Multiple Options Cell Values Based On Multiple Criteria Variable Inputs?

I maintain the data flow at my work. We send and receive the data using excel files with specific formatting that I then upload to the database. Each time I send or receive the excel file I must log them, this is what my code question refers to.
I use RDBMerge to merge all the contents of the 100 plus excel files into one worksheet. The first part of the macro cleans up the merge data for use in the log (i have attached an example of the clean data and finished log).
The blue shaded area of the "Raw_Data" is what the clean data looks like, the yellow column is what current macro records for each record.
As you can see by the example the Raw_Data is only two files LL_LLL_BOB_ToLLLLL_20121228_01 & LL_LLL_BOB_ToLLLLL_20121230_01, each with more that one record.
The log code in column "H" Is based on this criteria:
First Letter of the Unique ID in column "E" - O, M, or L
Program Type in Column "F" - U or R
1. O-U = U
2. O-R = RU
3. M-U = U2
4. M-R = R2U
5. L-R = R
You will note that Columns G-R of the "Log Sheet" correspond to the "Record Type" found in Column "G" of the "Raw_Data" sheet.
This is the area where my skill at using scripting dictionaries fails.
The results for the log list each file only once, but the log code for each corresponding "Record Type" in columns G-R of the "Log Sheet" must contain each unique instance of the code. In other words
if LL_LLL_BOB_ToLLLLL_20121228_01 contains an O-U with an "A" Record Type and an M-R with an "A" Record Type; then, on the log sheet there needs to be the codes "U/R2U" in the cell intersection of the LL_LLL_BOB_ToLLLLL_20121228_01 record row and "A" column (which is column "G")
So, If the File contains one of each code for each Record Type the corresponding cell must house one of each code separated by a "/" without any spaces. This means the cell value could no code, or one code and all the variations in between to all five codes. Also, for ease of human reading the log codes should be concatenated in the 1-5 order that I listed them in (U/RU/U2/R2U/R)
Here is my code so far.
VB:
Option Explicit
Sub test()
Dim dic As Object, a, i As Long, rng As Range, e, w, n As Long
Set dic = CreateObject("Scripting.Dictionary")
[Code].....

I have a spreadsheet of courses required to reach a certification. On this spreadsheet I have listed the number of hours required for each course in one column, and how many hours I have accrued in an adjoining column. Not all the hours will occur at once, so I tend to bound from cell to cell adding hours in small amounts. What I am trying to do is create a macro that will allow me to add to the existing number of hours to the newly accrued hours, without typing over what is already there.
For example…Class 1 requires five hours total, and I have two hours accrued. If I accrue two more hours (for a total of four hours) I want to update cell E2 without going in to this cell manually and changing this number. I would like to enter the additional two hours in a text box or similar function, and have that function update E2. To add to the level of difficulty, there are four levels of class. This means not only do I need to be able to select which class hours need updated, but which level of class. I have attached the spreadsheet I am working with to try to make things a little clearer.

I have made a dynamic calculator which will calculate the total sale based on 3 criteria in 3 different cells as follows:-
I would like to derive the sales qty in cell C5 if all the 3 conditions in the range B2:B4 is true.
In this case the sales qty for Style-Colour-MRP combination(9103-PINK-399) should be 6.
I am unable to figure out with the formula for the same....

I'm trying to find the sum of a range of values based on multiple criteria, and the criteria is that the fields all have to be identical, then sum them. I've attached a brief example spreadsheet that has the fields
A=City
B=State
C=Values
What I want the formula to do is first find the range of all the matching states, then find the range of all the matching Cities within the states, and then sum the values based on them having matching city values.
I've been able to do that with one criteria using SumIf, I'm not sure if this will help paint an image of what I want to do:
=ROUND(SUMIF($B$3:$B$11,$B$3:$B$11,$C$3:$C$11),0)
But I can't figure out the way to do multiple criteria against itself. Most of the results I get from Google using multiple criteria are using a set few values, and I can't seem to figure out how to alter those methods to work with my situation.

Worksheet 1: In column A I have a people's initials. In coumn B I have text boxes with miscellaneous text. (The same person could have multiple rows within this sheet.)
e.g.
AAA blue
BBB orange
AAA round
CCC smelly
AAA elongated
Worksheet 2 I want to show:
A2 = initials, B2 = first text box associated with that person, C2 = second text box (different row) associated with that person (if applicable), D2 = third text box (different row) associated with that person (if applicable), etc.
e.g.
AAA blue round elongated
BBB orange
CCC smelly

I'm working on a fairly complex spreadsheet where I want to pull conditional formatting into an entire row. I have a column in tab1 where I have a bunch of beer styles listed. On tab2, I have a 2 columns: a complete list of styles with a 'yes' or 'no' in the next column based on certain criteria. What I'd like to do is have the column in tab1 highlight if that style in tab2 has a 'no' in the column next to it.

