I have 2 huge lists. One is " the Master list" which I have to extract items that are not already listed on the second list . I don't want to remove duplicate entries,I want to remove the duplicates completely. in both lists, so that I only have items that are not in the second list...

I am a tax auditor, and I am working with excel and I have two lists. One is a complete list of items, both taxable and non-taxable, the other is a list of just non-taxable. What I would like to be able to do is find a formula(?) that will enable me to retain rows of data when Cells in column B and column E contain duplicate data but delete entire rows if the contents of cells in column B and E are not duplicated.
For example:
Column B contains Part Numbers
Column E contains Manufacturer
If a part number (Cell B)has been made by two or more manufacturers (Cell E), retain all relevant rows.
If a part number has only been made by one manufacturer, however many times, delete all relevant rows.
What I'm trying to be able to achieve is retain data so that I can analyse it when 2 or more manufacturers have produced the same parts.
I am looking for a way to extract all of the unique items in a Pivot Table. For example, I have a Pivot Table that has category A items and category B items. There may be several B items to one A. For example:

Now, what I need is a list that looks like this:

Formatted so that those are two columns. However, in Excel 2007, I cannot set the option to have it repeat the A series items in the Pivot table. Is there some easier way to do this?

I'm still having issues with this workbook. I cannot use a pivot table to fix it, I don't understand them and it confuses me greatly..... so I'm at the mercy of either a formula or macro. I have the following problem within Excel. I have a dataset which contains duplicate values within a column(lets say A). I need to delete these duplicates in column A for a range of rows, where the range of the rows is based on column B. I have some Job numbers that are duplicates. I can't just do a loop and delete any duplicates that come across because I have to be sure the right one is deleted.
I want the old data to be deleted if there is a duplicate..I just don't know how to verify which one is the old one using VBA. I was thinking of maybe using an advanced filter, but I don't know enough about them.
Is there code that will check both duplicates and delete the old one?
I have sales rep data with column headings as Sales Rep, Sales Date, Sales Item Code and Customer ID. There are only 2 sales reps in the data, I'll call them Rep A and Rep B. I need to extract rows where Rep A and Rep B have made sales on the same day to the same customer (it doesn't matter what type of sales). I don't want to extract sales by only one rep, it must be both reps on the same day to the same customer. I have tried a pivot table but it identifies all sales. Can this be done?

I have a list of emails and want to check a new list (a new column) if there is a duplicate email (comparing with the original column). I know some common filter methods, but my problem is that they work on "identical cells"; however, my cells are different

What I would like is, is "yes" was selected, i would like the item name added to a list. so basically:

And then I can just add the value to each item later but I need to remove duplicates and obv have this carried throughout the cells.

Any way of finding particular data from a data set and deleting the data from that field without using conditional formatting or remove duplicates?
I have used a vlookup to find the words that I needed I now need to find where the are located in my original data set and delete these so I am left with data that if I perform a vlookup on it will not bring back any words as they will have been deleted.
