Combobox ListFillRange For Expanding/Shrinking List

I'm using a Combo Box the contents of which are on another worksheet.
This data is pulled in using a database query(MSQuery). The data source could be 5 lines long or thousands of lines long(Customer dependant).
I have tried specifying the listfillrange using $G5:$H8700 for example which works for the current dataset. If i change the dataset which only has range G5:H87 then the properties of the combobox listfillrange change to $G5:$H87 but the actual list has more than 82 lines and displays the 82 lines over and over again. I haven't counted the number of lines but it could be thousands.

Is it possible to use the Combobox ListFillRange to list values from two groups of cells? For example, in column 'A', I have the values, 1,2,3; and in Column 'B', I have the values, A, B, C. I want to list the values in column 'A' along with the value of say, B, in Column 'B'.
combobox.listfillrange = "Sheet1!A1:A3" < ---- how to include value B from column B in this list? Or, how to get value A from column B?

When in a Combobox from the Control toolbox toolbar, the data for the Listfillrange are in a column (e.g.: myrange = $A:$A), it works fine. But when the data in myrange are in a row (eg.: myrange is =$1:$1) , the combobox shows nothing!. What can I do to show the combobox all data (A1,B1,C1,D1 - last data?) ?

I have an Excel 2003 list with four columns as shown below:

I want to "expand" this list to use in a Mail Merge program to produce tags for our direct mailing. Each bundle contains 50 letters, so in the first line on the above spreadsheet, there will be 13 bundles of 50 and 1 of 43. Currently, I can cut and paste to create the following table, but there has to be an easier way...

So as I pull this into a mail merge I will get a tag that shows the zipcode, the crrt, the total pieces for that crrt, then number of the bundle for example " 1 of 14" and the quantity in that bundle, for example "50 of 693", then the next bundle tag will print, 3 to a page. I know that here has to be an easier way either in the mail merging process itself or with EXCEL? Am even open to build these with ACCESS to create the tags. The beginning database contains anywhere from 350 to 800 lines of original data, so as you can see the cut and paste is VERY time consuming.

Is it possible after inserting a picture in Excel and then shrinking it to the cell size un-shrink it to the original size by clicking the picture or placing cursor on the cell?

I need to create a dynamic list from a table of data.
I have performance data for 110 different pumps. Data points are generated every hour, and the table is updated with new data periodically. I want to automate the population of a list of 6 different pumps, and specify the date range populated. To put it another way: I want to place data from Pumps 1 through 6 for all of November into Columns A through F. Then I want to clear that data, and show data for Pumps 105-110 for last week in those same Columns.
One of the main goals of doing this -- other than quickly narrowing a field of data -- is being able to quickly chart this data on a scatter plot with a custom format. The pumps are grouped together by region, and individual pumps have specific purposes. So I need to quickly generate graphs with a series' color scheme or formatting that is consistent and logical between different pumping regions.
I haven't been able to make pivot table work because of the graphing issue, and also because of the way it handles data points and presents data. I would like to make this work with excel functions and maybe some filtering, but I'm not opposed to figuring out a VB script if you think that's what I should use.

I am trying to fill a Listbox dynamically. I have a range labeled 'Dates'. This range is created dynamically when i click a refresh button. New dates are grabbed from a database, then inserted into a worksheet, then the range 'Dates' is created to define the list of dates from the database. Also, I have a Clear Button. This button deletes all the dates in the worksheet, which I would want to clear all of the selections in the Listbox.
My Questions are:
1) How do i dynamically update a listbox with a Dynamic Named Range? I currently have vba to assign the ListFillBox property with the range name. However, when i click refresh to grab a new list of dates, the ListBox object freezes and/or does not refresh with the new dates.
2) How do i clear the listbox. Currently, I have vba to assign ListFillBox = "", however this will freeze the listbox and/or not clear its content.
I am using a multiselect listbox object.

I have a named range that populates a list box. The spreadsheet has a macro that allows additions to the list. The macro will expand the range to include the addition but the List box does not show the update unless I save the workbook and reopen. How can I accomplish this without having to close and reopen?

