I've been racking my puny brain for an hour trying to figure this out. Basically, my problem is with the last 2 invoices listed. If one invoice has "PO CLOSED" on it, I want all other invoices on that same PO to say the same thing. Surely I can do this with a formula or conditional formatting, but I cannot think of how.

If a red number to the right shows up anywhere on the left black numbers then I want a total in column G. I want it to automatically total the matching numbers. How can I do this?
I know you can take a number from one cell and combine it with number from another cell and make it one number. What I need to do is the reverse. Take a two digit number in a cell and separate it into single digits in two cells. If you have the number 50 in a cell, then is there a formula that will take the 5 and put it in cell and take the 0 and put it in the cell beside it?
I need to pair up 20 people in sequence for a workshop, so I number the people and can rotate people numbered 1-10 with 11-20 easy enough, but when it gets to pairing 1-10 together in pairs and 11-20 in pairs.

I want to randomly assign these names to pairs using a macro button, and basing it on the number of players (C1)
So if C1 is 12, I'd like the function behind the macro button to come up with 6 * 2 numbers (2 and 11, or 4 and 7,
all completely random, but within the 12 specified in C1) and write these random values in Range D1:E6 (if C1 is 18, then the range to write in would expand to D1:E9).
I don't know enough about writing code to be able to pull this off .
I have a table with 4 columns where in column 3 I have part numbers and in column 4 I have the number sold. In column 3, the part sold can be listed several times with a different number sold in the column 3. What I need is code to go through the part numbers and return a total number sold for that part in a new column. I have sorted the table by part number, then by Column 1 which is for the date. The new total should go in the last column with the oldest date for that part.

I have a userform for keeping records and would love to incorporate a new feature. I would want to generate a random serial number for each entry made with the userform.
I've modified this macro I found on this forum, all it does is compares 2 lists of 6 digit serial numbers and and then tells me which numbers are in list 1 that are not in list 2.
However, I want to modify it so that it also gives me the numbers in list 2 that are not in list 1 (put into column F). I then need it to cut the matching serial numbers (in columns A and B) from sheet 1 and paste them into sheet 2.

In one column (f5:F100) I have five digit numbers that represent a persons code. I have five groups of codes, they are 10000-15000, 16000-19000, 20000-25000, 26000-29000, and 30000-40000. In another column (Column H) I have an "X" saying the are qualified in something.

I have a column of variances, these contain both negative numbers and positive numbers. I want to gather a sum of all the negative numbers and positive numbers separtely. Basically saying all the positive overeages = this amount And all the negative shortages = this amount. you can see the attached sample.
