Auto Archiving Based On Date?

I have a workbook with separate worksheets that I would like organized based on how old the data is. I want a macro that automatically cuts information from one worksheet and pastes it in the appropriate worksheet based on if it is 30, 60 or greater than 90 days old. So information will be cut from the "Archived Emails" worksheet and pasted into the "30 day archive" when it is 30 days older than today. It will then be moved from the "30 day archive" worksheet to the "60 day archive" worksheet when it is 31-60 days old, and finally moved to the "90 day archive" for anything over 90 days old.

Auto Creating A Calendar Based On A Date In A Cell.

I am playing around with creating a calendar based on a date (month) I enter into a cell. I am doing this with a simple =date+1.

I have a sample attached. Only problem I am having is that for months with 30 days I don't want the last day to show the first of the next month. But I can't simply remove that as if I entered a month with 31 days I would need it to show the 31st.

Auto-fill That Adjusts Based On Date Entry

On sheet 1, I have dates in column A, then numbers under LabA through C. On sheet 2, I would like the contents of columns B, C, D to autofill when entered. However, I would like to display only the last entry. For example, Lab A (column B) is currently showing "7" in cell B6, if I enter a number in B7, I would like for sheet 2 to autoupdate cell B3 and display that new entry instead of the "7".

Auto Populate Calendar Days Based On Month / Year And Auto Insert Work Based On Dates / Name

I am trying to auto generate a calendar based on two drop down menus - Month and Year.

Once the month and year is selected I want to import all work orders onto the calendar based first on the "Labor Name" found in the list of work tab, then assign each work order for that labor name to the respective date on the calendar for the month.

Auto Populate Excel Calendar Based On Date Ranges

I am trying to have the calendar in the second tab of the attached excel file to auto populate based on info in the first tab.

In the first tab, there is the start and end dates of certain projects. The calendar will need to only show the project name of every project being worked on that specific day.

Some days will have more than one project being worked on, the Calendar will just need to list them all under that day. The Start and End dates count as days the project being worked on as well. We will also need the calendar to auto update whenever we modify the dates in the first tab or add/remove projects (rows).

Auto Send Email Based On Changing Date In Cell

I need to send an email reminder to teachers on the day they have duty. I know how to set up an email that sends on a certain date, but I am unsure how to code it when the date changes. I have attached the spreadsheet.

In cell A 53, I have the date November 24th. In cell C53, I have the email address of the teacher doing duty that day. In cell F53, I have the date November 25th. In cell, I53 I have the email address of the teacher performing duty that day. On November 24th, the person in C53 should receive a reminder email. On November 25th, the person in cell I53 should receive a reminder email. I will have spreadsheet for every month of the year. So there will be LOTS of changing dates. How do I code this when the date keeps changing?

Running 20 Day Cell Value Archiving

I want to store 20 days of stock information for any given stock in 20 cells. Cell 20 will be 20 days into the past from today. Cell 0 would be today and would be the value that updates (let's say the price) using the stockquote msn add in.

I want cell 20 to be cell 19's value tomorrow, cell 19 to be cell 18's value tomorrow, and so on. So essentially, everyday I open it, cell 20's value gets trashed, and all the values become one day older, effectively having a 20 day tracking of a particular stock. I want to also make sure that if I update day 0 or (today())'s value, that today()-1, etc.. doens't change just because today() was updated. There has to be a change in the date for that to happen, so referencing a static cell that contains today() will most likely be useful.

Mark Changed Cells For Archiving

Column-A starts out empty.A user changes cell B5 and navigates to another cell (whether by clicking, tabbing, or enter-key, it doesn't matter).An "X" is placed in Column-A for that row.Preferably the user would then be taken to the cell they were navigating to (whether by mouse-click, tabbing, or the enter-key).This happens every time a change is made to a cell.I have no idea how to code for this.

I'm not sure what constraints I might have for exceptions. For instance, can it handle multiple row being pasted into or cleared at once, etc. ( Deleting columns will not be allowed in this instance.)

My ultimate goal in putting an "X" in Column-A is to identify rows with changes, so they can then be copied into an "archive" worksheet. I'm thinking this VBA version of track changes would be much better than what I was earlier thinking.

