what would be a way to do this when the value exceeds 65536?
perhaps to go on to the next column?

Excel Macro To Copy Data From Array And Paste To Separate Sheet Paste Special Transpose
Jan 29, 2014I would like to implement specific cell ranges from two specific worksheets each within 33 workbooks (which all have several tabs) into a summary page in a separate workbook.
The cell ranges are going across my spreadsheet in rows and I would like for them to transpose into a columns depending on the data which I have separated by catergory on the summary page. They are all on the same location in each workbook which is separated by country. The cell ranges are E26:P37 and I would like to transpose them and have them put below eachother without overwriting for my format on the summary page, how I can put this together in a macro?

The code does copy and paste the correct inofrmation, but the problem I have is that the data from the latter sheet i.e. "IDEAS Actuals" overwrites the data from the "IDEAS Forecast" sheet.
How I would be able to change this so the data is copied underneath each other.

Stop Cut And Paste From Wrecking My Array Formulas
Feb 24, 2010I have a worksheet "Expenses" with columns Month, Category, Expense, Amount. There are four categories and, obviously, 12 months.
In the workbook is another worksheet, "Totals" which lists the months across the top, and the categories down the left. Then I have array formulas in each cell, that look like this:
=SUM(IF(Expenses!$B$2:$B$990="July",IF(Expenses!$C$2:$C$990="Acquisition",Expenses!$E$2:$E$990,0),0) )
This works fine, until people start moving cells around in the Expenses sheet. Say they sort everything they've put in by month, and then they want to move July up to the top because it's the start of our fiscal year. So say they have six expenses for July and they cut and insert them in at B2. Suddenly the formula now says:
=SUM(IF(Expenses!$B$8:$B$990="July",IF(Expenses!$C$8:$C$990="Acquisition",Expenses!$E$8:$E$990,0),0) )
I thought by using absolute cell references instead of relative ones, I could avoid this problem, but that's apparently not the case. I tried changing the cell references in the formulas to relative ones but it still happens then too.

Copy Filter Data And Paste It On Another Workbook With Special Cells (Only Visible Cells)

After apply above filter now i need to copy multiple rows and paste on another specific workbook for paste i m using below code:
for 1st sheet with the name ("V2")
for 2nd sheet with the name("LV")
For 3rd sheet with the name ("F2")
and 4th sheet with the name("L2")
If I play above code one by one all is going very well,,,,,,or if use in this way all is going very well
But here is a big problem..........if any sheet have no value greater then 0(zero)....then code paste all data... e.g shssts("LV") .Range("C5:C54").Copy but C5:C54 have no data greater then 0(zero) and it will paste on another sheet c5:c54 and again new sheets data will paste below the c54 while c5:c54 have no data.
So I want if any sheet have no data with range is greater then 0(Zero) then skip the copy paste code or use like SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible) .
Copy Data In Non-blank Cells Within Range And Paste Into Cells On Another Worksheet

These cells are populated via an IF function on another worksheet. Even though the cells appear blank (as in the value returned is ""), there is a formula in these cells. I think it's called formula blank?
I am looking for a way to copy the data from the cells within the range which are not blank (ie: not = "") and paste this data elsewhere on the sheet in a list with no blank spaces in between.
I anticipate that there will be 4 non blank cells within this range.
Ideally I would have data from the nonblank cells copied and pasted to cells

May 15, 2013The code below is part of a program i'm trying to create. The first part of my program creates and 16 by x array where x is the number of rows from splitting up a string from a text box. Now that I have that part completed. i wanted to add the information back into a new sheet. Pasting An Array Into Cells
May 4, 2006Is there any way in VBA to assign a range of cells to a specific dimension of an array? For example: I have dblArray(1000,7). I want all the values of the eighth slot (xxx,7) to be put into a column on a spread sheet. So, i am looking for a quick piece of code that will look (Mine's in psuedo) something like:
range(cells(1,1),cells(ubound(dblarray,1)) = dblArray(XXX,7)
Obviously the XXX part wil not work for a static number (ie, all the range will be filled with one value form the array). I know how to paste a whole array into cells, and know that i can make a workaround with more code if need be, but this seems like a far simpler answer could it be achieved with a line or two of code, and I'm all about performance. I've stripped google clean looking for the answer, but can't find any info...

Each study is 140 years long, but they don't all start in the same year. What I want to do is pluck all the values from the fourth column of each study, and total them up for each year.

If the cells were in order, the following array formula would solve it easily:
{SUM(IF(ISERROR(A1:A3),0,A1:A3))}
But my problem is that, my cells are not in order. To be more specific, I want to look at A1, B12 and C13, and sum them up with an array formula given the condition that cell value is not an error. Of course, in my case, I have too many cells.
SUM Array Counting If Two Cells Equal Zero
Apr 17, 2012I'm trying to do a SUM array to count the number of instances where Column C AND Column D are equal to 0, but are NOT BLANK.
I tried the formula:
=SUM((C:C="0")*(D:D="0"))
But the answer comes up 0. However, if I use the formula:
=SUM((C:C=0)*(D:D=0))
The answer includes blank cells (as I assumed it would).
How do I get a SUM array to count only numerical zeros?
PS: If there's a much easier way to do this, I welcome those comments as well, though if it can be done in SUM array I'd love that answer as well.
Filling Array With Specific Cells?
Mar 29, 2013I am trying to use the below code to fill a combobox with unique values. It works great except I can't figure out a way to replace BLOCK 1 with BLOCK 2. I want to use BLOCK 2 to populate mgNames so that only specific values are filled into mgNames. Currently BLOCK 1 just fills mgNames with an entire range without any conditions. how I can get BLOCK 2 to work in the way i'm intending it to?

In cells A1 to A4 I have 4 numbers (8,7,12 and 15).
In cells B1 and B2 are the numbers 1 and 4
Now I want to use the max function to find the highest value in the cells A1 to A4. But instead of typing =max(a1:a4) I want to use other cells that tell excel where to look. What I exactly want is to say =max("a"&B1:"a"&B2) because in B1 and B2 the rows are indicated from which to which excel shall find the maximum.
Setting Size Of Array Using Cells (VBA)
Dec 12, 2013I'm trying to set a range variable ('IngFore') as equal to a number of rows long and a number of columns wide via 'Cells'. The range needs to be dynamic in that the total number of rows and columns will vary over time. Hence, I've defined 'lastdate' to determine the last row in the array, and 'lastcol' to determine the last column in the array. The starting point for the array is I12.
It would appear that I can't quite get the syntax right.

Ive changed the formula used using Find and replace but now I need to convert ALL those cells to array.
Is there something I can use to change them all at once. Or am i going to have to go into each cell and F2 CTRL SHFT ENTER?
