Make Sheet To Track Daily Changes

I am making a sheet to track the daily cycles of a machine. I need to get the information from the "meter reading" column to populate in the " cycles recorded" cell. I'm very new to this and need a formula to use to track the changes in column D on the attached sheet that will populate changes in cell D4.

Track / Calculate Overtime Hours - Daily Basis?

I'm creating an log to track the total number of hours an employee works in one day and calculate regular and overtime hours worked based on the following criteria: overtime will be >8 hours in one day and >40 hours in one week.

Right now I have it 'mostly' figured out, but under certain conditions, it calculates more than 8 hours in one day for straight time. Is there a way to set a maximum value for the straight time cell and have the difference be added to the overtime cell?

I am trying to build a sheet to track deliveries into the company I work for.

We book loads to come in at set times for production, I am wanting a sheet which I can enter the due time and the actual time of the the different companies and then produce a report in graph format to see which are the worst at late or early deliveries.

Enter Total Time And Subtracting From Daily Time

Any way to enter in a total amount of time and then subtract it from a time shown. So for example:

I want to enter in a time of 26 hours, 10 minutes and 2 seconds: 72:10:02

I cannot find a format that allows me to enter the hours in excess of 24

Then I want to subtract it from a time of the day which will be entered as AM/PM: 02:40:02 AM

Then I want to show the result as a time of day: 00:30:00 AM

Lastly, I want to also show the amount of days adjustment: -1d, 00:03:00 AM

How this can be done through cell formulas?

Track The Time From 1-NY To 10-Lukket

So if we take first line the defect id is 10. The date entered is 21-08-2007 and the status is 1-NY ( means new)
NExt line the defect ID is still 10 the date is changed to 22-08-2007 and the previous status is was 1-Ny and the new status is 03- under vurdering (to be
evalueted)
Third line the defect ID is still 10. The date is changed to 04-01-2008. The previous status was 03- Under vurdering ( to be evalueted). The new status is 10-lukket.

I want to be able to track the time from 1-NY to 10-Lukket.

Now the even more tricky part. As you can see other defects go over different statuses e.g defect number 1000 here.

The sheet I have is 13000 rows and I have a total of 2300 defects

I can't figure out how to do a proper formula for calculating time. For instance I have one column that says "Time In", the next is "Time Out" and the other is "Lunch Time". My calculation needs to be this:

Find the total hours between the Time In and Time Out and then Minus the lunch time to get total hours worked for the day. The only way I can get this to work is using 24 Hour time format. Is there another way?

The problem is that we are often jumping back and forth between different workbooks throughout the day so manual entry methods are neither accurate or practical. Is there a way, with macros or formulas, to embed a time tracker in the template workbook that would only record active (when workbook is selected) time in the workbook?

Cell A1 shows a specific value (pivot table value), but same A1 cell value might change if pivot table is refreshed.

I work in a medical facility, and I need to track data I've entered representing patient visits indefinitely over time. I've attached a weekly grid to this thread that I use to record which patients have had visits during the course of the week. It sums their total visits on the right. I need to continually track these because every patient gets an insurance-mandated progress update after 10 visits. Unfortunately, they don't always show up, and the most I can possibly keep track of is two weeks, max, and most patients only get two visits per week. Is there a way to dump these sums into another column indefinitely?

my sumproduct function is adding up all items that fall on that date which is fine, but i would love to calculate an average so divide by the number of items that were used in the calculation, is that possible?

Is there a way to automatically make all possible combinations of deduction between members of group 1 only then of group 2 only etc? So it would look like:

data_2b-data_2c

Combinations between letter indicators but not between number indicators. BTW groups are different in size starting from 2 till 8 members.

Reference Function: Pickup Groups And Members Of Each Group From A Phone System

I have the following worksheet, which lists the pickup groups and members of each group from a phone system. Another worksheet lists all the exts and I want to have some sort of VLOOKUP, MATCH function that will look at the ext number and come back with the pickup group number.

I've attached a copy of the spreadsheet to show you what I'm talking about. So looking at the spreadsheet if I have an ext number of 8001 I want to return the value of 2 as ext 8001 is a member of pickup group 2. Also of an ext is not a member of any group, then I want to return nothing.

Excel 2007 :: Add Calculated Members In Pivot Table From SSAS OLAP Cube

I use Excel to query a SSAS OLAP Cube, the return of which I then model into various outputs. I do not have access to amend the cube.

I am hoping it is possible to be able to add custom calculated members to some dimensions in excel rather than on the server, but I'm struggling to find any resources that explains how it is done or if it is even possible. For example, the cube will return the dimension 'Source Country' with members 'England', 'Northern Ireland', 'Scotland', 'Wales', I would like to add a calculated member 'United Kingdom' to consolidate all those members.

Is this possible or should I just look to calculate this consolidation by formulas in the model.
