Keeping Linkage Intact Between Vba Code To Worksheet Buttons?

I maintain an excel application for a local theatre group using alot of vba actioned by buttons on worksheets. I regularly email the application back and forth between the treasurer and myself and I have noticed that the process of doing this often seems to result in the buttons losing their reference to the code I've assigned to them.
why this happens (is it a bug?) and how to make the linkage more robust? Can I link the buttons and code using vba so that I could establish all the links when the workbook is open?

i have data in worksheet 2, a table with formulas using worksheet 2 in worksheet 1, i need to move the data in worksheet 2 to another worksheet, but if i use cut or copy and paste the formulas do not track its movement, so how do i move the data to another worksheet so the formulas know where it went? i thought if you could select the data and drag the data straight into another worksheet but how?

I want to remove the 2's and 9's but keep the 1's.

I have done all the computation and final output was in the form of tables with different solution sets in one worksheet in an excel.
From the dropdown list (List of solution models), when I select one solution set it should pick that particular workout and populate the final output table in the new worksheet in the same excel. Firstly, I need to establish dynamic linkage between the drop down list and final output tables and then push the final table to new worksheet based on the option selected.

I've managed to be able to create a macro to make a copy of a worksheet within excel.
However, when that copy is create all the macros are lost. If it is not possible to copy all the macros that are within the "Original Hours" sheet, I at least need a macro that will take people back to the original hours sheet (we have disabled sheet tabs, so need the macros to navigate through the worksheet).
Code used is below

I have a spreadsheet that I can modify. It currently has a three product column but I need to insert 2 or 3 more columns to make 5 plus the total at the end. It also have a summary sheet. I insert the 2 columns and somehow got the formulas flowing. However when I hit the summary page its not showing results for those two new columns in the total. I am lost. I wish I could post the sheet. Its a multiple product break-even analysis exercise.

I'm trying to find a simple Excel template to add my sales invoices together for a year...just so I know what I've earnt...nothing complicated.
The Columns I need are;
date - invoice no. - customer - labour - materials - total
I'd like it to add together labour and materials to the total box ( or just labour in the total box if no materials for that job.)
Then each invoice adding up as I add more with subtotal of labour and materials then a grand total.

I have a series of formulas in Row 1 across the columns in worksheet A. I would like to copy these formulas to a single column and down rows in worksheet B while retaining the references to worksheet A. I know that I can manually enter the references in worksheet B but that would take a long time to do.

I have an Excel Worksheet (let's call it "AA.xlsm") which uses VBA code to loop through column A, update column B with some results/values, and then (for each value in column A) SaveAs the worksheet into a different filename/path as a ".csv" type file.
My line of code for the SaveAs is as follows: Workbooks("AA.xlsm").SaveAs LEpath & CurrFldr, FileFormat:=xlCSV
My problem is that my original worksheet, AA.xlsm, gets closed whereas I need it to stay open/active after each SaveAs iteration.

I've been creating forms/questionnaires, customer satisfaction type tings with Excel after I discovered that the previous ones were done on paper and it’s now my job to crunch the numbers for a report.
While I've been off learning how to do this in a suitable way for the office I work at, I've been neglecting the stack of papers from previous customer satisfaction surveys that are building up on my desk, about 200
So now rather than do what I think everyone else would do and make up the numbers. I thought I would just make a excel book with buttons for all the possible options on the survey and click them as I look through the papers.
So I need to learn how to make a button that, when clicked it would add a number to a cell. So if I clicked it 10 times, that cell would show 10.
so I can make the form with the buttons, what code/formula will I need to assign to the button to make it +1 to say, sheet2 A1?

I have buttons (macros) on top of my worksheets. The sheet might contain more than 1000 rows.
Now, what I want is that the buttons should remain constant on top (floating) horizontally and vertically even when the sheet is scrolled down or right etc.
An example would be Windows | Freeze Panes. But I need an alternative.

I want to write a VBA code that will place ActiveX Frame directly onto the worksheet and then add 3 Option Buttons from Toolbox into that frame.
I could not find an answer searching through the web... Also when trying to record macro and see the code it did not record placing the buttons from the toolbox or any formatting (color, caption, etc.) via properties...
When formatting the buttons it would be useful if the selected radio button would have different color, bold font, etc.

