I've spent the last two days searching ozgrid and the rest of the web with only pieces of the puzzle to show for it.
How can I create a multicolumn listbox on a worksheet using VBA and what properties can I set for it? I've found different ways to create a listbox on a sheet using VBA but not with multiple columns.
Im trying to sort items in two list boxes on a userform. I found some customizable sorting code online here:

But I'm not having any success with it.
I copied the 'Sub SortListBox' code and added it to the bottom of the Code for the Userform.
I then added the following lines to the Userform Initialize procedure:
Run "SortListBox", lbUnitList, 0, 1, 1
Run "SortListBox", lbPOList, 0, 2, 1
This should Sort lbUnitList Alphabetically by Column 1, and sort lbPOList Numerically by Column 1.
However as soon as I add those lines to the Initialize procedure it prevents the userform from opening. No Error message is displayed, it just won't load.
I have attached my workbook. The Userform is called ActiveEquipment.
I have try whole moring to make the multicolumn list in EXCEL 2003.But failed.
Could anyone have a look at the code and correct me?
In the userform,I have a combobox to select the "client",and I have a multicolumn listboxm, to display the related result for the client which is from sheet"orders"
I am a beginner in the EXCEL VBA, so my code attached in the workbook might be in mess.
I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to return a value from the second column in a 4 column listbox, all I can manage to return is the numerical value for the row selected eg if I use: MsgBox listbox1.Value to try and return the result, it shows the number of the selected row in the msgbox.

I have a userform That has Several client information textboxes on it including a textbox called txtClientID.
What I would like to do is add a multicolumn listbox to the form and populate it from a worksheet - "sheet3" Columns B to E. These records would be filtered by the txtClientID textbox (this would correspond to a client ID value in column E).
So I would have a listbox that contained all the records from Sheet 3 that relate to the Client ID on the userform.
I have a menu with a dropdown control on it. I need it to be multicolumn (4columns, actually) but I do not know how to populate it.

I also have a combobox that is used to determine what values are to be displayed in the listboxes. I select a value from the dropdown list and depending on the value selected, a list gets populated in the listbox. This works just fine.
The problem I'm having is that when I adjust the zoom on the worksheet, 75% for example, the listbox automatically changes the width when new values are displayed. I try using the listbox1.width = xxx, to keep the width in place, but that doesn't really work.
Here is what I'm trying to create: I've put a command button on my worksheet that pops up a user form with a list box, an "insert" command button, and a "close" command button. I want to allow a user to make multiple selections in the list box, click the "insert" button, and have the selections inserted into the worksheet at a specific cell and fill down. I'd also like for it to allow the user to re-open the user form and add to the list after closing it.
I've hap-hazardly set up the list box for multi-select, but I'd like to see how it's "supposed" to be done! Also, as it stands, my list box selections will populate any cell that happens to be active at the time the initial command button is clicked. I've searched this forum and found that folks have posted similar questions. Those who replied posted a link, which I tried to follow but the page that followed could not find the file.
I can easily put a listbox into a spreadsheet and fill it with a rage of data from a sheet, however I am looking to create 2 listboxes where one will be filled with hidden spreadsheets within the workbook and the other with non hidden, to give the user the ability to move one from the other. The problem I am having is that I do not know how to call these created listboxes from in VBA. I can easily acheive this in useforms but would prefer it to be in the spreadsheet as I already have a number of userforms that fill data in a large number of spreadsheets that I want to hidden initially.

So what I'm trying (and failing) to do is add a clause that will increase i by one, add that to the collection "Test" and then add one again etc., etc.; until it reaches the maximum value for i in the list - in this case 187410 - but some codes run into the 20s. Other cases will give a different value for i.
I have a userform that does search using Name. If there are multiple records found it displays a message "There are X instances of (value in name)" and shows a list box. When user selects Find All, the multicolumn listbox gets populated. Selecting a row in lisbox populates the corresponding values in the userform. Problem is that selecting a row in listbox fails to select the corresponding row in the worksheet. As a result, if i change the values in the textbox (say for eg. Phone) the changes are updated in the row selected on the worksheet but not on the required row! Pardon my innocense, I am very new to VBA. find the attached worksheet. I am having problems with an Excel workbook I am working on. I have a sheet that has a number of controls added to the top of it. Two of these controls are listboxes. My problem is, if I am in the listbox navigating through it, and I accidently move the Mouse Wheel, Excel crashes and I get the usual, "Send Error Report" form.
I have seen that there are other people having this problem and that there are a number of solutions out there but my problem is a bit different. I have a few forms with listboxes on them, and while mouse wheel scrolling doesn't work, it certainly doesn't crash Excel. It only seems to happen when I have a control permanently added to the sheet. Is there any event handler for mouse wheel scrolls or anyway to disable them through VB?
I am running Excel 2010 and Windows 7.
I have a form with a main list box and several other list boxes. I drag and drop records from the main list box to the others. When I drop a record onto one of the list boxes, a corresponding worksheet is updated with the same record. This works just fine.

I'm using two Listboxes (Form Control) with multiple selection options namely Listbox 1 (Brand) & Listbox 2 (Models). I want listbox 2 input range to be depended on selection made on Listbox 1 (Brand). For example, if user selects Sony then box2 should show only Sony's models and if user selects Sony & LG, box2 should show models for both Sony & LG.
I have a userform where I can select multiple items in a listbox and add them to another. I also have the ability to filter the first listbox to make finding items easier. The issue I am having concerns the clear filter button. As currently designed, the clear filter button will reset the initial listbox back to its default values. Ideally, I would like it to reset to the default values excluding those values that currently in the second listbox.
