I got 2 excel pivot tables with 2 columns.

I want to compare both tables, finding the same Number on Column 1 for each table, and sum the values of column 2.
I have data that looks like this:

How do you write an excel macro that looks at the number in the first column (day #) and finds all the duplicate id#s in the second column that are in day 1and adds the amounts together in the 3rd column then writes the first column number (day#), second column number(id#) and the third column (sum of the amounts of duplicate Id#) to an new worksheet. Then the macro would loop through day #2 and do the same thing. Notice that the values in the id column are unique in this data set below this is how I would like the data to look. I have accomplished this in a pivot table but my problem is I need a cvs file to export the final data into an external database which is why I need a macro.....
I have data (e.g. PPL0106AU) in columns A (Rows 2 to 104) & C (Rows 2 to 303) and need to identify which entries are in BOTH columns.
I've entered in column B: =IF(MATCH(A2,C$2:C$303),A2,"No")
This formula is resulting in a duplicate of column A in column B.
In the included workbook I've got a sheet that needs to be updated every time a userform is completed. So I intend to run a macro after the data is entered to find duplicates, and delete the older row.
so, column A must match then column C must match then look in columns AK & AL to find the newest entry to keep. I also need to delete any rows where column A is empty(light Green), no matter what other columns have data.
In my example sheet all the yellow's match for column A but the bright yellow's are the only "keepers", because one has a different number in "C" and the other is the newest.
Also remember that this is just part of a much bigger, multi-sheet book so I will need to I.D. this sheet in the code.
I need to generate a form letter from values on another sheet. I'm using vlookup and as you know, for duplicate values, only the first reference is given. I have several duplicates and need to pull the correct row data for each instance. I would need to replace each vlookup with the proper formula in my letter.

As you could see on column A i have several entries,some of them duplicated. In column B i have a formula to check weather the value on column A is duplicated or Not. From this values i want to count only one instance of duplicated entries. I want to have one instance of Oscar to be counted as original and regardless the number of duplicates i want to count only 1. i want this not only for Oscar but for all the duplicates with more than 1 duplicate result.

I have a challenge related to a excel sheet we are using for personnel planning.
Vertically we have several projects with action items listed row by row in the following format:

Etc.

Horisontaly on the columns we have dates, day by day for a year +
For each day we chose from a drop down who is assigned to the action item. The problem is when there are 30-40 + projects and each have 20-30 lines of ation items it is hard to get the overview and avoid double entry. I would use conditional formating to do this, but firstly each project is separated by a line containing different formulas and I would not like the conditional formation to change these cells, and at the same time to put this up manually for each row would take a long time since there are 365 + rows.
how a VBA code could solve this little challenge? IT would also be beneficial to have it do the check upon cell change, that way we would not need to manually run the VBA to check.
For my job I have to take hundreds of codes and compare them to other codes. For example, in column A I'll have 453 codes, in column B I'll have 352 and in column 97. I want to find common codes for all three columns. Sometimes, I'll have just two columns and sometimes it's multiple columns. I have tried a few formulas but nothing works that well. I wanted to add new column with these values for table 1 including duplicates. this is sample data and i wanted to replace thousands of this type.
How do I select certain columns for duplicate values? When I go to conditional formatting>highlight cells rules>duplicate values it checks the whole sheet which is 20 columns by 50000 rows and freezes the PC. I just want to select certain columns for duplicates, like C and AC.

Data looks like this:
So this is basically sales of different products (columns) on different routes (Rows).
I want to add up a total for all the same kind of products eg. Magnum for each route eg. Local Top End.
I want to do, is search column A for claim numbers that match. When I do have a matching claim number, I want to concatenate the original cells ownership field with the said matching cells ownership field (or move into a column in the same row, I can always concatenate later). Once that is complete, I want to delete the row I took the information out of.
I want to join this data in ArcGIS, but as of right now, it's not a 1-to-1 relationship, so only a relate works. That doesn't help me as I want to display claims by ownership, and this can vary per claim. Company A may have 100% on one claim, and then split another claim 50% with Company B.
This causes a double entry on the claim field in this current spreadsheet I have, which requires me to clean it up by making multiple columns of ownership vs. an additional row for shared ownership.
My problem:

I have a data set which has 6 columns (and lots of rows). Every row is different but I want to aggregate them based on 4 fields and then find the average of the numerical column for the results. I basically want to Group based on 4 fields and find the average of the 5th field.
My initial approach was to introduce a column which is a combination of the 4 fields I want to group by, simply in the Excel file (=A2&B2&C2&D2) and then find duplicates of that. I have a solution for this in VBA but when importing new data sets in this method is very slow, so I want to be able to do the whole thing in VBA.
I have a range of columns i.e. 23 columns (i.e. B through X). Someone can write records in these columns (starting from B21).
Duplicates are considered the rows with similar data in columns 3 and 11. I know about the removeduplicate method and works really well but i want the duplicates not to be removed. Instead another column shall be checked for date of entry (user will entry date in format dd/mm/yyyy). The newest entry will change the value of the cell in column 4 (islatest column)to TRUE while all other records will be FALSE. This will work with the filtering of data on a pivot table on another worksheet.
I have 6 columns containing Agency IDs of different years. I would like to know which agencies appear in all the years. That is which agencies were funded for all the years. How can I do this? perhaps Vlookup?

Sheet 1 (named "TS") consists of several columns, but it's always a series of date columns followed by multiple site numbers.
Sheet 2 (named "Dates") consists of just two columns, a site ID and a Date column.
I am having difficulty in finding how to lookup/match the date that goes with the store number, as the information in Sheet 1 (TS) is laid out in a horizontal fashion.
So, for example:
Sites: 14352, 14425, 11661, 404, 8142, 3571 should all have the date of 5/17/2014.
As such, on Sheet 2 (Dates), whenever those site IDs are encountered, the date of 5/17/2014 would need to be applied in col B.
Similarly, on Sheet 2 (Dates), for site IDs 1201, 3613, 9316, 9735, 13211, 7640, the date of 6/21/2014 would need to be applied in col B.

I have gone through various posts but am unable to get the answer. What I'm trying to do is find if a value (text or number) in Col. A exists anywhere in Col C. and if it does, find the corresponding entry in Col. D and paste it back against the value of Col. A in Col. B. To explain better I have attached a sample excel file Ex1. In the file, the entry "sun" in Col A is present in Col C and the corresponding value in Col D is 24 which should be pasted back against "sun" in Col B.
