Printing Multiple Userforms

I made a front page where the user can input several parameters and then open 3 different userforms which perform calculations. The first 2 userforms just perform calculations but on the third i have two populated comboboxes where the user can choose a device and then it will display the corresponding calculations.
What i would like to do is print all the inputs from the front page, and all 3 userforms (with only the device selected shown). I would like to print the userforms and not copy them to an excel sheet and then print them from there. Is there a way to print all these things together?

I would like to know if there is a way to print several different workbooks at once but keeping my printing format which I would like to be Landscape and Fit to one page. Reason is simple as I work in a office where staff is handed in several jobs to do everyday. They finish the jobs and log all the info on the database. I log on to database and put all their daily diaries and because it is all over the place I have to go in each file and set printing preferences which takes an hour in the morning and hour in the evening. I could do with some sort of automation where all diaries are automatically printed in Landscape and Fit on one page.

When one creates multiple UserForms with multiple (identical) TextBoxes, every control must have its own event handler procedures. All these TextBoxes in my workbook are to capture numeric data to populate various cells in the workbook.
Would you recommend using a Class Module to handle these events for TextBox controls, rather than having to repeat the event handler code for each control?
And if so, do you have some code that I can use that will cover most of the events and potential error handling routines for numeric input data?

I have just now dutifully searched here, and elsewhere, on the topic of subforms in Excel VBA, and find nothing. Am I correct in assuming that one simply creates several userforms (and perhaps makes some modal), and launches one form from another? Are there any tutorials on guidelines for using several userforms at once?

I have two user forms, each with a checkbox for Jan-Dec. Also, I have a checkbox "All" to check/uncheck the Jan-Dec boxes. I also created a class module so that if any of the Jan-Dec boxes get unchecked, while the "All" box is still checked, it will uncheck the All box. Basically I just don't want the All checkbox to be able to be checked while any single month is unchecked. The only/easiest way I found to do this was with a class module, so I would not need to create individual Checkbox_Jan_Click() events for each month.
Now my issue is, I have 2 userforms like this. I'd like them to share the same class module, but in the class module I need to refer to UserForm1.CheckBox_All. So I need to dynamically refer to whichever userform was active, but as far as I can tell, this is not possible.

Excel – Forms – Combo Box, cell updating.
I have a form (the main one) which accesses a second form, which accesses a third form. All forms have a combo box, control button and a text box.
The items selected in the control boxes are entered into cells (the base cells) in the spreadsheet, via “Control Source”. The text boxes access these cells and show the selected items, which are then copied to other cells via a macro on activating the control button in the main form.
The main form stays open while other items are selected and transferred. Some of the items may not be changed (reselected) as they may be common. The problem is that after a number of items have been selected and transferred, the base cells for the second and third text boxes do not update after a selection from the combo boxes, and they continue to show a previously selected item.
The problem can be solved by closing the 2nd and 3rd forms and starting again. What can I do keep the cells updating without closing the form down?

I have a list that I need to print. It is only 2 columns, but 12 pages long. I would like to print 4 or 6 pages, side by side on the same sheet. I tried changing the print setting to 4 pages per page. But, when I looked at the print preview, it showed only 1 page per page.

I'am trying to create a document which automatically prints the next page on the same sheet.
I have created a spread sheet which prints the first 5 rows in the top of every page, but I can't figure out how to make excel print two A4's on one A3 side-by-side.

Print sheet 1, 3 and 7. Always print sheet 1, however only print sheet 3 and 7 if there in these sheets are values in the cells from row 8 and below.
(If that is to complicated it would be ok if the condition for printing sheet 3 and 7 is that there's a value in e.g. cell A8.)
I managed to create this script that allows me to print sheets 1, 3 and 7, however I can't seem to find out where to put the if-statement (I suppose that's how you do it?). Here's the script i created so far:

I have a workbook with a chart on a worksheet called Area Report
There are 10 areas in total A - J, to view a particular area cell I2 is validated to only accept entries A - J which represent the Areas, selecting a particular area updates the chart for that area

I have a report that is generated from a manufacturing process that looks like the example below. the report is 40 pages long when all the data is printed. i am looking for a way to only print this range if a dimension is "out of tolerance". if the dimension is within tolerance, there is always the "garbage" text of plus and minus. if every row is "within tolerance" in the range the cells in the OutTol column would all contain the "garbage" text but it will not always be identical. so, in summary, actual OutTol values = print and all "garbage" = not printed.

many times i am confrunted with excel files containing one sheet that has many tables on it. i need to print each table so that it fits on one page, but these tables are not formatted so that they fit, therefore i need a fast way to make each table fit on 1 printed page, no matter how big it is or how it is centered on the page size from page layout(many times the table is bigger than the page layout size). i tried selecting each table holding down ctrl and then hitting set print area, but most of the times this doesnt work, i still get part of the first table and the begining of the second table on the second printed page and so on, which is not good.

