Ammending Conditional Array Code To Include Another Condition

Basically, I'm trying to alter the code by inserting another condition where if S12 = R than it will exclude the value found in D12, other wise D12 is included. It was initally setup with a range of $C12:$H12 but i had to write it out long to exclude $D12

I have this formula =IF(EXACT($E3,N$2),$C3/$I3,"") This works
I now need to add another match condition to the formula using H3,J1 so it would be something like this =IF(EXACT($E3,N$2),(H3,J1),$C3/$I3,"")
But not working

I have attached excel with the logic I am using, but I have a problem and needed logic to update to make sure it is not inserting same data (duplicate data).
Please update the logic so that if it is having same data in sheet 3 it should not insert or delete duplicate.

I am having a ton of trouble with this. I am trying to add a single text row in between existing data. I have tried multiple loops to try to place an array into Column G, but I cannot figure it out. Is there some coding that will produce the sort of result below in column G?

I m trying to use arrays in the wrong way. I simply want to create an array from values in a column and perform calculations on each element and store the results for each element. I therefor need a 2d array. I also dont know the number of values in the column and therefor dont know the number of elements that will be in the array. How would I declare this array. Ive tried Dim MyArr(1 To ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Rows.Count, 1 To 2), but that returns an error - 'Constant expression required'.

I only want to include the Month of January in a sumproduct function on another page using a name manager array.
I was thinking of using
=SUMPRODUCT(INDEX(DATA,0,17),--((MONTH(INDEX(DATA,0,5)=1)*INDEX(DATA,0,17))
Where the dates are in the 6th column and include blank cells at the bottom and in the first row it says Date.

I'm having trouble with the two formulas working in conjuction with each other.
Condition 1:
=(MOD(ROW(),2)=0)*(COUNTA(3:3))
Condition 2:
=TODAY()>=A1
"Condition 1" seems to override "Condition 2"? Ever see that?

how I would add in code to sort the worksheets from A-Z. Also, Ideally, I would like to hide the template sheet that the new records are copied from. I have some existing code which I did not write, nor do I have the expertise to update. The macro code takes multi rows of data for one person and "flips" the output to be one record per person with columns of data.
The source data looks like this sorted by teacher, Term and Period (columns H and I are the new ones added; the code currently looks through column G only)A

I just want to add column H and I data to the period course listings by term. So instead of "Term: TM#", just have the display indicate Termcode: Tally/SectSize.... such as (example): "TM1: 20/30"

I am having trouble trying to develop a code to include into a spreadsheet for work. It will be a live spreadsheet accessed by a few people who will have control over there own columns in the spreadsheet (2 columns are designated for one project) Each Project director is to edit the info about their project.
So my goal is to put a code in cell C3 that shows the date that cells C4-32 and D4-32 were last updated.

I need the values that are copied from the template to copy over in text form from the "Data" Tab. Secondly, the master sheet has multiple lines for each vendor. For the area highlighted in red I'd like for it to copy all cells in column C for the vendor and search the vendor by name. Then, move to the next sheet.

I am running an array formula which is working fine except that I now need to add a further condition: that a one of a number of values in cells C1:C8 is found in range $a1:$A500. I've tried Or with comma separation and with * separations but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone advise me of the syntax?

I currently have a Row with this value
row1 lh lh lh
row2 8 12 8 5 2
First I will need to check if the column has an "lh" if true then sum row2, however i will need a second condition that will check that if >8 it will use the value 8 instead of 12.
However if value is<=8 get that value from the cell.
In this case the correct answer is
8 + 8 + 5 = 21
8 (because it is <=8 get the value from the cell) + 8 (because 12 is>8 use the value "8") + 5 (because <=8)

im currently using a static array to select multiple sheets at once which works alongside another Sub
Sheets(Array("Group1", "Group2", "Group3", "Group4")).Select
i have a button that creates a new sheet and names it "GroupX" X being the next number, it automatically adds on the right number by itself and it works fine...
i want it my array to be dynamic so that i dont have to manually edit the array and the macro every time i add a new sheet.
i have tried things like:

I have three columns of Data. A is vehicle number, B is miles and C is a Date. I want to be able to pull the miles for the newest date when the user types in a bus number next to the formula. I think It can be done with an array formula but I am not 100% sure on how to do it. Also is it possible if they enter a vehicle number and a date that a different formula finds the miles for the most recent date to the date entered.

I'm having a difficult time returning COUNTIF values for a positive match between 2 columns THAT meet a certain condition. Basically I want to iterate through column A sheet 1 (ONLY for values where column B is paid) and return a count for every instance there is a match of value A sheet 1 in column A sheet 2. In other words, I'm looking to find the number of ids marked as paid from Column A sheet 1 that exist in Column A sheet 2. I don't wish to return the actual ids, just the total count.
I've tried the following but I know there's an error in iterating through Column A the way I have it:
=COUNTIFS(Sheet1!$ColA:$ColA,Sheet2!$ColA:$ColA,Sheet1!$ColB:$ColB,"paid")

There is a table [A8 TO D60] and a column alongside, where the months of the year are listed. In a particular independent cell, the name of any month can be chosen and entered.
The table rows preceding the chosen month, have to be shaded. When a different month is chosen, the shading should now cover the new set of rows preceding this different month and so on.

I work as a teacher and my role is the analysis of data, something I can do fairly easily using my Excel knowledge but I want to take it a step further (maybe this isn't the best was and another suggestion would be great.
The spreadsheets I use have 400 students in columns A (first name) and B (last name), in columns C to AC I have the students targets for the 26 subjects/courses we offer, a student would only study between 10 and 14 of these so in a row there would be blanks. In cells AE to BE I have the students current grades (those which show current situation/progress). The first student would be in ROW 2.
I want to show whether a student is below, equal to or exceeding their target and have done this using Conditional Formatting (3 separate conditions) using RED for below, White for Equal to and Green for Exceeding.
I now want to count how many of each colour there are in each row to quickly work out how many of the subjects the students are falling behind in so we can focus our efforts on these.

i m trying to format a cell so that it colours in red when a specific text is chosen in another cell, ive tried conditional formatting but I cannot get it to work. e.g column A has a drop down list, if GB or IEN is chosen in that cell then cell in column K will become red. (as if these two are chosen then they have to input a number into column K). Once they have inputted the number into column K i want it to go back to its original format. Or if they dont select GB or IEN then it would stay in its original format aswell.
