Need Each Row With Columns To Equal Next Sheet?

I'm trying to build a summary table with 5 columns. Each row will equal the data from 5 cells on one sheet into the 5 columns. Like last name, first name, date of hire, rate of pay, and so on. I'm trying to find how to write a formula or function that will work like A2 will equal $A$8 on Sheet 1, A3 will equal $A$8 on Sheet 2, A4 will equal $A$8 on sheet 3 and so on. There will be over 100 sheets so I would like to avoid having to link each cell manually.

I am running through some old accounting documents in excel 2003 (originally from SAP), that contain information in row form that I would like in Column form. Column E indicates to me whether this was an invoiced amount or payment amount or "other." I have limited VBA exposure, but am fairly proficient at what I do know. This is just too difficult for me!
Where the "Assignment" #'s are equal, I need the script/macro to move "up" YP's, YQ's,

I have a column with text + string (e.g., T1000, T1001, etc.)
I have another column that's the same, but sometimes this column has new codes.
Right now I have to "eye" it side by side to see if there are any new codes, but I'm sure there's a better way to do it. I'm thinking of asking Excel to compare the columns and if they aren't equal, then it would be necessary for me to eye it. If they are equal, then I dont have to bother because there are no new codes.

I have three columns: Symbol, Dividend Payment, and Shares.
What formula will look at the shares column and symbol column and say if cells in column C are equal each other & cells in Column A are equal to each other than add all the div payment that correspond with those symbols and shares?

I want to check between column c and E if it has same values repeated more than once.
Same user has same ID twice remove one.
for Ex:
if
c2 has "Ram" and E2 has "sample001".
c5 has "Ram" and E5 has "Sample 001".
highlight the duplicate.
Check this between columns c and E till the last row.

i have a worksheet having A-Z columns which contain many such duplicates which are the same through all columns as if one had copied the whole row. I would like to delet all duplicate rows. For example:.........
So only those duplicates should be deleted which are duplicates from A-Z.

I have 2 sheets with thousands of clients. One has client contact information and one revenue. I was able to put the 4 columns on 1 sheet. I need a formula that will say if the value of the client name columns match, (Client name) then return the value in the third column (revenue).
One other question, b/c i copied from a pivot table, i have the client name and their email address below in a separate row. Ideally i would have the client their contact and their revenue in 3 columns next to each other. Is there an easy way to bulk move the email address from the row below the column to the column next to the client name?

I have a spreadsheet with two colums with dates. The names of the ranges are 'DataContractualStartDate' and 'DataContractualEndDate'.
How do I manage to count the no. of records with equal dates at the same row?
I have used the following but this gives me zero, while in the example below the result should be 3.
=COUNTIFS(DataContractualStartDate,DataContractualEndDate)

I have a main worksheet called 'uren'. In this main worksheet I load data every week for around 40 persons. Every person has their own sheet, named equal to their name in the main worksheet 'uren'.
What I try to figure out is how to copy alle the data below their name in the main worksheet to the sheet which is named equal under the right weeknumber.
My main worksheet is build up like this ( used --- to keep the numbers in place when posting )
Weeknumber 1 ---Andre----Wiebe----Kayleigh----Sandra----etc
Complaints --------23-------45--------87---------34---------

When the data is loaded ( the numbers you see) I want to copy all the data below a persons name ( number behind complaint, call etc) to the sheet which has the same name as the person. the data has to be copied to the correct weeknumber I use in the main worksheet.
The 40 additional sheets are build up like:
Weeknumber-------wk1-------wk2------wk3------wk4------etc
Complaints
Help
Call
hours
etc
So the data has to be copied under the correct weeknumber. The data in the main worksheet is loaded with a function and I quess the data also has to be copied without the fucntion (?)

I'm having trouble with a small vba macro. At the end of the macro I test to see if two variables are equal and then print out true or false. However, for some reason even though the variables are equal vba is not treating them that way. I have put the values that represent the variables on a spreadsheet and used the if(x1=x2) formula and it says it is true, also, when I debug the macro and watch the values when it comes to test the logical expression the numbers are the same. I don't understand why vba does not say that the two variables are equal. I have attached a screenshot of the breakpoint where I double check the values are equal.

