Formula Link Break For Countif And Averageif Statements?

I have simple Countif and Averageif formulas that I would like to have linked to variable data in cell E6 on the Assumptions (2) tab however, the formula is not taking the cell as the criteria and only taking a hard number when I am using >=.
The example would be: I3 needs to be able to use the data changed in E6 for the >= number instead of the hardkey 29...

I have a formula in a cell which is refered to other cell within the same sheet and also to other sheet from other file. say
C1 = A1+B1+data file c1 Data file is another file in other location.
I was trying to break a external reference link (from Data File) from Data _ Edit Link, but it is converting all the formula to value. How is it possible to break only the external link without damaging the formula within the sheet say c1 = A1+B1+26 (value from data file c1)

I copied a worksheet with a pivot table as a new worksheet. I wanted to group each pivot table differently on each worksheet, but the changes I make on one worksheet is reflected on the other. Is there a way to break the "link" between these tables?

I've recently aquired a spreadsheet previously maintained by someone else. After my initial review the speradsheet has many links that need to be updated, which I do via Edit-Links, but there are also some links that no longer need to exist. I have reviewed all sheets and some links just no longer exist, however when I try to break the link or change the source nothing happens. I have had the original owner also check and confirm and they have the same issue. Finally I tried copying all the tabs into a new workbook, but the link shows up again.

I inherited a spreadsheet that contains a link to another spreadsheet. I want to remove the link and I can not find a way to do this. I have checked under Edit/Links but there is not a delete or break links options. The linked spreadsheet does not exist.

This is the code I use to start a bash session and run a .sh:

It works well but it is a long-running program and I would like to close down Excel, or run different sessions of Excel, while it is running. Right now, if I close Excel while the bash is running, the external script stops.
Is there a modification to this command line that would safely sever the link between Excel and the bash session?

I am trying to produce a report of supplier transactions sorted by area code. I have a spreadsheet of data consisting of Supplier Code, Supplier Name, Transaction Amount and Area Code.
I want to be able to firstly seperate the transactions by area, then also consolidate the data so it shows one row per supplier with total amount spent on that supplier and a transaction count on that supplier. I know how to sumif the transaction total and countif the transaction count.
However I have problems consolidating the suppliers in to one row per unique supplier and I also have problems nesting an AND statement in to the sumif/countif statements. I need additional criteria in the forumula to only count transactions in a specified area code.
I've attached an example spreadsheet to make it alot clearer. See results sheet in this workbook.

I have two worksheets, one with detail monthly information and one with YTD information. So let's say the three numbers I want to capture in the YTD sheet are in columns B, G and I on the monthly sheet. January's data might be in B5, G5 and I5. February's data is in B12, G12 and I12 and so on.
On the YTD sheet in cell C2 I link to Monthly!B5 and in C3 I link to Monthly!B12 so cells C2 to C13 on the YTD sheet show the monthly totals from column B on the detail sheet. On the YTD sheet, cells C20 to C31 show the monthly totals from column G on the monthly sheet, so cells G5, G12, etc. And finally, cells C40 to C51 on the YTD sheet show monthly totals form column I on the monthly sheet.
In the past I've always created all these links manually. After creating the links in C2 to C13 on the YTD sheet, is there a way to use a formula in C21 that uses the link in C2 to create a link for G5?

I have a simple pivot. In the columns to the right I have a few formulas. The user simply sees the pivot and extra columns---they have no idea they are looking at a hybrid type thing and they DO NOT EVER manipulate the pivot in any way other than choosing a particular DEPT form the page area.
I set this thing up by first select: ALL for the Dept and the dropiing my formulas down to the end of the sheet (actually a few hunded lines after that to allow for some data over the year)
The trouble is that if the user picks a particular dept, at the end of the dept data, not only does the user see the formula extended down numerous row (I can use cond formating to make the font white, ie hide them) BUT worse when printing it prints numerous extra pages.
So, is there a way to only make it print to where the pivot data ends.....not where the formula ends..WITHOUT the user having to do a SELCT PRINT AREA type thing.....
Ex: User picks Dept 1003, data ends after Code 99, formulas extend down past that in case user selects ALL Depts. We want printing to stop after Code 99 though....NOT to print a bunch of 'extra' pages....

