Excel 2010 :: Link A Cell To Textbox?

I am using Excel 2010. I am creating a flowchart which will require formulas. Unfortunately the flowchart connectors work best with text boxes rather than the cells. To make this method work, data will be entered into the text-boxes and will be calculated into other text boxes. Basically I need the data I enter into a text box to automatically fill itself into a cell in the background. I know there may be other ways to do this whilst not using text boxes at all, but I will not be using them.
I can fill a text-box from a cell by using F2 on the textbox and then typing =A1 etc, but I am having a hard time going the other way - getting a cell to fill from the value in the text box.

I'm using a macro to insert a photo in to a Excel 2010 workbook. If the photo moves location it will no longer display the photo in the document as I belive the photo is being referenced instead of embedded.
If you then use the "Change Picture" icon the photo embeds but how do I get my macro to embed the photo.

I am creating a user interface for inputing info into a sales order, and then printing the sales forms already pre-filled based on the user's input. SO, I need the user to be able to type text into a textbox that is in a multipage control that is in a userform, and then have it automatically populate a specific cell in my workbook. Seems like this should be relatively simple, but I am just getting started with vba and can't seem to figure this out.

How do I refer to the contents of a userform's textbox on a worksheet?
The userform will be opened, edited, and closed by the user. I would like to be able to refer a cell on my sheet to that textbox so that they always have the same content.

I am building a userform which also needs to display current data from a cell in the most recent row of a worksheet. This current data and all userform selections are then to be written to a row in a separate worksheet. I have not been able to properly reference the current data; My (rookie) approach intended to set the ControlSource properties of a TextBox to the desired current data.

Let's say I place a rectagle/textbox on a worksheet. If I select it and go to the formula bar and write =A1 the content of cell A1 will be displayed in the rectangle (and of course if i change the content of A1 cell, the content of the rectangle/textbox will be updated). How can I do this from a VBA macro? How can I link the content of a rectangle/textbox to a cell?

Is there anyway to automatically update a value in a cell to a texbox?
Eg
In sheet1, there is a value of 2.3 in cell A1.
In sheet2, I have a textbox created from the Drawing Toolbox.
The content in the textbox would always be " Total (Sheet1.A1.value) Months"

I have researched a problem I am experiencing in Excel 2010 and have had problems in the past with previous versions. It seems that occasionally I run across a link that just refuses to break. During my research I have found some reports that this may be linked to the "Name" function. !!!Bing!!! the light comes on. When I copied my template to my new folder and tried to cut and paste data into it I got a message saying something like "A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name "...", which already exists on the destination worksheet." and I opted to replace the existing name with the new one.
Apparently I created an external link at that point and one that cannot now be broken unless I delete my named range and start over the naming process. I mention this here because I see lots of people having this problem and the stock answer is to goto the Edit Links menu and attempt to break the link. Try as they and I might, this doesn't work. I also saw a post about it being a phantom validation problem and that too panned out although I can see how the validation could be linked externally and create this problem.
Does this accurately describes the issue and is there a remedy besides re-creating the "Names"?

I have a Excel Spread Sheet which has been created, there will be 4 people in 4 different locations who will have access to this spreadsheet and will need to update/amend it through "Dropbox", my question/problem is, how can I link the 4 spreadsheets where information will be updated by one person, but will update all 4 sheets at the same time.
Is this possible and how do I go about it?

I was asked to create a userform for the use of our whole team which would enable them to select a name from a dropdown list and then it would display their business contact details in the rest of the form.
I'm running Office 2010 and Windows XP server/enterprise edition (not quite sure which). After some research I've managed to use VBA code to open the userform while hiding the workbook, then when the close button is clicked it closes the user form and it's associated workbook using the code below.

This works great when the excel file is accessed directly. However when the excel file is accessed via the link on my teams Sharepoint site it doesn't. When the Userform is closed the underlying workbook and data is then displayed which then has to be closed separately.