Sheet 1 contains a column titled "name" and 6 columns to the right of name titled "sat", "sun", "mon"........ the col titled name is not the first col in the work sheet.
In each row I enter the guest name under the name col and I enter a room number (example: 1A, 1B, 2A, etc...) in the column to the right that coresponds with the day the guest will be staying.

I want it to look at sheet 1 and populate the date columns with the guest name from sheet 1
I tried this formula =IF('Sheet1'!G:G="1A",'Sheet1!$F:$F,"Available")
It seems to work on the first row but I have problems with any rows below that. Basically it acts like there is no data in the rows below.... I think the fact that the names on sheet 1 are not alphabetical is creating part of my problem? I tried a lookup formula but it seems like it has to be the first column in the worksheet and it has to be alphabetical to work like that.

I have 2 workbooks in Excel 2010, each contain just 1 sheet. (see attached) I need to compare on sheet 1, cell D1 and column A:A (this column will be much longer), with the data in columns C:C & A:A on sheet 2, if a corresponding match is found, the data contained in column D on the same row on sheet 2 is written to the cell with the matching data in sheet 1.
My attempt is in cell D2 on sheet1.

i'm having in excel- I'm looking to populate rows in 2nd tab based on the data entered in the 1st tab. The rows to be populated in the 2nd tab resides in the 3rd tab. So a match has to be made on the data entered in the 1st tab. When a match is found on the 3rd tab then the corresponding rows from the 3rd tab should be listed on the 2nd tab.

How to correct my formula because it does not work?
Here the formula: =COUNTIFS(Data!C2:C24005,A17,Data!M2:M11149,"<=0")
I need to insert the formula in column C (Findings tab) which counts the rows in Column M (tab named "Data") that equal A17 (Column A in "Findings" tab) and which are less or equal zero. In addition if I drag the formula down I want to only the values be entered in highlighted in blue cells in column C (SKUs With Zero Sales in "Findings" tab) and empty cells in not highlighted cells. I attached images of these two tabs: Data and Findings.

I have one sheet that contains three columns of data. I want to look in another sheet and find if any of the rows in that sheet have the same data found in the first sheet.
I have attached an example sheet of what I need done:
In reference to the example, I am first looking in sheet 2. The information from Column A and C is what I want to find in sheet three if it is there. So for example, A1 and C1 are Joe and 233. I want to then look into sheet 3 and see if any row in sheet 3 has Joe in column A and 233 in Column B. if so I want the value in column B (233) returned into a new sheet.
I need this process to repeat for all rows in sheet 2. The number of rows may change in either sheet.

I am looking to copy the columns containing firstly H and then A from this sheet (sheet 1) to sheet 2. At the moment the H and A run in sequence, sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row but I want them to appear seperatly in sheet 2 so that I have all of the H's together in a sequence and all of the A's together in a sequence further down the sheet. I haven't used macros since school and don't have the first idea where to start. Do I need macros or is there a simple formula I can input? The data I am looking to copy is below with the letters in question 3 rows down.

How can I link 2 sheets in excel? If I have 2 different rows in 2 different sheets and want to calculate the difference between them (THE ROWS), i.e. On one sheet i have a number lets say 4 and on the other sheet I have 8. On one of the sheets (doesnt matter which one) I want to calculate the difference which in this case is 4. And automatically when I change one of the numbers the difference also changes automatically..

I am starting to write a macro and first thing i Need to define is all the columns that I need in my report. I started out by defining an array and this is what I have so far.
I need that every time I run this macro it should vlookup the data from cleantxt files that are saved in my c:autofile ReportsFC Banded Summary and essentially create separate excel files for different buyer names and save those sheets to my C:Banded Summaries with the name as Bandedsummary(todays Date)_BuyerName
This is going to be the bones of it then I have to figure out how to vlookup data for all the columns and do sumifs and format it.

I need a macro to copy every 4 columns to a new sheet and name it what is in the 2nd column 7th row
So it would copy columns A-D to a new sheet and name the sheet B7. Then copy E-H and name it F7....etc.
It could stop when there is nothing in the 2nd column 7th row of each division.