Rules:
First rule is that no breaks can overlap.
1st Break is 40 Mins.
2nd Break is 20 Mins.
1st Break is at least 2 Hours After Time-In.
2nd Break is at least 2 Hours Before from Time-Out.
Each Employee might have a unavailable time for breaks.
Not sure if it is possbile to create a formula like this, or I might need an Excel Wizard to do this.

Formula to split a cell at the first break/space and to keep the rest of the cell contents together? For example to separate addresses from the street and street name.
Eg.

1111 AAAA BBB
into
B1 C1

I have tried to use text to columns but as the cell contains three or four words I don't want to have to rejoin cells afterwards.

I am trying to calculate time in the ER, avg. time in the ER, and time before seen in minutes USING the Averageif function. However, in the columns that I am trying to calculate, there are a lot of ######### and 0:00. So I thought that if I use =AVERAGEIF(AL2:AL47,">0") then that would exclude the ######## and the 0:00.
However, it seems that the formulas are not working. For example, one column contains 00:10, 00:04, 00:05, then a lot of ########, and 0:00.
When I take the =AVERAGEIF(AL2:AL47,">0") of this whole colum then it gives me and average of 18:02!!!!
18 hours and 2 minutes can not be correct!

I am trying to tell the spreadsheet to look at each separate month and return different criteria. Current formula for single month search is:

I am trying to create a form where my staff can use a drop down box to select their role on the drop down bar on the "Template" tab- M12 (highlighted orange) that can reference to same role on "sheet 2" and show the corresponding data in column C, highlighted in green. The output of the formula starts on "Template!23" - highlighted in yellow. I have started to use an array formula but cannot fully utilise it as I need the row reference needs to be variable. Is it possible to use multiple "ifs" to account for the changing inputs on the drop down bar? What do you think? <attached>

I have two cells = A1 and A2 in which there are words.
What I need the formula to do is if in A1 or A2 is "ABC" or "ABC2" , number 3 is going to appear in B1. If A1 or A2 is going to be "ABCD", number 6 is going to appear in B3.
I have this formula so far that works but cannot add any more arguments.
=IF(OR(A1="ABC",A2="ABC"),Table!F12,IF(OR(A1="ABCD",A2="ABCD"),Table!F13))
(The added numbers are found in another worksheet called "table".

I am trying to incorporate several IF statements into a single formula:
=IF(AB5<20,"LR",IF(AND(AB5<30,AB5>25),"C",IF(T5<>"","CLEAR",IF(AND(AB5<240,AB5>40,AA5=1),"B-T1-F10",""))))
What I am trying to achieve with this formula is:
- insert LR if AB5 is less than 20;
- insert C if AB5 is less than 30 but more than 25;
- if neither of the above is true, insert CLEAR if T5 contains something and if not insert B-T1-F10 if AB5 is between 240 and 40 and AA5 = 1.
The problem I have is that the B-T1-F10 is not being inserted where the other criteria are not met so I think I have not integrated the statements correctly?

I know there is a maximum of 7 nested IF statements available but I cannot get the following formula to work, even though it only has 7 IF's

I am trying to use the AVERAGEIF function on the below screenshot. I have a mix of text cells (ignored by default), 0s, and whole numbers from 25-100. For some reason, the value in Q16 is incorrectly averaged. The interesting thing is, I have similar data and function in R16 and it is working as expected.
Q16 =AVERAGEIF(B16:B16:D16:D16:F16:F16:H16:H16:J16:J16:L16:L16:N16:N16,">0") --> expected value of 275/3 (decimal rounding 0 places) is 92[code]....

I currently have this equation: =AVERAGEIF($B$2:$B$900000,">="&L5,$C$2:$C$900000). Where L5 = 100. I'm interested in having the formula averageif B column value is between L5 & L6. Where L6 = 200. So I want it to find all values in B$ that are between >= 100 but < 200, and then average their C$ counterparts.
