Copy Data Non Continous; Then List Them

I have a list that I choose a certain percent of each color:

Then I would like these to be put below in order starting at Cell A68, by using a formula or if I need to use VBA, that is fine.

Actually I would like to CONCATENATE from the list above. To combine B25 and E25. It has to keep the % sign though. So maybe a copy and paste values using VBA code would be best.

Here is what I could like:

10% CF2 MED GREY
20% CF8 TAN
etc.etc.

In my sample I have only 4 colors and percentages selected. There maybe as many as 10 colors picked. So A68 on down is fine to have them listed.

Getting The First And Last Value Out Of A Non Continous Data Set

i am taking the starting and ending values of a non continuous data set. so far i have tried using a for next loop but i can only get the first value.

Continous Macro To Close Items

Current Workbook: Sheet 1 is a report and the rest of the "Sheets" are data tables. I currently manually identify completion in the "Data Table" Sheets in column U by stating "Yes" or "No" (Row 1 in all data tables is just a Heading Row no data). I go into each row of the data sheet initially say "No" in column U and color the cell with a "Yellow" fill to make it easy to identify. When the item is finally complete I go into the data tables add a completion date in column T, change column U from "No" to "Yes", and fill that column U cell from Yellow to White.

I am looking for a continuous macro that works for all sheets except "Sheet 1" and when there is no completion date in column T then column U is "No" and color filled Yellow but when a completion date is added in column T then column U changes to "Yes" and fills White.

Some dependents that I feel might affect the code would be that Row 1 of each data sheet is headings so that row will not need to be affected by the code and that the code will be only used if there is a tracking number in Column A otherwise the entirety of each sheet would populate like that because initially their are no completion dates in column U. Also dates are in this format in column U "MM/DD/YY"

Make Data List And Copy From A List

I have a list of names in column A, don't know how many different names but for sure some of them repeats in different cells of column A.

A1 = NAME_1
A2 = Alan
A3 = Ben
A4 = John
A5 = Alan
A6 = Kevin
A7 = Mark
A8 = Dominic
A9 = John
A10= Tom
A11=Alan
A12=Frank

How can I make aonther list in column B, which contains a list of name in column A without repeating. So that B1 = NAME_2, B2:B4 is exactly like A2:A4, then B5 = Kevin, B6 = Mark, B7 = Dominic, B8 = Tom, B9 = Frank.... and so on. Another question, which is very similar to the previous one. In the same column A, now I add an AutoFilter (Data > Filter > AutoFilter) in A1. A drop down arrow button will appear at the right side within A1. Click the down arrow and another box shows: Sort Ascending, Sort Descending, All, Top 10, Custom, Alan, Ben.... the rest of the data in Column A but each unique data will only shows once in that list. How can I copy the contents of that box?

Copy Data From Different Sheets Weekly Into Master List With Data Of Whole Year

We have folders of daily cash collections stored in such a manner, yearmonth. In every month, we will have worksheets sent by the end user to the finance dept, naming it using mmdd. (The folder in the drive will reads: C:Daily Cash Collection2013), (C:Daily Cash Collection2013 0104.xlxs), (C:Daily Cash Collection2013 0115.xlxs). I intend to put the master list outside the year folder, meaning, in the Daily Cash Collection folder (C:Daily Cash CollectionDCC_2013.xlsm). When I have a new folder for year 2014, my master list will be here (C:Daily Cash CollectionDCC_2014.xlsm)

I am looking to automate this opening of all the daily worksheets, select all data except the header row, and copy it into a master list (which will be data for the whole year, with 3 months of the previous year data).

The data in the daily sheets, it will have collections of the same Debit Note number from the file sent earlier. Meaning, if the file was sent on 0104, there is a DN0114-0002, collection of $50. In another daily sheets 0115, it will also have a collection of DN0114-0002 of $20. This 2nd information of $20 will also need to be captured as the payment in 0301 is partial and incomplete.

I will need to copy the daily sheets into the master list every now and then. Is there a way to check and copy the daily sheets and not repeating it and missed out one?

In another words, if I had already copied Jan sheets into the master list, will it look for the next worksheet that I had not copy and copy according the DN number? (it will be in running number but sometimes will have DN of the previous month due to the partial payment ealier).

Alternatively, if this is too complicated, how to insert a macro to copy all cells except the header (will be in fixed column and the first row will be fixed) from an open daily sheet, find the last row in the master list and copy it to the master list, and after copying, unclear the selection of the daily sheet and close the daily? Where can I put this macro as the daily sheet is from the end user. I can only put it into my master list, but my problem is, the file name of the daily sheet is not fixed, it depends on the day the end user saved and email the data to Finance Dept.

