I have a Listbox1 in which I was able to populate it with unique items (from column B in Programs worksheet) using a collection (that was a good achievement for me!)
Now, I want to populate a the Listbox2 with items (not repeated) from column C, BUT only if the correspondent value on column B is equal to listbox1.value.

Then I input an array with a few duplicate Item and us the function to
determine the list. So far I found that it worked for the following
function:
{=TRANSPOSE(UniqueItems(A4:A27))}
but this only gives me the number of unique items in the array. The
problem is when I try to use the following function:
{=TRANSPOSE(UniqueItems(A3:A26,FALSE))}
This now only returns a zero and if I fill down they all are zero.
I would like to get a list of unique items from this formula. Example
list would be:
{Array = Lorem, Lorem, foo, bar, bar} {Formula_returns = Lorem, foo,
bar}
I haven't a clue how to display this in a regular excel cell box so I
thought that using a validation list box would inherently work.
I cannot find this information anywhere else in this forum...

I need to make an userform which can look up data from a sheet that contains a list of distributors and adresses.
I need to be able to search by:
1- postal code
2- postal code and product reference
Hence, I have 2 textboxes for inputing the postal code and the reference, and a listbox that I would like showing the distributors' names that are localized in the corresponding area and which did buy the product from us. Here's what my database sheet looks like:

Products
Distributor
Adress

What I don't know how to do is to have a variant Rowsource property for the listbox, according to the postal code and the product reference the user enters, plus I want one distributor's name to show only once in the case I'm only searching by postal code.
I know how to use array formulae to create a unique list, i.e.{=INDEX($G$1:$G$760,SMALL(IF(ROW($G$1:$G$760)=MATCH($G$1:$G$760,$G$1:$G$760,0),ROW($G$1:$G$760)),ROW()))}
however this is giving all the unique items from column G and I only want the unique items that have a non-zero value in column H as well. This would be the sumif of all instances that would have to be zero. I've tried to crack it and I've tried to search for solutions but so far no joy.
I have a form that an administrator will open to search for items needing approved (ie. status is "Submitted" and they'll be going in to confirmit). The datasource is a table. For these purposes I'll arbitrarily call it Table1 for ease. There are multiple columns in the table, and I'll set the column width to "0" for those I don't want displayed, so we'll call the columns to be displayed Col2, Col3, and Col22. There are two dependents, because Col2 is the Division, of which there are 3 (Central, East, and West). The administator will select their Division and the associated ListBox will display results for all locations having a item status of "Submitted". Col3 will be the branch name, and Col25 with be a total $ amount of the order. Cbo1 (ComboBox1) will house the Private Sub Change() for the macro after a division has been selected.
Thus far I have thought of using a loop such as:

I've got a mismatch in the the Value2 type for the .AddItem. Not sure how else to approach though.
I coordinate access requests for several contracts, and I have to list the approved accesses in a list where each line represents one person and one contract. For each access request, there will be an arbitrary number of persons obtaining access to an arbitrary number of contracts.
The input would then be as follows: Joe A and Jill B request access to contracts 1001, 1002 and 1003 ->

To automate this task, I have made a simple macro for generating a combination list of all persons having obtained access to a selection of contracts.
My macro worked well when I only wanted to list unique and independent list items, but now I have been asked to include each person's email address. How I can change my code so that only one email address is copied into my list for each person?

I'm trying to create a module that will take selections from an activeX Listbox on a Sheet called Setup and transfer them to another sheet called Lists. When the user clicks on a day of the week in the listbox, they are given a yes/no option to print the sheets for the day selected. If they select no and change their mind, they cannot click on the same day of the week without first cancelling the listbox and re-opening it.

I have a list of items across 4 rows. It is a single select, not a multi-select list.
Row 1 is a Unique ID (1 to nth), Row 2 is a description, Row 3 is a Number Value for one requirement and Row 4 is a number value for another requirement. I have a listbox which captures the range and displays the data in a multi-column format. I want the user to have the ability to move records up or down in the order. I know you can do this for individual items in a colum using list index, but list index does not like to capture rows.
This example workbook contains a datatable, which is inputted via a userform. The datatable has 4 columns: Date, Invoice no., Loads, Tonnage. This table is dynamic, as a new row gets entered each time data is entered in the userform. A different userform (the one in the example) has comboboxes which refer to the data in the table. This userform asks the user for the Date, Invoice no., Loads and Tonnage. I want to use comboboxes so that they will advise the input based on the users previous input.
The first combobox asks the user for a data, and should contain a list of all the unique dates that are stored in the table. When the first combobox is inputted, the list for the second combobox will change. The list of the second combobox should be a list of unique invoice numbers, based on the date that has already been entered. The 3rd and the 4th combobox should also show a list of unique values, based on the previously entered date and invoice no.
Example: The first combobox should advise the dates: 4-Nov-14 and 15-Nov-14. User chooses 4-Nov --> second combobox should advise unique invoice numbers based on chosen date: 1252 and 1311. User chooses 1152 --> 3rd combobox should advise unique values based on previous values: 3, 8 and 7. 4th combobox: 57, 23 and 47.

If someone clicks "A" in listbox1, I want to select "1" & "4" in listbox2.

I can get this to display in my listbox however when I add a new line to the range it won't refresh the list unless I reload the form it is on. I am also looking to see if it is possible to sort a list when it is displayed in this fashion.

I have a userform and on this userform i populate a listbox with values.
What i want to know is how do i extract ALL the items in the listbox.......not just the ones that are "selected".
Why is it when i try adding items to my listbox it comes up with the error Permission Denied. Im using rowsource just to have a heading tho when i want to add items it come up with the error.
Note my headings are in "K2:M3"

I made a user form that, with the click of an item in the listbox (which is populated with the worksheet names), will show or hide the matching worksheet. I was using indices, but a problem occurs when there are some hidden sheets to begin with, because the listbox is filled with only the visible worksheets (that's part of the functionality required) and so, when there are hidden worksheets the indices of the listbox are totally different. So, to avoid that kind of bugs I thought I'd use the sheet + listbox names to show/hide the worksheets, but that is proving to be a very hard task.
How I can use the listbox item names + worksheet names to make the "mapping" correctly?
I have created a listbox 'listbox1' and I wish to add some data to it based upon a customer number appearing in cell "D30"

I am trying to copy multiple items from a listbox.
I have a listbox which populates with all the email addresses in my global address list.
From this I select email addresses which move to another listbox.
I then want to copy these selected email addresses to a spreadsheet when I hit a button.
I can get it to copy the 1st one but that is it.
I know this will be very simple to do but I just can't think what it is.

I've used simple VBA to prepare to standardise the raw data and refresh all the pivot tables with no problem
I need to filter the data to show spend for specific business units. I'd like to do this using a listbox showing the units where I can select the unit(s) to report on, which in turn will only make the units selected visible on each table in the workbookwith no other intervention.
There is another thread on here (showthread.php?t=55041) that shows how to use the list box to control 1 pivot table on one sheet but I can't find anything which shows me how extend this to cover multiple tables over multiple sheets.