On Sheet1 I have ListBox1 referencing data from Sheet2 for the ListFillRange property. The Listbox is a control box added on to the worksheet.
I wish to have a VBA Subroutine that defines the ListFillRange dynamically according to the size of the source data range. ie. Sometimes the range is AH3:AL300, othertimes the range could be AH3:AL200 etc. The last row of data needs to be the last selection in the Listbox.
The range looks like:
1 10:00 blah
2 10:05 moreblah
etc

i'm writing a refrigeration selection user interface, working from values on an excel spreadsheet. how to get the programme to automatically select a value from a list or range once a user has selected corresponding value from a list within a combobox. for example if a user sets the temperature of their refrigerator to -5 celsius i need the programme to automatically select the corresponding value of enthalpy for the air at that temperature.

I have a userform where I have 2 comboboxes. The first combobox shows the the first column (only 1 of each) and the second comboBox shows me the secondary list that correlates to the valuse in the first from column B. Now I have a text box that I am trying to get the value from column C depending on what I have in the first 2 comboboxes. What is the easiest way to do it? This is all in VB since it is a UserForm, and using Vlookup seems to be too many lines if I go that route. Is there a way to use Index and Match in VB where it would be more efficient? I attached just a sample of how the data would be layed out in the Excel sheet.

Need Help in resolving the following issue:
Update a list using a Combo Box works fine when the list is on the same worksheet but when the list is on a different Worksheet it does not work.
Is this achievable? I guess so! but was wondering how to do it.
e.g: if my range defined name called let us say "SP" with a range AD1:AD60 in Sheet1 when I use a combo box the Listfillrange will contain: SP
When inserting a new entry using the combobox it works fine but when the same defined name range points to a different Worksheet example: Sheet2 then the update does not work although the ListFillRange contains the same Range name: SP.

I need to strip "000" from the number and place 1234 to a cell.

I have 2 combobox in userform. Both the comboboxes have the same list down value and I have applied as follows
VB:
combobox1.value = "Transport"
combobox1.value = "Paper"
combobox1.value = "Pencil"
Like this I have long list
In the combobox2 same list has been applied
Is there a way in which by one command the list is applicable to both the comboboxes, that would save me on the length of VBA.

I am trying to filter a list for a ComboBox using VB.
I have the following
Defined Name 'MemMapSel'
1stCol 2ndCol 3rdCol 4thCol 5thCol
Alarms a BOOL 2001 4000
Commands i BOOL 4001 5000

etc
I am using a combobox to select which row i require and am mapping the 4thCol to a cell
At present the property 'ListFillRange' is set to 'MemMapSel' displaying all 5 columns and bounding column 4 as the value
What i really need is to Filter this list, so that the combobox only displays the BOOL entries in the 3rdCol, or the INT, etc
I think i can use the Select function to do this, but i am not sure how to go about it.

Trying to get the list from a combobox in an online form. I'm doing this as a check to make sure what I need to be there is there. Then the macro will select what I need and move on. If not found in the list, then it will move on...
So I start thinking about it and I'm not quite sure how to do that in Forms. Does ListIndex get me there?

I have 2 columns of data on Sheet2. The first is Product in column B. The second is Benefit in column C.
I need to look at product column B on Sheet2 and add unique items to my first Combobox after the command Userform1.show.
The person using the form will select a product from Combobox1 and then Combobox2 should add the corresponding Benefits from the benefits column on Sheet2.
As a side note: I expect products and benefits will continue to be added to columns B and C in the future so I can't have a "hard-coded" set of rows if that makes sense.
I've pasted a small 2 product example of Sheet2 below.

I have built a Userform that is for a Liquor Inventory. I would like to scan each bottle's UPC Code and pull it from a range list that is set up in (Combobox "UpcBarCodeBox"). That information is stored on a sheet "Liquor & Wine Inventory" in Column "A" (Unsorted). Column "B" is the name of the liquor which is also the column that everything is sorted in alphabetical order. What I would like to do is populate several textbox's that I have set up so that I can input missing data or data that needs to be updated. The problem is I would LOVE to keep the list sorted by Liquor Names (Column "B") and not by UPC Bar Codes (Column "A"). From my research I have found that Index and Match might be the way to go but I can't seem to get it to work right. Since I am still learning VBA, Some things still escape my grasp.

I have created a userform where I have a combo box and an options box. I want the combo box to reference a specific list of values. And if the check box is selected, I want the same combo box to reference a different list of values. This is the present syntax I am using. For some reason, The value of the check box does not alter the list in my macro.
