsed/minimized) the groups according to there start dates that is shown in the always visible title, once sorted the whole groups will move along with there titles to the right order.

Cell As Chart Title When Using More Than 1 Column Of Data?

I have a very simple template which plots out means and standard errors of a treatment structure. The input is from an analysis of variance so I want to have the significance levels dispalayed in the title. This is simple for a single col of data but when there are more then one it doesn't use a cell to populate the chart title.

From the sheet I've attched the first and second chart have dynamic titles, if you change cell F10 from 0.364 to 0.001 the title on the second chart will change to "Input (**)" as it uses M19 for the title. The problem is that for the 3rd chart titled "CV*TR (NS)" any change has to be done manually (change cell F15 to 0.04 and this changes cell J43 to "CV*TR (*)".

For each column...
If title (row 1 of the column) = "this" then set width to 15
If title = "that" then set width to 20

I have a time card report which will record the time spent on work for each employee. Each month, i have to generate the time card report and copy the data to my master file. Is there any code that can auto copy the time card entry directly to the master file? I only need some of the entry on the time card report, some of the column can be ignored.

I was thinking of creating a macro that will prompt me to choose the file to import as there are different file for different individual. Attach here with the master list (Demo.xls) & the time card for one individual (Nov-KTTHAM.xls) for reference.

I want to copy the data on column B of the time card to the column A of the master list, column C to column B, column D to column C, column E to column D, column F to column E and column G to column G.

Now i want the total column in the second table to update and add the numbers as i update the rounds in the first one Which i can do through SUM or SUBTOTAL. However i want to sort the total column so the highest number is at the top and everytime i do it changes the name column not the total column.

I have a column which represents by each cell value's number the priority of each row in the table.

What I need to do is create an embedded code that updates the numbers in that column when any value in that column is changed.

For example:

Where the cell values in the column are..

and we change the fifth cell's value to 2

now there are two cells in the column with the same value, we want to keep the value we just changed in the 5th cell but update every other cell that is following the value of 2....

then I would like to resort the table by these new priorities.

similarly if the change is to increase rather than decrease the priority value...where the 3rd cell was increased from 3 ...

the new change would become...

in this case the 4 becomes 3 and the previous 5 becomes 4 which keeps their relative place in the priority ranking.

I would like this to then resort the table based on this column.

I'm trying to merge two or more tables.

The first column of each table is the same field, for example 'Country'. Lets say the first table has information on male population, the second table has information on female population. So i want to merge the tables into one, but here's the problem: table1 has 100 rows (countries), table2 has 96 rows (countries). I need excel to recognise the 4 missing rows of data in table2 and insert blank rows so all the data in table2 corresponds to the correct country in table1 (column1).