I have recently obtained some help on code to bring up a user form based on cell change selection.
the code is as follows:

If I run user form seperate from the sheet and bring it up only in visual basic, it works...Any ideas???
PS this command button is no so it resets field C6. The other button is yes and performs copy paste function. Neither are operational when user form is brought up through the sheet change. Only works when initialized in VB.

I am trying to create a program to automate the gauging figures on oil barges, currently everything is done by hand and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. I have the charts entered for the tanks already and have the code set so that when you click on a tank "gauge" it will enter the "volume" which corresponds to that gauge on a totals sheet. Here is where my problem is coming in
The barges are gauged at four points
"before loading"
"after loading"
"before discharge"
"after discharge"
I want to set a worksheet as the default page with four command buttons that let the user select which operation he wants to perform. before load figures. after load figures and depending on which operation they select have it enter the volumes in the appropriate cells on the totals sheet. So if someone selects "loadopen" command button I want the following code to run on my worksheets............................

I am creating scorecards for our company and ratings are inputted using radio buttons (form control). I have a "clear" macro that clears all fields and radio button values (none is ticket). This macro is called throughout different sheets, as different roles in the company have different KPIs and should be on different sheets. I need a code that detects all radio buttons within a certain sheet and clear their values. I cannot put specific radio button names, as I have a lot.

I'm trying to create a macro that creates new worksheets with buttons on them that have macros attached. I've been able to produce one worksheet with a button and macro, but when the function that copies the code is looped it crashes out of Excel.
I realise that the usual method of doing this would be by templates, but this code will be run on other people's computers so the template wouldn’t exist in the location that i had specified (I think with my limited experience with VBA - Please correct me if I'm wrong). I've also tried to copy the page with the button on, but this takes too long (even with screenupdating = false) as there are many sheets to be created.
This is a stripped down version of the code that I have created for the purpose of this forum. To recap, the function that creates a new page, with button, with macro attached works. It's when it's looped that it crashes out. I've stepped through the program, and it reaches the second message box, then it gives up on life ..........

I've been copying my spreadsheets and all the active controls seem to
work fine except the option buttons. Everytime I click on a button
from my old sheet, the selected option disappears from my new sheet.
Does anyone know why this might be the case?
I tried changing the names of the option buttons and then the names in
the codes but that didn't work and the only thing that seemed to was
when I drew new option buttons and reprogrammed everything.
Is there an easier way around this than having to draw new option
buttons each time?

I'd like to write a macro to create buttons with the caption "Fix" in over 300 cells. Furthermore, I would like each button, when pressed to run a macro that would copy and paste the values (paste special) of the entire row in which the button is situated as well as copy and "paste special" the values in the fixed cells $J$2, $K$2,$L$2, and $M$2. I've attached a file to clarify what I'm sure is an extremely convaluted statement of my problem.

I have some command buttons on a worksheet that I would like to disable, preferably make not visible, until a specific person logs in. I already have code to display worksheets, or hide them, depending on who is logged in. I would like to just add this code to the end of the login procedure, to make these buttons only visible when that person is logged in.

I was given a spreadsheet this morning for sorting and am a little lost. I've attached a sample. I'd like to sort the spreadsheet from high to low in terms of gift amount. The problem is that if I sort the Gift Amount column, all of the surrounding information gets sorted as well, messing up the layout. I know I'm missing something here. Is there any way to tell Excel that if it sorts something, sort the surrounding data as it is? Maybe by giving it a range name?

I am at it again and maybe I am asking to do something that is not possible. I am trying to build a program that will allow the user some flexibilty down the road if I am no longer here to support my code. I have a workbook that contains several sheets. The sheets are labled by equipment name. The Sheets themselves contain specific data with regards to the equipment. What I want to do is as follows. Populate a user form with command buttons based off of the worksheet names. The reason for this would be if 2 years from now we add a new piece of equipment all the user will have to do is add a sheet in the workbook and the user form would reflect the new sheet with a new button. Like wise if I delete a sheet in the workbook the user form would refelect that change as well.