Add Multiple Values Based on Criteria
Search for the word "Clear" in the Task column. If the word "Clear" is found, go to Value column. Add all values starting from "Clear" down to the end of the list. If it is larger than 10, return the word "OK". Otherwise "Poor". If larger than 20, return the word "Good". The length of the list is variable.
Here is the sample worksheet (Please click).

I'm starting a dashboard, where on the front page I have two combo boxes on the left, and three empty fields to the right. I'd like the three fields to the right to auto-populate table-based values depending on the chosen criteria from BOTH fields (by store and month/date). I've attached a sample of what I've got so far. I've only provided three tables for this example, and I have a table with the same column/row titles for each metric and I have three different metrics I'd like to auto populate: COGs, Sales, and GM% or in the example, metric 1, metric 2, metric 3. No pattern in the table values, just wanted to populate the fields quickly. All fields are organized by store/month-date and I've set up a link to my combo boxes on a calculations tab.

I have a problem with excel that I have been trying to solve for the past 5 days! I have 2 tables (one with 500 rows, the other with 15000) that contain information about pipes.
The smaller table, Drift List, is to be used as a reference to fill up the bigger table.
Here is how Drift List looks like:
Size NominalWeight WallThickness APIDriftDiameter AlternateDriftDiam.
5.5 14.00 0.244 4.877 7.625
5.8 14.88 0.253 4.915 ----
...
The other table, Pipe Database, Looks like:
Size NominalWeight WallThickness DriftSize DriftType
5.5 14.00 0.244
...
I have to fill up Drift Size using APIDriftDiameter from the first table, BUT if AlternateDriftDiameter is available, I have to use that instead.
DRIFT TYPE column has to indicate either API or Alternate (Depending on which one I have used).
Here are the two files:

Option Explicit
Dim lastrow As Long, t As Long
Sub Method()
lastrow = ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Rows.Count
For t = lastrow To 1 Step -1
If Cells(t, 8).Value <> "" Then
If Cells(t, 9).Value = "Y" And Cells(t, 10).Value = "" And Cells(t, 12).Value > _
6 And Cells(t, 12).Value < 60 Then Range(t, 25).Value = 20
End If
Next t
End Sub
Alright, the above code is not working. I am not sure if it is the write part (t,25 value) that is wrong. I want the Y column to be written with a method numbered "20" if the conditions (H is not null, J="Y", K="", and 6<M<60). I have numerous other methods to put in. The reason I'm not doing Case Statements is this is jsut to write the basic code, and then I will have to move it over to ReportSmith using ReportBasic.

I have a table based on transport numbers who sometimes have doubles. Example:
Number Postcode Value1 Value 2...
106200 8500 10
106200 8500 5
106200 8600 6
106201 5500 4
106202 4000 1
106202 4000 1
So it works as following:
A transportnumber can have multiple instances of itself, such as 106200. This transport number can also have multiple instances where the postcode is the same. These are the rows i want to combine
So shortly:
Transportnumber double/triple...+ Postcode double/triple...= combine these rows.
if only transport number is double, or only postcode, then dont combine. I want it to combine 2 columns of values, one will b the kgs, other one a price.
So example of end result for 106200 would be
106200 8500 value+value (these 2 rows matched so it combined the 2 values i want it to)
106200 8600 value ( this was unique so it stays unique)

I have attached an example workbook with a tiny subset of data and a number of criteria from the Dashboard Engine page removed.
What I need is to sum the total value for each division on the second sheet based on the date criteria (so for the first cell Jan 1/2010 - Jan 31/2010) and on a match between division name on the Dashboard Engine sheet table and the Masterdata sheet. I have tried a number of variations but keep getting a 0 for each return.

I am trying to find the top two values per group based on multiple criteria. The list I'm working with is not sorted and would be better for it to not have to be sorted as on-the-fly sorts will likely often occur from the raw data and I wouldn't want that to mess up the results I'm looking for here.
As an Example, here's what I'm trying to do:
Make Model Rating
Ford Bronco 64
Chevy Corvette 94
Dodge Intrepid 83
Chevy Chevette 34
Dodge Viper 72
Ford Escape 21
Ford Expidition 53
Chevy Impala 67
Ford Fairmont 11
Dodge Dart 33

I can manage an array formula that returns a value based on a criteria. Simple. But I want to add in an additional couple of criteria. Now I'm stuck....
My sheet looks at a manually entered postcode, finds out what region this is in, and returns a list of postcode I have defined as being in that region. (So the postcode WF1 3JY would return a region of Yorkshire, and list postcodes of WF, BD, L, etc)
I also have a list of engineers, with a column for their home postcode.I want to be able to list all the engineers from my list whose home postcode matches any of the values on the already created list from the postcode and region entered. So far I have this, which finds me all the engineers for just one postcode area.

