Pasting Grid From Single Row Of Data

I want to create a function called PasteGrid(SourceRange As Range, GridHeight As Integer, GridWidth As Integer)
What this will do is take a long single row or column of data and paste it into a grid with a defined GridHeight and GridWidth, I have came up with the below so far:

Something appears wrong and when following the code when it hits this line:

The function just stops and I'm not too sure why?

I created a table where based in several competences anyone can evaluate performance and potential. My issue comes when based on that result (colum Y in "Perf&Pot" Sheet) I want to export that to a nine box matrix (Sheet 2 "grid" in the attached excel). As could be several people in the same box I wasn't able to com up with a formula that solves this.

I'm working with the sort of data that spills over into multiple cells if you try to paste it without first putting the cursor in the function window. Is there any way to change this default behaviour (or, alternately, automatically redirect the cursor to the function window every time I hit "enter" and go to the next cell)? I'm working with literally thousands of entries, so the time spent double-clicking and/or manually redirecting the cursor to the function window adds up after a while.

My starting point is a big data set that needed to be validated by several users. I split the data set into smaller sets that were sent out. All users have filled in the same column called "Input"
What I would like to be able to do is to paste their input into a single column on my original data set and keep the name of the input next to it. Is it possible to paste without overlapping prexisting data ? Something of the likes of F5 ("Select blank cells/text") ?
I've attached a simple file with dummy data to explain myself.

I have multiple worksheets with part numbers and prices for different computer parts. On each worksheet I have multiple sets of part numbers and prices but I only need one the information from specific part from each worksheet. Luckily, the part number I need is also the name of whatever worksheet contains it. I want to take the part numbers and prices from the parts I need and put them in one master sheet called "PartsNumbersCombined". Currently I haven't even attempted to format the data in PartsNumbersCombined, I am just trying to actually pick up and move the correct data. Here is my code:

The part numbers are in column A and the prices are one row down in column C. I feel like I am close but I can not get anything pasted on my master sheet.

about using list as a datagrid type. I was able to research some samples and applied it on my own, but unfortunately I am missing something again here. The data on the worksheet are not being populated when my range is on the AA column. It works with A1 column but not the far ranges. Im not sure about the limit of range anyway here is the

Basically, I need to extract data from a grid/table (11 columns wide) and transpose it into a list for use in a pivot table. It like sort of reversing a pivot table to access the original data but I only need 5 of the columns repeated for each occurrence.
I have read many internet sources but they don't seems to fit my needs. Here is a solution from a similar question posted on StackOverflow entitled "How to “flatten” or “collapse” a 2D Excel table into 1D?"
The attached simplified mock-up explains what I am trying to do. I have colour coded the data to understand. The number of rows (10) will always be the same but the number of columns (Branches in this case) can extend for many columns.

I'd like to automatically populate a 9 box grid using data from Excel. The number of names for each rating can be anything from 1 to 100 so the size of the grid would need to be adjustable. I would like one table for each function and grade. Attached is what I'm trying to do. In the 'example tables' sheet, I've shown how I'd like the tables to look, but with my live data the tables would be bigger so I'd like to do one table per worksheet (or possibly one function per worksheet - so 3 tables).

I sometimes import data in the copy-paste way from completely different sources, eg. a program on the web or whatever, which has arranged the data in a table.
It is often succesful with the data neatly arranged in the spreadsheet in columns and rows and all, but sometimes the gridlines disappear even though 'cell format' is set to 'none' in 'grid lines' and the settings have a mark for 'visible grid lines' and their color is 'automatic'. Only the imported area misses the gridlines.
It is of course possible to set some grey gridlines manually in cell format, but then I get them on the print also and I don't want that.

macro to automatically size an XY grid based on user input (see picture - [URL]......)
I want to enter a value in B6 that will automatically create a new grid or edit the existing grid to increase or decrease it depending on the desired grid size.Once the grid has been sized I want to enter a data table into it, therefore the grid would need to be cleared of contents before it could be resized.I think these are the steps that are needed:
- Enter grid size.
- Area (named range based on existing grid values?) is cleared of the data table.
- new rows / columns are inserted with correct XY coordinates shown based on newly entered grid size
- data table written into the new grid

I'm trying to streamline some processes at work and have encountered a bit of an issue.
I have a source file containing a grid of data (9 columns) with a series of dates they relate to down the left side e.g. 13-Feb-2013. This data covers a whole year.
What I want to do is pull through data relating to a discrete month into a grid in a seperate workbook.
I have a feeling that date ranges and possibly some kind of lookup might be useful but am struggling to see how to pull it all together.