I've got an excel sheet that has a series of successive numbers down the side from 1-15 per sheet. I've done this by putting the cell formulas as previous row +1. (these are being used as unique reference numbers)
I want to be able to print this out multiple copies of this in one instance without having to manually adjust the first number multiple times then print the sheet. I also want it to be automatically saved as the most recent page printed, so that when it's printed the number continues on from the previously printed sheet.
I found a macro online which I have adjusted to increase a cell by 15 each time it is printed (to change the first number of the row). But I've realised that I'm printing the final page twice if I run the macro again. Is there any way to get round this? If I print 1 sheet there is also no adjustment in numbers.
I also haven't got onto the save part.

I'm trying to print out multiple excel sheets in which it asks me if I want to save the changes or not every time. I have macro settings set to low so I always accept the macros, if I don't have them set to low I'm always asked the question of whether or not I want to run the macro for over 20+ files. Anyone ever had similar problems when printing multiple files?

When selecting multiple excel files in explorer, you can right click and choose to print the selected documents. All documents gets opened and printed but the files stay open and you have to manually click on YES or NO to save the changes.
Is there a way not to see this window appear. So documents get opened and printed and closes itself without asking anything. Maybe it can be done with an option in the preferences. I'm not sure.
By the way the documents where created with excel vba just in case it's relevant. Also the version of Excel is an older version, I think it was Excel XP or 2002/2003.

We have just refreshed our entire printer fleet to Xerox printers and as part of the project we have selected all defaults to B&W and duplex.
On a multi sheet excel file, If we click print then choose entire workbook and then change the print options to colour, it prints the only first worksheet in colour, and all the others in mono. i have read that excel treats each worksheet separately and does not cascade the changes made made in the first worksheet even if all sheets have been selected.
How can I get them all to print in colour?
We can set up another printer and change the defauts to colour but we dont want to go down that road and have 2 printers installed for each model.
Is there any code out there can will/ can change the properties of the first worksheet and cascade this throughout the workbook.
We use XP and W7 workstations and office 2003, 2007 and 2010. By the end of the year all workstations will be W7 and Office 2010.

I have created a userform and command button within an excel spreadsheet to run the userform and then manipulate the data entered into the userform. However when I click the cancel button of the userform the macro tries to continue to manipulate the data entered, of which there is none and then comes up with an end/debug command. Is there an If and Then statement in VBA that I can use so that if the 'Cancel button' is clicked then the rest of the Macro won't run.

I designed some userforms on a worksheet for users to click and input information. However, i am wondering if it is possible to have an additional feature to the userform.
Currently the userform only have labels such as Title, Dept, Branch, Unit and the respective textboxes for user to input information. As it might be unclear to some users i would like to have an additional feature such that when user roll their mouse over the label "Branch", the user will see a box where more information is given or rather an example such as "Dept XYZ", allowing user to have a clearer idea of what to fill in. Is there any way for me to add this feature?

I have a UserForm which has a ListBox and other TextBox, I have an issue when I select any option from the ListBox. I transfer data from the Form onto a Worksheet, which works great until I reach the ListBox.
My problem is that when I enter the information and click submit which will save the Data and send it to an Access Database. The problem arises on the ListBox. I get an error message Run-time error 3265 "Item not found in this collection"
I dont understand what the error is, how can I get around this so that all the data is written to the Worksheet and can then be transfered to the Database?

I have a sheet with two user forms. One which collects a few options and a second where I use a webrowser and some more options on it to do some tasks as per the options selected in number one.
I am having problems because I need to use the options that are selected on the first user form and apply them on the second userform by using if statements.
So basicaly the question is how can I use a variable defined in one userform and apply it on another userform?

I'm having trouble with checkboxes - I've set up the userform but I can't seem to get it to send values to the specific cells when certain options are checked.
The way it should work is there will be an action and this could be involved with 1 process or 40 processes (and anything in between) and what will happen is the userform will pop up and ask what processes the action is applicable to. The user will then tick the correct ones and the form will then place these values in the corresponding cells next to the action.

1) I have added multiple command buttons as options within different categories but when I select one, all others are reset. Is ther a way to section off the command buttons into groups so that say the first three act together, the next two act together and then the last four act together, allowing a total of three options within three different categories?

I'm trying to hide a UserForm (using myFrm.hide) once the command button on the form is clicked. I'm getting the following error:
Run-time error '402'
Must close or hide topmost modal form first.
Apparently the form isn't the 1st in the z-order. How can I see the z-order of my forms?

I have had some succcess with Userforms, but I have now tried creating multipage ones.
I assumed that when I clicked on page 2 or page 3 of the multipage control, it would take me to a blank canvas, but instead it just replicates what is on Page 1. If I put textboxes and labels on page one, it repeats them on pages 2 and 3. If I delete boxes fropm page 3, they also disapear from 1 and 2!
So im unsure how to put different labels etc onto different pages.
