I'd like to create a go back field/button/something that would allow a user (who is on a row, in a column very far right) to click to go straight to column A for that selected row.

Entry into Col J is from a validation list of 3 options. What I desire is that when one of these options is selected ("Complete"), then I would like today's date to be written into Col K.
Currently Col K has a validation list which comprises dates from 1st of each month from July to June.
I need a fixed date as text preferably, so was thinking the VBA function "Date" on a Change Workbook Sub.
The information is currently part of a Table in Excel 2007 that has about 500 records.

I run a football sweepstake involving 120 people. Each week everyone picks a premiership team who they think is going to win. If that team loses or draws they are out. This carries on until there is one person left and they win the money. I need to make a table with all the premiership teams and names down the x and y axis. When the team is marked as "lose" everyone who has chosen that team gets deleted.

For example, when I click on the "Create" button on the green NIPRNet side, then it'll fill in the next available cell in column A (cell A4) with "(N) Created Account". Then, if I click on "Unlock" on the red SIPRNet Side, then it will fill in cell A5 with "(S) Unlocked Account". and so on, and so on, down column A.
At the moment, i have it so that all the cells in column A are dropdown menus. But I want to eliminate the drop-down menus and use buttons instead.
In building my pivot table my data that I want to show in the column area is showing up as rows stacked on top of each other. In the column section I'm trying to show Total Budgeted Amount next to Total Actual Amount but on the layout it's showing the two stacked on top of each other is there some kind of hidden key that I'm missing?

I have a pivot table which I want to force the all of the pivot table items to be selected for a particular pivot table field. One would think that this would be as easy as unlocking all cells on the sheet with the exception of this pivot field and then locking the worksheet. This doesn't work though as I am generating multiple pivot tables on the same workbook for the same range and I get this message: "this command cannot be performed while a protected sheet contains another PivotTable report based on the same data source...".
My thinking is that I can do something along the lines of this:

This is failing right away though on the If Target.Pivot.... line.
I have a Form that user fill in information on, once they click the OK button, excel is filled with the inserted text on the form in the correct cells.
My question is, how do I validate that they have actually entered data in some cells, which I want to make mandatory, and if they have not, prompt them (this could be a simple message box) to fill it in. Let them fill it, and once they click OK again, check again... until all the mandatory fields are filled, only then will the macro fill in the excel cells.

The reason I am asking is because what is being passed into a module depends on what is selected. I know I can do a Case statement or if statements saying if this selected then this, if this selected then this, etc but was hoping for a one liner. This way it will be easy to maitain if other buttons are added as well.

Column E is my commmodity reference. There is 15 different commodities. So on Sheet 2 I created 15 buttons, all name according to one of the commodities.

With the use of the option buttons,the page needs to made visible or invisible.
Example: on Page one, i have placed radio buttons as page2,Page3&page4.
By default only page 1 should be visible and when we select radio button page2, page2 should become visible or else it should be invisible,when we select radio button page3, page3 should become visible or else should remain invisible.
I've been trying to research how to do this for a while now and still can't figure it out. My impression is that this is fairly straightforward in Excel 2010 since the menus and ribbons are easily customizable but not so in Excel 2007.
So far I can get macro shown as a button in the Quick Access Toolbar. But the issue is that I can't organize them or customize the icons.
Is there an accepted practice for this?

I have an excel form with a command (submit) button that opens up Outlook when clicked. I am looking for a way to have this submit button disappear when the user selects a specific item in a drop down list to make sure they do not email the form when it is used for a promotion (Promotion would be selected in the drop down).