I have a spradsheet that I've formatted using merged cells. The spreadsheet has several columns. Into these columns I must enter raw data extracted from our SAP data base. The extraction worksheet has no merged cells. So bottom line, I have a column of say, 30 non-merged cells and I want to paste that column into my formatted spreadsheet that has 30 merged cells of thre cells a piece (90 cells total).
So far I have been unable to do this. If I've attached it correctly, the sample attached

I'm trying to come up with a MapsCo grid to "overlay" geoLoc data. Given the coordinates of a single box within a MapsCo page, I'll can figure out the others once I know how to "from this point, add .5 miles due North and mark another point; from that point, add .5 miles due East and record the next point; etc".

The above format is how I want my spreadsheet to look like. On another sheet within the workbook, I have a chart with some control options that allow me to vary X, Y, Z (I can vary either of these individually). Anytime I vary any one of X,Y,or Z, then the values in A,B,and C all change. This is what I am looking for, a Macro that will allow me the opportunity to everytime I change or vary an option (X,Y,Z), I can hit "Save Scenario" and the new values will be appended to my "Report" sheet. The values of A-C and X and Y are kept on a sheet entitled "FY 07". X is maintained on a sheet called "Inputs". So in all, X,Y, Z and A,B,C are all copied for each scenario.

I have a workbook with a database of 15 different products. We receive information with current prices for each of the 15 products on a weekly basis. This info comes in one single worksheet. I have created a different file with one worksheet for each product to track price behavior over time. I need to update these database everytime I get a new report. What I was trying to do is to develop a Macro to copy the data from a "Master" worksheet that includes all 15 products info to the respective worksheet for each product. Information is sorted in columns having the most recent date in the lowest column. I would need the Macro to copy the new data below the last price for each product. I would copy the data into the "MAster" worksheet, then run the Macro who would copy each row and paste it in its respective worksheet in the row rightafter the previous one.

I am copying some data from one workbook and pasting the data into another workbook depending on certain criteria (using autofilter) using excel VBA. For only One column i need to multiply data by 100 (i.e. convert it into percentage) For example column A in source worksheet has all values and i will paste it in column D of target worksheet. But before pasting i need to multiply the data by 100 so column D in target worksheet has values in %.

I have a range that changes the data constantly, I have to watch that data changing. I am trying to work on a macro that copy that data and paste to another sheet. What would be the code to find the next empty row and paste my data there.
Data is in Sheet1, range A17:E32... and it needs to be pasted in sheet2 starting in F2.

I'm trying to implement a very simple macro to paste a set of cells - already copied to the clipboard from a CSV file - into a worksheet.
Basically, all I need it to do is to allow the user to open that other CSV file, hit CTRL+A and CTRL+C, then go to the relevant sheet in my workbook and run the macro, which should simply paste the copied data into that sheet (starting at cell A30).
Here's what I have so far - I keep getting an error when the macro reaches the ActiveSheet.Paste command.

I am trying to secure a worksheet using data validation. I want to prevent users pasting over data validation fields, however I want to allow users to be able to still use the copy/paste feature as long as the data is valid.
Attached is a sample that I found on the forums. The current code does not allow any paste functionality.

Macro (see below).
I have two sheets 1) ap modified 2) gl download
It's merging the two sheets together. however, it's pasting over the last row of data. For example, gl download has data from row 4 to row 100. The Macro is pasting data from ap modified starting in row 100 of gl download instead of row 101. How can i correct this?

I work in a correctional centre. Some of the correctional officers have
little training to use Excel or other programs, but are required to complete
spreadsheets on line. Although we have heavily protected the worksheets and
locked cells, we find that in some cases the staff can still mess up the
worksheets by copying and pasting data inappropriately.
Is there a way to turn off the ability to paste data into the worksheet, and
to force each field to be completed manually? This would eliminate the
problem.

I am trying to paste a single cell value to a range that will vary according to row counts in two different columns. I'm pasting in column B so I want to use .Range("B" & BRowCount) as my starting value. I then want to paste the value down column B until I reach the last used row in column C (i.e., .Range("B" & CRowCount)). None of the paste range code that I am trying seems to work.

I use the code below to copy formulas to the bottom of the data in a spreadsheet so I know how to do this with a formula.
I have a need to do the same but with a text string that I define.
No conditions, just normally need to copy the text from the cell 2 of a column down to the last row where data is in any column (Usually being col A).

I am trying to create a macro that will take inputs entered into a range of cells in 1 worksheet and then paste it into another range on another sheet. The target range is selected based on a condition and once the values have been pasted then the target range should be locked.
I have been trying the following code but keep getting the Run-time error 1004 telling me that the PasteSpecial method of range class has failed. Can some one explain what I may be doing incorrectly?

i have data on the left; a Ref number.. A0, A1, A2 etc etc and each of these has an associated 'output'
What i need to do is have the ability to input random numbers (like in column E) then hit the macro and it put in the ref code next to it