I have a workbook with two worksheets, Data and Archives. I want to let a user make changes to data in the "Data" worksheet. Then when they save or press a button all rows with edits will be copied into the "Archives" worksheet.

Appending date/time and username stamps in the trailing columns would be very handy too.

Archiving Records To A Separate Table Then Edit.

I'm having an issue and I've tried thinking of all the work arounds and haven't come up with a usable method. I built a form that pulls info from a Pipeline table. I wanted to keep track of all the people that make edits on a separate table. Is there a way to take the original info and paste it on to another table by way of a click() and allow the others to make edits on the fly afterwards? This has been bugging me all week.

Auto-Populating Multiple Values Based On Two Criteria Based In Comboboxes

I'm starting a dashboard, where on the front page I have two combo boxes on the left, and three empty fields to the right. I'd like the three fields to the right to auto-populate table-based values depending on the chosen criteria from BOTH fields (by store and month/date). I've attached a sample of what I've got so far. I've only provided three tables for this example, and I have a table with the same column/row titles for each metric and I have three different metrics I'd like to auto populate: COGs, Sales, and GM% or in the example, metric 1, metric 2, metric 3. No pattern in the table values, just wanted to populate the fields quickly. All fields are organized by store/month-date and I've set up a link to my combo boxes on a calculations tab.

Calculate Next Due Date Based On Start Date Frequency And Current Date?

I'm trying to workout how to take a known initial date a repeating frequency and work out the next due date from today.

Example

Initial Date :- 1st of January 2014

Frequency :- every 5 weeks

Current Date :- 9th of March 2014

Next Due date should be :-12th of March 2014 (if I worked it out correctly from my paper calendar)

I want to use a cell formula to do this for different initial dates and varying frequency periods (the frequency will always be whole weeks i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,8,10)

the date has to be static. I tried this =if(isempty(a1),"",today()). This works but teh date changes everyday to reflect the current date.

I would like to be able to input the Day and date in coloumn A and have the rest change accordingly

I wish to have it displayed as follows Monday 03/03/2014 followed by coloumn 2....Tuesday 04/03/2014.

There are 4 cells for each day set that have been "Merged and Centred". (B2,C2,D2,E2) display "Monday 03/03/2014" , F2 is a split , (G2,H2,I2,J2) display "Tuesday 04/03/2014" and so on.

I can make the dates change according to the first input but since i must also display the day as well.

Auto Enter The Date

I would like to make a list of vehicles with auto servicing dates appearing in the next column. How can I do this, example would be say 30/11/2008 was the last service, next column would be next service due 30/02/ 2009 and then a column next to that to say when service was done.

Pretty simple but I can't seem to get it to auto bring up the next service date which would be in 3 months time or 90 days.

if I add data into C2 then the current date will appear in A2. I also don't want the date to change every time the project is opened.

Thus,

If I enter $32,500 into C2 - The current date (4-Dec) would appear in A2.

then if I close excel and I open it tomorrow, A2 would still read as 4-Dec, while if I enter $23.52 into C3, the current date (5-Dec) would appear in A3.

- would need to be able to enter multiple entries on one day as well.

I have a column that has dates in it in this format:

It lives on Google Docs as well, there are multiple people putting dates in and sometimes people will use just CAPS for the day name.

What I would like to achieve is that if someone puts another Friday 07/03/2014 under the Saturdays in the list, I want it to automatically sort itself under the Friday 07/03/2014 ones.

Whole row would need to move those spots up, not just the one cell.

Everytime I try to create a date list in the dd.mm.yy format by using dragging down the only number that increases is the year. Is there any way to do this using the specified format.

List would be;

01.01.01
02.01.01
03.01.01

etc to the end of month 31.01.01
then go to;

01.02.01

etc....

I am looking for a way to auto sort the info in column A based on the numerical account number. The auto sort also should move the rest of the info in the row along with column a. I want this auto sort to happen once a new entry has been entered with all the information in columns A -L.

Basically the goal is someone with very little knowledge about excel or computers in general can enter information in all 12 columns and then the table will auto sort itself based on the account number.