Copy Data And Count List Number?

Basically, I have a list of data in columns B,C,D, and an ascending number in column A. Three cells in G10,H10 and I10 can now be copied over to B,C,D no matter long the list (see post underneath) however I need it to simultaneous add an ascending number to column A once the macro is run.

Attached workbook shows two example situations in sheet 1 and 2, and a completed form in sheet 3(based on sheet 2 example).

I have a grade book with 17 worksheets 1 for each subject = each of the sheets are identical with the students names in col B and the data is entered manually in the corresponding cols along side the names.

What I would like is a vba solution to enter the data in a worksheet called 'datainput' = which would be identical in layout as the above subject sheets= and by the use of a drop down list with the names of the 17 subject sheets = copy the data in the 'datatinput' worksheet into the next available blank col in the worksheet selected from the drop down list=and with a command button erase the data in the 'datainput' worksheet ready to enter new data.

Auto Shift Cells Down OR Copy Data To List

I'm trying to have one cell be the constant place I enter data and then when I hit enter, I'd like the data I entered to be moved down to the cell below it. Then for every new number I enter in that first cell, it would auto shift the previous data down and add the new data to the cell below it.

Basically, I'd like to record data but I dont want to have to scroll to the bottom every time to enter new data since this list will be continuously updated. And I'd like the most recent data entered to be on top.

Then I want to take the top 100 cells in that column, and do a running average of them.

I'm trying to use data validation to restrict the user to only selecting values in a list which I create. Right now, the list is a named range. I'd like to get rid of the range and just use a named list. I create a name using the following as my list.

Insert > Name > Create
Name: Fruit

Refers to:
banana,apple,orange

When I try to use the name Fruit in my data validation, I get the message "The List Source must be a delimited list, or a reference to single row or column." I thought my name "fruit" was a delimited list.

Syncing Two Lists Of Data For One List Of Individuals - One List Has Multiple Entries

I need to consolidate these two lists of data into one list.

First set is just a basic list of individuals with their data.

Second set is multiple entries for those same individuals. Each entry shows a subscription to a programme. The final single sheet should have one row per individual which shows all of the programmes they are subscribed to.

The real list is 3000 IDs, so need some kind of formula to do this.

I'm creating a spreadsheet to keep track of my costs of production in an online game. Within the game there are a range of spawned resources that appear for only a short time before being unobtainable these resources have specific types that is shared between multiple spawns of the resource but each resource spawn has a unique name.

My first worksheet lists all the resources and their various qualities and the later worksheets are meant to allow me to choose from a list resources matching the requirements of the item I'm looking to craft. The example i have shown in the second picture requires Tatooinian Fiberplast and Lokian Wild Wheat to craft so in the Chosen Resource column I would like to have a drop down list allowing me to select the named resource type i would like to use - for Tatooinian Fiberplast the only thing on the list should be Omnitwixi and for the Wild Wheat it should show Fizi and Krad

I have a List of Different Fruits in Cells A1 to A5

Apple
Banana
Orange
Strawberry
Cherry

And I use data validation list in 5 different cells from Cells C1 to C5 then in every cell the list will show all the fruits,

But I want that if I select Any Fruit in cell C1 that should not be included in the remaining 4 cells, and the fruits selected in Cells C1 and Cell C2 should not be included in the remaining 3 cells and so on....

I Used the formula

=IF(C1=A1,OFFSET(A2,,,COUNTA($A$2:$A$5),1),0)

But this works fine if I select Apple in the Cell C1, then the List of C2 Shows all Fruits other than Apple, But if in Cell C1 I select any fruit other than Apple it does not work... (Using Excel2007 & Win XP)

Taking New Data From One List And Adding It To Another List Via VBA?

I have 2 sheets: "MasterInventory" and "InventoryFeed". "MasterInventory", is my full list of all the item I sell on Amazon.com. "InventoryFeed" is populated when I download an update from amazon and paste the data into it. Each list has about 30 columns and each list uses identical headings in the top row. The third column in each sheet is for the product's SKU.

What I'd like to do is loop through each row in the "inventoryFeed" sheet, assign it's sku (the value in column 3) to a variable, and then copy the entire Row. Then I'd like to switch to the "MasterInventory" sheet, and look in column C for the identical SKU. If it is found, I'd like to overwrite the entire line by pasting in the data that was copied earlier. If the SKU is not discovered, I'd like to paste the information into the next blank row in the "masterInventory" sheet.

After the whole thing is looped through, I'd like to sort the MasterInventory Sheet from A to Z by the product's SKU.