I would like to be able to use the Vlookup function to return more then one value as a result of the criteria. I have a cloumn of dates that populates the X axis of a gantt chart with data whilst the Y axis will be populated by a site reference resulting in a program of work, the Y axis data is the result of a vlookup function. My difficulty arises however with multiple sites, for instance where two or three sites will be visited on the same day. The vlookup function will only return the first value it finds in a range to the formulated cell. The result being a missing site(s) from the gantt chart / work program. is it possible to return all values to a cell i.e. site1, site2, site3. using a vlookup or do i need to use another method of doing this?

I am trying to set up a "diet log" for my nephew to track his eating habits for a school project. I am trying to make the "total" section of the attached spread sheet auto calculating depending on the information placed in the "breakfast / lunch / dinner / snack" catagories. I have two worksheets in the file. The first being the preferred method of a single cell and seperating the items using only a ",". The second sheet has a little bit different lay out which I don't think will work as nicely.
Honestly, I am not sure if this will even be possible, but I figured I would try here as a final resort. Currently there are just some sample foods in there as I will let him fill in the actual workbook for his use.

how to set a cells value into a variable, using .value, then set another cells value equal to that variable without using copy/paste
What I can't figure out is how to see the value of multiple cells to a variable and place them into another range of the same size using .value. It would be nice to free up the clipboard.

I have a sheet (see Sheet 1) from a report we run which lists the following information: Personnel Number, Amount, Wage Type. This is generated for 1000's of employees, with each personnel number being repeated several times in column A.
I am trying to pull specific data to another sheet (see Sheet 2), which would ideally generate the sum of "Amount' for a specific wage type for each personnel number. The issue is is that there may be dplicates of the wage type for each ID number (which is also repeated).
For example, the total salary amount on sheet 2 for ID#12345678 would be 0, while for #9876543 it would be 1250. Is there a formula I could use on sheet 2 column B that would generate this?

I have saved this on a 2010 workbook as I am at home but this will be used on a 2003 workbook.
I have several projects on one spreadsheet which multiple users will be working and I am trying to create a summary sheet of the work carried out.
Each user is expected to carry out a task on each row of the data held in each worksheet (research, call, update etc) and each task (Option 1-5) is assigned a value. Each user is expected to meet a certain level of points per day to calculate productivity.
I am looking for a sumproduct along the lines of the summary sheet attached but mine just takes one sheet into consideration and I need one for all sheets.

I am trying to find a formula to count rows that meet multiple criteria, but one of the criteria can be multiple values. I have a list of people with a list of clients that they are responsible for. Each person is responsible for 10-20 clients. Every day I run a report that shows the project worksheets submitted for each client and if money has been awarded or not.
I'm wondering if there is a way to count, for each person, the number of project worksheets that show "awarded" in column K. That would mean that I would have to look for, for each person, any of their multiple clients in column B and "awarded" in column K.
I am trying to put the formula in D2:D9, as I use A2:D9 for a chart. O1:P79 contain the names of the people and the applicants that they are responsible for. A17:D158 contains the list of project worksheets (updated daily). I used =SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIF(B17:B999,P1:P14)) to count the actual number of project worksheets for each person, but I can't figure out a way to modify that to add in the "awarded" criteria also.

If I input any FX pair (Column B) without ???JPY in it, then the formula in Column K produces the correct result. Formula is: eg: If Column B = EURUSD pairs and the like: =IF(C3="L",F3-E3,IF(C3="S",E3-F3))*10000.
This formula will produce a +ve or -ve result in points (PIPS) based on the values of E3 and F3. (eg. E3 = 1.2800 & F3 = 1.2750. If C3 = L then the result is -50. Conversely if C3 = S then the result is 50.)
When I input the JPY pairs in Column B, I need the formula to calculate the same way but multiply by 100 (not 10,000). This is because all non JPY cross pairs have 4 decimal places and JPY cross pairs have 2 decimal places. (eg. 1 PIP in EURUSD = .0001, 1 PIP in USDJPY = .01).....
So if Column B = USDJPY the formula would need to be: =IF(C3="L",F3-E3,IF(C3="S",E3-F3))*100 . Have tried many combination's of the IF function but am now starting to think this is not quite the right formula for this situation. Attached is a sample of what I am trying to achieve. The formula would need to incorporate any/all variations in currency pairs as listed in the attached sample.