Here is my problem
The Macro to show the form is not working.Also I need to populate TextBox1 with information on the "Data" sheet.
TextBox1 must show information in C3
TextBox2 must show information in C4, and
TextBox3 must show information in C2
I have tried some VB on the TextBox but it does not update, not sure if i need a command button.

As part of a program I'm writing in VBA (for Excel 2010), I have a textbox in a user form used as an interface to write a formula in cells in Excel.The resulting value of a formula from a cell is loaded up into the textbox. It would be shown in the textbox like "See 1.2 and 1.3" where the formula in the cell is

This is just used as an example but the principle is there. It is worth noting that I’m writing this for very inexperienced Excel users but I need them to be able to edit the string part of the formula without breaking the formula.
However where I’m struggling is to pick up a selection change event inside a text box already selected. I need to be able to check if the textbox.SelStart is within an address value or within the string in the textbox.
The event Enter won’t work if the user is already editing the textbox (i.e. typing stuff) and then clicking or using the keyboard arrow to move the cursor somewhere else inside the textbox. I don’t think the event Change is the solution either as it would mean that the user would have already typed something and as a result the formula may already be broken.
I have had a good look around and I didn’t find an event for a selection change inside a textbox. Does it exists and/or is there a way that would have the same result?

Is there a way without using code to have the text in a text box (excel 2003), copied to another cell or another text box on a different worksheet?
I have information in a text box on 1 worksheet. I would like this information to automatically be copied to another worksheet. On the master sheet, if any of the information gets changed or updated, the copied information should get updated as well.

I have userform with date pickers and have text boxes overlaid on these, when I select todays date from the date picker it does not display the current date in the text box (I have 8 date pickers on the userform). If I select another date then reselect the current date it works. It has occasionally worked but why.
Below is the code for populating the text box from the Date Picker.

I am into inventory of items and I have created a userform and placed a combobox (as dropdown list for me to choose the products) and a text box for my qty input. I've created a chart in sheet 1 in a workbook. I want to copy and paste that chart into another sheet (lets take sheet 2) of the same workbook. I am using Excel 2010 version.
Whenever, I try to copy a graph and want to do "Paste Special as Link picture". The problem I am facing as "Paste Link" option is inactive.

I am building a conversion calculator on a userform. There is a textbox I've named "UserPctOff" where the user enters their value. I've got a label that I'm using to record the converted value. I keep getting Type 13 Mismatch error.

I have two worksheets, one with detail monthly information and one with YTD information. So let's say the three numbers I want to capture in the YTD sheet are in columns B, G and I on the monthly sheet. January's data might be in B5, G5 and I5. February's data is in B12, G12 and I12 and so on.
On the YTD sheet in cell C2 I link to Monthly!B5 and in C3 I link to Monthly!B12 so cells C2 to C13 on the YTD sheet show the monthly totals from column B on the detail sheet. On the YTD sheet, cells C20 to C31 show the monthly totals from column G on the monthly sheet, so cells G5, G12, etc. And finally, cells C40 to C51 on the YTD sheet show monthly totals form column I on the monthly sheet.
In the past I've always created all these links manually. After creating the links in C2 to C13 on the YTD sheet, is there a way to use a formula in C21 that uses the link in C2 to create a link for G5?

When I use the mouse pointer to select a cell I can't use the arrow keys to move to another cell while the pointer is over the cell and I can't edit the cell while the pointer is over the cell. If I move the pointer away from the cell then I can move around and edit as normal therefore I don't think this is a scroll lock issue.
This issue also happens when I select a tab. If I select a tab and then leave the pointer over the tab I selected then I can't use the arrow keys to move around the worksheet or edit a cell; if I move the pointer away from the cell then I can move around and edit as normal.
I am using MS Excel 2010.

Excel 2007 Textbox changes LinkedCell Cell format to Text. If I do a VLOOKUP on that cell it fails and I have to "Convert to number".
My application is to enter a ZIPCODE into ZIP textbox, then for CITY and STATE to autofill using VLOOKUP in both CITY and STATE cells.
