Changing Page Orientation For Different Pages?

I've created a workbook with several pages, on all of the first pages they are set up in Landscape view since it contains several columbs of accounting amounts. Below each (page 2) I would like to create a receipt template that I can use the sum formulas and text formulas which is no problem. However, when I print the selected page 2 of 2 to get the invoice, it also comes out in landscape set up. Can I have one page (ie: rows 1-44) in landscape and then page two (rows 45-83) in portrait.

I have a list that I need to print. It is only 2 columns, but 12 pages long. I would like to print 4 or 6 pages, side by side on the same sheet. I tried changing the print setting to 4 pages per page. But, when I looked at the print preview, it showed only 1 page per page.

Columns And Pages (get 9 Collumns On Every Page (insted Of 4)

I have a file that's about 50 000 rows long, and 4 collumns wide. And this whould work just fine, but I would not like to print a little over 700 pages... So now I've tried to change the sheet so that I could get 9 collumns on every page (insted of 4). So that I could get two of the old pages on one page (with one empty row between them... It's hard to explain but here is a little ASCII pic that might give you a hint.
OLD (about 700 pages):

Is there anyway I can make excel scale a set amount of information between page breaks fit 1 page wide 1 page tall? using a macro.

I essentially have this data repeated multiple times depending on how many products I am looking at, I would like this repeated 3 times per page, which is where the page breaks are currently being placed. When i tried to set Width 1 page the automatic page breaks would only allow two of these per page at 100% scaling.

Page Breaks Result In Blank Pages Printing When AutoFilter Used

I have a sheet with a few hundred rows of data which I filter out by using a very simple autofilter. I have set page breaks throughout the whole sheet on certain rows I need to start on a new page. If the auto filter filters out any of these rows when it prints it prints a blank page where that row would have been before it was hidden by the autofilter.

For example the whole list is say 5 pages (set with page breaks) I apply an auto filter that now reduces it down to 2 pages say the 1st and last page of the original list. If I page break preview it, it shows me that it will be 2 pages but when i print preview/print the sheet it prints the 1st page then 3 blank pages then page 5 even know that the page break preview only shows and numbers 2 pages. Because the original page breaks are still there just are hidden by the autofilter so it adds them in as blank pages

Excel 2010 :: Dragging Page Break Line Creates Many Pages?

Why when I drag the dotted blue page break line does it sometimes break the entire doc into one page per cell ?

The doc is not wide. When I first load I can drag the break line successfully. Then I print preview... select print on both sides... boom.. goes from 4 pages to 14. Then I go back to page break view... drag the line... boom... Hundreds of pages. Even if I revert back to printing on one side it still is messed up.

How do I make this stop?? What am I doing wrong?? Office 2010

I have a single page spreadsheet. I want to print multiple copies and have a unique invoice number on each page printed in cell O1. I don't want to just send it to the printer as individual print jobs. I would like to send it to print as a pdf in a single 100 page document or if not a pdf then just as a multiple page document.

For example first print run would start at number 1001 and last numbered page is 1101.

Same Page Printed But With Changing Sequential Number On It

I have a selected area which I print as labels.

I want to have a number on this label preferably counting back from the quantity of print.
So if I select 300 copies to print, the first label shows somewhere 300, the 2nd label 299, the third 298 and so on.

I use a button and macro for printing selected labels, so perhaps the reverse printing could be added there if only counting up is available.

Also to make it easier, a cell on the sheet can contain the number to count down from (this is preferred on thinking about it) So I could then print 20 labels from 300 to 280 say.

Auto Page Field Changing In Pivots

I have used the archive and Mr Excel and cobbled together a code which does what I want - that is to use a remote cell entry to update a specific page field cell in 4 pivot tables. I then use another remote entry to do the same to two secondary Page Field Cells in 2 of the 4 pivot tables.

However, if my remote cell has a number in it that IS NOT in the the pivot Page Field List then rather than breaking the code it simply overwrites (and therefore changes the value in the pivot table Page Field List) - disaster!!

Excel 2010 :: Pictures Resize When Changing Page Breaks

I have a user here at my company that is having a strange issue with Excel. When she moves a page break in her document, Excel freezes up, then once it finally makes the change (if it doesn't crash), some (but not all) of the images that are in the document resize to super small.

For instance, she may have 50 rows. Each row contains a column with an image, then a few other columns with product information. Changing a page break may cause ten of the images to become tiny for no apparent reason. Resetting page breaks seems to cause the document to explode, with cells being thrown all over the page into different locations and columns becoming uneven.

When I make the same change on the same document on my system (both using similar specs and Office 2010), this does not happen.

Macro Won't Execute Code To Put Focus On "print To X Pages Wide By X Pages Tall"

I'm trying to execute a macro and it won't put the focus (radio button) to select x pages wide by x pages tall in the Page Setup/Page/Scaling Area. I looked at the macro and can't find a setting in the code but yet the focus won't change. What can I do about this? In other words the radio button stays selected as "adjust to "" % of normal size. Listbox Does Change Orientation

I have a listbox that gets filled via '.rsRS.GetRows', which works great; all rows are being displayed neatly.

However, when the recordset only holds one record, i.e. one row is desired to appear in the listbox, then the listbox changes its orientation: instead of one row with seven columns I get one column with seven rows!

The listbox properties in the local window states that the lbx.List() object has a column count of '7', but what I see looks like:

[] name
[] surname
[] age
[] zip
[] colour
[] dob
[] phone

It should look like:

[] name surname age zip color dob phone

how would I change the orientation on ALL my worksheets, I'm saying every single one, imagine I got like 100 for the purpose of this excercise (sorry I'm not trying to make this harder, it's just there's always that one guy that'll come on and say 'Go to Print Print Preview, then click on Setup' or something like that.

Unable To Set The Orientation Property Of The PivotField

I want the data field to change to a different field when a command button (cmd_view) is clicked. So when the command button has a caption of "Toggle to Feeds", the code changes the field from Sqm to Feeds, and changes the caprion on the command button to "Toggle to Sqm". When this is next clicked, the fields are swithed over, and the command button caption changes relative to it.

The code I have written is below:

The problem I have is when the code changes the view from feeds to Sqm, it works fine, but when the code changes from Sqm to feeds, it crashes out in the true part of the If statement on the code line ".orientation = xlhidden" with the error "Unable to set the Orientation property of the PivotField class".

As the code for the change of view is the same, apart from the field names, I am at a loss on what is the cause.

I have tried to record a macro to see if the field names appear differently, but they do not.

Custom Toolbar Orientation. Horizontal & Vertical

How do you control the orientation of a floating toolbar? The code below puts the elements horizontally, while I'd like to make the toobar have a vertical format (one macro per line). I'd also be interested if there's a way to do sub-menus to organize the toolbar buttons better. how to revise the code below, and/or a pointer to where I can read about this. Cell Ranges And Have Lines And Shapes Come Along For The Ride, And Disembark With The Same Orientation

I'd like to just copy or move cells or cell ranges and have lines and shapes come along for the ride, and disembark with the same orientation. E.g. if cell E29 has an arrow through his head, I'd like AA66 to after copying there.

I haven't got the knack of when I've selected enough to grab the shape. Sometimes I think I've got it but when I paste I discover that the slippery critter stayed at home. But sometimes I just cut one cell and the shapes move too.

Any advice? BTW, I stay on the keyboard, and off the mouse, as much as possible - I'd like to avoid slowing down to make mouse selections.
